They were very polite and helpful. The turn around on my laptop fix was incredibly quick. I dropped it off Monday evening and had it back by lunch on Tuesday working good as new! The initial fee was a bit much in my opinion but they did excellent work. I very much appreciate it and will be recommending them to all my friends : )

Dropped laptop off on monday...5 days later they hadnt even looked at it; They did mention that if I gave them an *extra* $100 (on top of initial $49 fee they charge just to accept the repair) they wouldve been willing to go a little faster. Very frustrating, especially since its literally just replacing the $50 keypad on the laptop.Shouldve done the repair myself...made the mistake of using these professionals. Big mistake.

My phone stopped taking a charge (even after cleaning out the port), so I needed someone in a hurry. I heard about these guys on the radio, so I decided to give Nerds on Call a shot.As I suspected, my charging port would have to be replaced. It was $25 for the diagnosis as well as $129 for the part + labor. I was relieved to see that the $25 diagnostic fee was removed. But be aware that to even look at your phone, youre going to be out $25 (and $49 for laptops).They try to get phones done the same day. Unfortunately, my part was not arriving until the following day, so I had to wait an additional day.My phone now works as previous and charges without problems.

They have helped us set up a better connection at home, cleaned up our father-in-laws hacked computer, and installed a new laptop screen. We find them knowledgeable, competent, and non- judgmental. Took my MacBook Pro in because it was slow. They changed out the Hard Drive. But damaged my power cord. And I lost some programs and it has some other requirements for me to sign on now. The tech has other problems to deal with so I bought a new power cord from Amazon. And I got replacement programs from Apple. I think they are probably OK but I won’t go back

This business is a complete joke. The left hand doesnt know what the right is doing.Dropped my pc off to get fixed. Three months later, or 87 days is how long it took them to give up and eventually I just said screw it, picked up the pc and took it to a different business. It was then fixed in 72 hours.Also I forgot to mention, they charged me 200 dollars for THEM not knowing how to fix it, and they miss diagnosed my PC twice and I had to bring them over 600 dollars worth of parts.The owner of this company was too much of a coward to talk to me in person. Ended in me doing a BBB report.I left one star because I couldnt figure a way to leave 0.

Its criminals on time, do not go here. They take your computer then they call you and say its going to cost the price of the computer to fix it. If you say no dont fix it they say you need to pay them 49 dollars to get it back. Its a big scam. I think this place just holds computers ransom because for the price to fix it you could buy a new one. No one is fixing anything at this criminal business. They give you a paper that tells you what you already know for 49 bucks. DO NOT DO NOT GO HERE just buy a new computer it would probably be cheaper. I hope they go out of business ASAP.

They were willing to fix my part but no guarentee and upwards of $180 to do the job. Costs more than the part itself and that’s ridiculous.

Solved my computer problem fast.

Broke the housing on our laptop that they fixed. Told us it works if you leave the screen at a 45 degree angle. Supervisor refused to talk with me. Worst service ever.
