My original posting is being changed. My frustration was understanding of the online print services. However, I need to correct something, Nick served me 3 times since I needed blueprints. Today he did as well and was able to get the prints done while I waited. He has taken care of me each time I have gone to the store for the print services. I apologize to Paige and the staff, you have been nothing but professional. Sorry for the misunderstanding and please don’t hate me the next time I show up for more print services!

So I wrote a review earlier today and it was not a good one. However, I want folks to know my issue was not with the store, which I thought was the issue at first, it was with the uploading documents to the website. I had to go back to the store and Nick waited on my, which he had done for the last couple of orders I had him print. He was able to take care of this service and get me on my way. I deeply regret that review and when I find it, it is going to be deleted. Sorry Paige!

After a disappointing mixup with a different Office Depot, Billy at the store in Normal, IL was amazing. He worked with me on the phone and through email and got my job completed seamlessly and quickly!Once again I found myself in a bind and Jeremy at the Normal store saved the day! When they didnt have exactly what I needed Jeremy was super helpful and we came up with an alternate solution! Problem solved. Thanks!

Extremely nasty management. There is a very rude and angry middle-aged woman who works there. She likes to patronize and insult customers who ask her for help. She will ask if you need help but then get angry if you tell her what you need help with. You cannot be talking to customers as if they are trash. This woman seems to have a lot of personal demons that she brings to work. The fact that she’s a manager is pathetic. I will never shop there again. This is why these retail stores are getting killed by amazon. Don’t deal with rude and moody sales people when you can order online.

Customer service was terrible, I was looking for help for buying a printer over the phone and the lady who helped me was very rude. She told me she didnt have time to look at prices and I needed to come in and look for myself (I live out of town). I ended Im coming into townto look and there was no one to help me once I was there, and then when I went to complain the manager ended up being the lady that I talk to on the phone, who once again was rude. 100% not going back.

Upon entrance into the store it was difficult to find an employee. The intention was to purchase a desk and office chair. Id already scoped a few out online and was ready to make a purchase if the product met expectations as described online.The desk had an older price tag on it. The tag was so old it had yellowed with age. It was also priced $130 more in store than online. Once I found an employee, he was helpful and courteous. He said they could price match the online price. I asked to confirm if the product was in stock. Turns out it wasnt. The store had made a mistake that you learn in Retail 101. Theyd inventoried the floor model. So it showed in stock, when really it wasnt. I ended up buying online. I had just purchased several pieces of furniture via Amazon and assumed Office Depot had similar options. They did not. Furniture delivery takes 10 days (estimated) with no faster option (versus Amazon where I got furniture delivered in 2 days).All being said employees (if you can find them) are nice, but the store (and organization as a whole) needs to be managed better and update parts of their business model.

I walked into the store and had my questions and product completed in less then 10 minutes at a price that was completely less then my budget. The boys who helped me were polite and very customer friendly.

I ask when do the calendar go on sale,clerk said they dont I said they do end January or February. She said no, so if I buy a calendar in July it will be full price she said yes.

Wow- Im soooo impressed with their printing services. I needed gift certificates made on the fly for some clients (my printer ran out of ink). Brandon Geerts not only printed my certificates in minutes,but also tweeked them so I could have more in stock for other clients purchasing gift certificates. Plus, great paper quality!!! Highly recommend for business needs. Great price too.

Decent selection of products but no one would help me. Literally 4 people standing there looking at me and not one would ask if I needed help with the 100 pound box on the top shelf that I kept looking at. Oh well ... I guess my money is worth more else where.

Prices in the store do not match prices online. The staff knows and willingly matched prices. However in the process I was treated like a difficult customer, rather than them making it easy to shop there. Most employees seemed unhappy, and manager was yelling at an employee to answer the phones while we were shopping. Overall, an negative environment, I dont plan on going back.

Rude store. They dont want to help you. And I wonder why everyone goes to Walmart instead.

Computer guys are very helpful. Avoid LeeRoy. Hes not a computer guy and not knowledgeable about computers. Had I not talked to James I would have gone elsewhere for my purchase.

Mike, the manager, was very rude. According to 2 of the cashiers he treats everyone with no respect and always has a bad attitude. He yelled at me and talked to me like I was stupid. Great store, horrible manager.

Found what we needed with the help of the clerks. They were very helpful with my elderly aunts (90 & 97) to find the merchandise the wanted, as well as chairs for them to sit down.

Stores fine, moderately helpful staff, last purchase though was a office chair I bought for like $200 that fell apart after a year of use so not a fan of their chairs

I just seen my email ad. So thankful you guys are not opening up your store until 7:45am Friday. I am done with Meijer and upset with Bergners for ruining all of Thanksgiving day. So thankful one of my favorite places has not done that. So thankful I can keep doing the rewards program and can keep going to you guys. Love Office Depot!! I forget the name of the older (40s maybe) blonde-ish hair lady that always helps me so well when I come in, but I definitely want to giver her a shoutout! You guys are awesome!

Employees sometimes not very helpful. Limited supplies and often not the top-quality brands -- e.g., 3-ring binders. Prices sometimes not competitive with larger retailers.

We went to the pet store and shoe carnival, Office depot is between them. This is an X-file.

Found little expensive compared to other stores. They have some good options though for office furniture.
