THE GOOD:This place is whimsy and adorable, and their interior decorations have a definite WOW factor. That said, decor is not the only thing to consider when reviewing a cafe. As far as the quality of coffee goes- Im no expert but it tastes fine to me, not overly burnt or too weak. The snow cones are the good flake kind that seems to hold syrup better and has a better texture. They do have a great variety of flavors.THE BAD:I have visited this cafe a few times because my first experience with the service wasnt great and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt-everybody has bad days.Unfortunately, my subsequent visits did not improve my opinion of the service and left me feeling disappointed that this locally-owned, beautiful cafe has so much lacking. Over the 5 or 6 times Ive gone the story has been the same: two to three people in the back, with the front counter service seriously lacking. It seems that they have been given instructions to preference drive-through. This has caused a cascade of issues with incorrect orders, people unsure of where to stand to get their order or to place it, and generally not being able to get the staffs attention when at the counter.One simple, big thing they could do is hang a order here and pick-up here sign over their counter. My friend had someone cut him in line the first time we were there because he didnt know where to stand; the server didnt notice him looking at her wanting to order, and when the other group stood in the correct place, she walked up and took the entire groups order before him. The chairs, while cute, are uncomfortable and lean back too far to give back support (see photo). Its little things like this that make me suspect the owners have taken a lot of time considering the asthetics of the place and not the customer experience.CONCLUSION:I love locally-owned cafes in Norman and I want this one to feel like a hidden gem, and it does have a good hard product. However, until they iron out the customer experience and customer service issues, Im not going to be recommending it to my friends and family.Im hopeful for this cafe though and will revisit after a few months to see if I can give them a higher rating!

Best SnoCone Ive ever had. The consistency was just better than any one that Ive had in the past. Very good sugar cookies and cake pops too. Really good place to just come get a treat or coffee. IG: @ailijay

The BEST coffee I’ve ever had! Golden goose iced is my favorite! So sweet! The staff is amazing and my pup Luna approves and may be slightly obsessed with their pup cups!

Okay so heres the thing, this places food tastes like it came out of a fairytale.1. They have these really good snow cones, they come in I think a 100+ flavors and Im pretty sure they have three different sizes.2. The pastries are super good! One time I went there on a quiet day with my daughters and their friend and they gave us free cookies cause they were broken. Honestly though I think they broke them on purpose.3. The workers are super kind! They are always so understanding and sweet and I love them.

Tried the drive though once. My decaf coffee was warm and weak at best, hubbys regular coffee was okay. Not impressed. Not directly related to the cafe but saw what we thought was the owner, because if their Beanstalk tag, get into a bit of road rage on Robinson.

The coffee was delicious! I got the butter bean, just the right amount sweetness and not bitter. The staff was so friendly and the whole place is inviting and cozy. I will definitely be back.

Update Oct 4th, I guess theres always a first. Shoving my drink at me before I even paid. Im desperately trying to sanitize my hands super fast before taking my drink. The guy was so rude about oh I thought you were waiting for your pennies when I tipped a full dollar. I know, big deal. This is literally waaay across town for me. I dont need someone treating me so rudely.First visit, requested recommendation for really yummy iced coffee. Sweet young lady recommended a Golden Goose. EXCELLENT!! Very good, creamy, and yes... yummy!! Ill be back!!

This trip I got a snow! I was very impressed with the layout of the Shop. It was decorated in green, with beanstalk and toadstools complete with woodland critters. My Snow was deliciously cold and tasty. We ate our treat on sitting on a sofa placed in a social distance from other tables and chairs. The room was so restful with quiet music and dim relaxing lighting provided. The main entry room was full of bright lightning with a window at the front. Product delicious. Quiet relaxing room terrific. Theme adorable. Plenty of free parking or use the drive thru.

I like this place. The chairs are not very comfortable and its hit or miss on the staff. It seems some listening skills are required. Its typically expected since collage and high school kids work here. But if you want an alternative to Starbucks this is a decent place

Beanstalk, great addition to the local coffee, tea, drink scene in Norman. Not to mentione the over 100 options of Snowcone flavors......Also have some quick to grab food made by local bakers. Service is also what makes this place go, good energy and people who like what they do. Cheers!!

I just wanted to say that I did not have a very inviting experience with this coffee shop. I to am a worker at another local coffee shop and thought my drink was good and tasteful but service I thought was rude and not welcoming. I had just received bad news that day and wanted to escape and busy my mind while doing some work at your shop. I was never greeted or told goodbye. The only thing I was told was to put my mask back on if I’m not eating or drinking (Mind you I’m the only person that was in the place).The coffee is pricey, and I wouldn’t have a problem with paying the extra price if I felt like I was welcomed by your company. Definitely needs work.

Amazing quality of flavors for their coffee the Sno cones are good and year round. The staff was very responsible with washing hands after handling my card. Eggnog Chai is amazing.
