Giving four stars because the communication is not great with the front desk, but our countertops look great overall! We werent asked what type of edge we wanted and by the time we thought of it, (when they came back out to measure because they were about to cut the countertops) we called just to make sure we got the right cut for our order, the lady was kind of rude about it and basically said theyre already cut so there wasnt anything we could do about it. The countertops do still look nice, the installers did a great job; just wish we would have been given the option for choosing the edges, especially with such a pricey purchase.

I recently got my countertops changed to granite, I went to T and T in Norman and had great service from the start. The lady in the front desk was happy to show us all different kinds or cuts, stones, colors etc. They also came to my home and measured ahead of time to give me a free quote for my countertops. I appreciate that they were able to listen to some of my request and questions that I had when it came to installing and time stuff like that. And when they came to change them out, they took no time at all to install the countertops and the sink that I ordered from them. I would definitely recommend these folks and I will try to send people their way!

Initially our granite countertops looked nice but as I looked I kept finding superglue all over the place. The installer slobbered it all over the place when they joined the the two pieces together. So I got a razor blade like the installed used and cleaned all the dried up glue up around the top that he splattered around. When I taped the back splashes to caulk and paint to match the wall I found one of the backsplashes was broken and no one bothered to tell us. On top of that, there was superglue slobbered all over the place when they tried to patch it back together. Also, after the first day, one of three sinks started to separate (falling down) from the countertop, so we had a big gap underneath the countertop where water could splash into the cabinet. Im glad I worked in construction for 20 years and I was able to push the sink back up and get it glued together again. At first I was just going to just let it slide because they gave us a good price. Now we are noticing that any water that splashes on the granite soaks down into the stone because it isnt sealed properly. Over a day or two the dark spot where the water gets into the stone eventually dries up and goes back to its normal color. Dont have a clue what it will do over the long term soakings. One spot where liquid soap got on the granite it soaked into it too but I dont have a clue how to get rid of that dark spot. We did try the sealer Young Brothers gave us for our kitchen granite tops and it didnt help stop the problem. So I called T&T to see if they could come out and reseal the granite top again. Explained the problem to them and one of the workers came out to take a look. We set up an appointment for the next week at 9 to 9:30 and we waited for hours and he never showed up and now T&T wont answer phone calls or respond e-mails. So if you go with this company dont expect and warranty or customer service after the install!!!!! I guess Ill have to go to the next level to get this fixed.

I was not pleased with having to pay 100% up front but they did complete the work within a reasonable time frame. Cleanup wasn’t the best but worth it for the quality of the tile work.

Very disappointed in the install of our countertops in our kitchen. My apologies in advance for the long review but maybe it will help someone else out. My mom and I found this place due to the 5star review on google. When we first arrived, the girl in the showroom was really helpful telling us about all the different stones, thicknesses, etc. We were a little hesitant about the pricing and the owner stopped by our house and mentioned that the 2cm is quite a bit cheaper and if we didnt use a CC we could get another discount. He also said the seam on the edge would not be visible. We agreed and also purchased a sink.I was, very unfortunately, gone when the installer came over. My mom said he mentioned repeatedly that his back hurt and she said he looked like he was in pretty bad pain the entire time. He finished and she didnt even check out the work, she just cut him a check so he could leave. She figured she could call if she noticed anything later. That was where she went wrong! Ever since they got our money the receptionist has an excuse of why the owner is never available to talk to us. Its really sad because my mom saved for a long time to renovate the kitchen. If you are still reading and curious, here are the specifics on what went wrong.1. No decking was installed. We didnt even know what this was and didnt realize until a lot later when I started looking for countertops for my house in Texas and every place down here said decking is a MUST for 2cm material to prevent cracking and sagging. We have a bar/overhang that is made of two pieces of quartz and one piece is lower than the other. They put metal L-brackets below but obviously not enough.2. Some pieces were not cut to the right size. One simple rectangular piece was cut too long and scratched the wall where the built in oven is removing all the paint in a line and on the opposite side where the wall is, the cabinets below are connected to the wall at bottom and start separating from the wall as you get closer to the countertop. Like a growing crack. Another piece next to the fridge (also surrounded by a wall) scraped all the paint off there. Paint was annoying but not as bad as the other issues. Another piece around the sink was cut too short (sink has two pieces joining right at the middle) and the behind the sink looks normal, but the front of the sink (apparently) had a large gap between the quartz pieces and the installer gobbed a huge amount of the sealant they use at the seams to fill the gap. It is not attractive at all.3. Seams on the edge show, although this is not a huge deal, it is definitely not invisible like we were made to believe.4. Trim from below the bar area was removed and taken with the installer. They could have removed the trim without damaging and we could have reinstalled, but my mom didnt even notice they took it and now there is just unfinished raw drywall below the bar countertop.5. Above the dishwasher, there is supposed to be a piece of wood glued to the bottom of the countertop to screw in the dishwasher to keep it from tipping when the door is opened. They did not do this and the dishwasher just tipped forward! I am glad my mom did not get hurt. I fixed this, but was frustrated because of the safety concern. Also, the dishwasher has cabinets on one side and just a wall on the other. The gap between the cabinets and the dishwasher is even from top to bottom, but the other side is small on the bottom and gets larger as you get closer to the countertop. Another increasing gap! Apparently when the old countertop was removed and no decking was installed, this wall was flexible and was not secured to the correct part of the underside of the counter and is now not straight up and down.I would love for the owner to contact me or my mom (our phone number and address was provided to the receptionist multiple times). I will update this review if I hear anything. Until then, just be cautious when spending any large amount of money!
