Its ok. They dont have price on everything. You get to the front and the tell when how much it is. Crazy. I feel they make up stuff as they go.

There products are out dated the hair dye i brought was no good it turn my hair and scalp turn blue, purple, gray my skin under my hair got tight. I had know other choice but to cut all my hair off.

I did not like my experience there this past Saturday 03/11/17. I asked the man up in the front for help and he was on his phone the whole entire time. After each excuse mes he still tried to help but still on the phone! Like if you want my business you need to not be on your phone. Also their wigs are a hot mess. Its like they havent taken care of any of them in months.

Horrible experience shopping here! They do not respect their customers and overcharge for hair products. Yes, Norristown is limited in beauty supply stores which is one of the reasons why I was have shopped here in the past but I will happily drive a few minutes up the road to store in Plymouth Meeting Mall where my money is appreciated. They did not want to give me a refund for hair that was unopened, unused, and I purchased literally 10 minutes ago until finding out that my hair stylist already had hair. I asked the man at the front if he was really willing to lose me as a customer over $12 bucks and he shrugged his shoulders as if to say he didnt care. I was stunned by his carefree attitude and poor customer service skills. I told him that I will never shop here again and he shrugged his shoulders again. Wow! Totally unprofessional!

Considering the slim pickins of wig shops in this area, this isnt a bad shop. You just need to hit it on the right day. Theres a lot of hit and miss. The brands they sell are decent, ModelModel, Freetress, VivicaFox among others. The pricepoint is all over the place. Ive picked up ModelModel Storm here for forty bucks when I am well-aware it is less money on websites such as Divatress. The customer service is fine. Ive never had an issue. I just wish the selection of wigs was bigger and better. More edgy and ontrend hair is needed--but, considering that theres nothing else around its not bad.
