As a new resident and loyal customer in Arizona were I moved here from.I am very disappointed on the attitude behavior of few of the employees at this location. Also disenchanted on the so called loyalty saving i never get. They claim one day I have (x) the same day later I cant use it. Wow. Took a walk to rite aid And found better service better price..so I think I will be a customer there

They never answer the phone . Ive called everyday waiting 30mins . Went inside and they said they do not have my medicine . Two 4 weeks to get it becuz they wont check the computers or phone call from my doctor to put it through. HORRIBLE

This store has gone downhill in more ways than one. When Shirley and Christie were there, the store operated like a well oiled machine. Yesterday, I waited on hold for over an hour to have my prescription refilled... one that had been out of stock for over a week. The pharmacist is not very knowledgeable about basic practices. I was going on vacation for a month and needed to have enough pills to last for that time period. He told me to contact my insurance and discuss it with them. WHAT. Shirley or Christy would have handled this with no problem. They would have called my insurer and have the medication waiting for me to pick up. I live around the corner from this store, so we go here a lot to buy other items. The pharmacy is a mess. They are disorganized, and their attitudes are poor too.Update:Was on hold for 35 minutes on 2 separate occasions. This store is awful!!! I just switched to another pharmacy.

Ive called 3 times for the pharmacy and went through the menu prompts and waited 10 minutes each time. No one answers. Then I tried the store who said they dont always pick up and transferred me. 10 more minutes. Im done. They are worthless. This isnt the first time. Other CVS as well. Switch to Walgreens or Right Aid

Do not use the pharmacy at this location their customer care sucks I spent 1-1/2 hrs on the phone trying to talk to the pharmacy they keep you on hold and when they do answer you get disconnected they need to be trained better there and the store manager there is also useless. Do nothing use the 1200 Main Street location.

I find it interesting that a for profit company such as this has no consistency. In the suburbs and outline areas the People giving the immunizations have on what could be described as nothing short of a hazmat suite, short of the boots, are dressed in a full on hazmat suit. Face shield, gloves, gown, you name it, every article short of a plastic bag and a twist tie to give an immunization. Yet here in Norristown affluent Norristown they are a hairs breath away giving vaccines.On the plus side the Pharmacy staff is nice, the new addition on the weekends is nice too.

The pharmacy also NEVER answers the phoneThis store isnsupposed to be open 24 hours but I am here at 1044pm trying to get Tylenol for my sick infant and they are closed.

There were homeless blocking me shopping so me and my wife counldnt get stuff for a my soup so place gets one 1 star

Pharmacist special ordered meds and finally things on time worth the trip very efficient .

This CVS PHARMACY is NOT open 24 hours even though the signage would lead you to think it is. The pharmacy is currently open M-F 8a-9p, Sat 9a-6p, and Sun 9a-5p. Only the retail part is 24 hours. The staff for the retail part were nice to me when I went in on a Sunday around 6p not knowing that the pharmacy was CLOSED. Fix the signage outside and this Google listing should somehow reflect those different hours.

Store always looks good. Staff is friendly and often will find things on displays or backroom if they arent on the shelves. Only bad thing is the 24 hour CVS/Pharmacy sign needs to say something like CVS/Pharmacy 24 hour retail store. Many people come in after the pharmacy closes and then get told come back or drive half hour away.

Been using CVS for years with little to no problem, and online access is great. However, opened one of my meds and found a stray pill, not mine in the bottle. My faith in them is shaken. I only noticed the pill because it is completly different than any other medication i take. What if it was similar in size, shape and color of others i might have taken it. Caution, now Im wary of my meds. I figure this is rare, but could have very bad results.

I came in 11;30 saturday night . i came to print out my coupons out the redbox machine . Just so happens the machine is out paper. And they cant print twice, so i let a cvs employee know but still decides not to put a sign on the machine after stating the machine has been down all week. So this CVS ruined my coupon and shopping because they dont want to do there jobs. if i could give them 0 starz i would but 1 was the lowest.

I use CVS allllllll the time. This is by far the worst one I’ve ever had to use. Pharmacy is extremely slow and incompetent.

Overnight staff seemed to be very racist. Looking at me, as if he had never seen an African American male before. After paying for my items with my debit card, he held my receipt. I asked him is there an issue, even though I new it was not and my card was approved, because the debit machine on my side of the counter stated approved. He stated his register was doing something and finally gave me my receipt. Wow terrible customer service.

Terrible place,every person in this store is so rude,and if rain they push in you out to the store.

This place is quite unique . walk in the place and the staff follows around the store like youre getting ready to still their merchandise not only that the place is so dirty its unbelievable I dont know who they hired for their cleaning contractor but they are terrible its Digi place I really try not to go in there at all

I came in at night to pick up a few things and the girl at the register was on a rant talking to her co worker about how the manager added some duties onto her shift that wasnt there previously. She was so caught up in her conversation she will hold my products I was purchasing, keep talking, and then finally scan and place into the bag. Very unprofessional, I shouldnt know about your work drama while Im in the checkout line.
