Service King is the people that fix my car doing a great job keeping in contact with me and let me know by text when things are going on and how far I am with my car being repair
I had a bad experience with Service King at North aurora. After claiming they were done with the service, the engine light was still on and I was told the light would go away after driving for 2 days.The light never went away. I got it checked with another dealership and figured there multiple loose nuts and missing parts!!!I took it back and they accepted that they shouldve done a better job. They fixed the engine light issue. Im never going there and do not recommend!
Went for minor exterior things on my car and alex was beyond helpful. He made my concerns into solved issues and gave great service. Will definitely be returning.
I was kept up to date on everything that was being done to my vehicle. The truck was ready earlier than expected. It looks great and I am so pleased!

Came in for estimate insurance said would take about 30 min and i was there for less than 10 min quick service and estimate gets emailed to you so there was no waiting there for it. Will be getting my repairs done here for sure!
Came with my son to get an estimate on his car. Alex was so nice my sons front lip was hanging from car and he offer to tape it up so it wouldn’t drag on the floor.

Excellent work on my BMW after I hit a deer. The repair was completed 2 days before the estimate given. Stephanie and Mitchell were helpful and provided great customer service. I like that they text updates. I will be back to have some other work done.

Drop-off/check-in was easy, worked well with insurance provider, kept me up to date on the progress of the repair, notified me of issues getting the correct part from the oem, got the car back 3 days early, it was as clean as when i bought it, very nice work
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - car returned with a (newly) broken door lockUsed Service King per Allstate after one of their insured T-boned my car. Setting up the repair was easy and they do keep you updated on your repair status. That is the end of the positives.They had my car for more than 2 weeks and at the time of drop off said they would verify that Allstate is reimbursing them directly - they did not. I was forced to wait, again, at pick up while they do the verifying they should have done over 2 weeks earlier. They also informed me that my drivers side door locks no longer worked despite the fact that they worked when the car was dropped off. Repair work was done on the passenger side and they claimed no knowledge of why its not working on the drivers side. Upon looking inside my (finished) car, I find a plastic bracket broken and laying on the drivers side front floor. They obviously were doing SOMETHING on the drivers side! Speaking with the manager he states the insurance wont pay for the repair so there is nothing he can do. I reiterated, for the 4th (or more) time, that I gave them a car with working drivers side locks, it should be returned in the same manner. He proceeds to shake his head and say that there is nothing he can do. The icing on the cake was that they lost the key to my car. I had to wait about 15 minutes while they ran around looking everywhere trying to figure who had the key. No one walked me to my car, no one looked over the repairs with me, nothing. I gave this place one star because they technically repaired the accident damage on the car.
I was in a car accident, so I didnt do much with this company (insurance did). However, with the couple of times I did come in or talk to anyone on the phone it was very pleasant. It was upsetting as to why I had to be there in the first place, but everyone there took the time to explain everything and tried to make this experience as best as possible.
I was in a car accident late last year and Service King was one of the nearby places I could take it with my insurance. The other places I called made it sound like the repair would take twice as long because it was near the holidays. I was stunned by the quick service and great communication at Service King. Every thing was explained to me in detail and all of my questions were answered. I recommend them to every one in the area!A little sidenote: When the Enterprise employee dropped off my rental, he accidentally locked the keys in the rental car. Luckily, the Service King staff was incredible and was able to pry open the door for me - free of charge.
This was my first fender bender accident. Service King was on our insurance list of body shops to work with. I was very skeptical at first, but Steven was helping me. Listened to my worries and made sure every need was met and every worry was left behind. I mean you hear of horror stories about body shops, you get your white pearl car back with a red bumper and a green fender.Not here at Service King! They got certified used (new) or new parts for my car and the time frame to get it all taken apart, painted and put back together along with the washing and detail work.... Fantastic! Steven was on top of everything and even at the end, it was not a simple OK pay us and leave. They said if anything else was needed to please come back and they will take care of it.If you are like me and very particular in your stuff, please do not hesitate to give these folks a ring. Steven was our service rep, but the whole team here was awesome. And in todays world of cheap work and its all about me, you will not feel this way here. And the work speaks for itself!Not sure about the other reviews people leave, but my experience has been nothing less then stellar and I too opened my hood and found the engine bay was very clean as well. I would like to think of this more than just a body shop, but a Full Service Body Shop! Because that is what I got, service was the key word here!Thank you Service King for all you did.

My highland was side swiped. 6k worth of damage. Was qouted to be done on the 20th. Finishe on the 12th. Looks outstanding. Constant text messages with the status. Very nice staff... Mitch, daisy and the shop manger was great. 10/10 would recommend!
