Nate Berg was amazing. He walked us though all of the features in the car explaining how they work and when its best to use them. He didnt rush us and even gave us time to go outside and talk over everything before we made our decision. We even talked about the music playing while waiting for items to load or print. I felt very comfortable and not pressured at all, its a surprisingly relaxing environment.
Everyone was extremely nice and professional. My car was taken in right away and fixed the same day. My service advisor, Austin Lopez, kept me updated on what needed to be done on my car before any service was performed. I was very pleased with my visit.

It was nice to be greeted by Name upon arrival and then directed to waiting lounge after checking in with the Service rep. The waiting lounge was very nice and offered a variety of snacks, coffee and water. Service time to a bit longer then expected but was explained by the Service Rep on reason for the delay.

The service here is impeccable. Coming back to Nissan after 15 years was a great move. After visiting Some KIA dealerships in the area, I wasn’t overly impressed with the features that came standard in the vehicles nor did I receive the best of service from those sales people.Enter Nate at Gerald Nissan in North Aurora. He was very professional and courteous ALL the way through the process. More like a friend than a sales person. He listened and worked every detail out. Even when I didn’t like the previous deals, Nate never stopped working toward the end goal. Which was to make the customer happy. He was easy to get along with and genuine. That helped made the whole process seem very smooth. He answered every question I had and advised things that I wasn’t thinking or even knew. THIS is what customer service should be like.I ended up with a 2019 Nissan Altima. Warranty and all. We worked out a deal right where I wanted it to be. I can’t say about about Nate, Miguel and the rest of the crew at this dealership. Keep up the great work! You’ve earned a new client. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. I will definitely consider returning for my next vehicle here, no doubt.

Had a weird issue with the display screen. Brought the car in on 8/23 for a check, and they took a look at a recall issue also.Service was quicker than I had expected. I had decided to wait, and within about an hour, everything that was to be looked at had been done.

I arrived to my appointment early. I was greeted and checked in right away. The rep was friendly and professional as they explained the issue with the vehicle.
Gerald Nissan Aurora is the worse service department in Illinois. Unprofessional service person and mechanics. I left my car whole day figure out noise comes from wheels. I got call from service person Terry around 6. I reached 6.20 the service department close. After paid my bill I realized missing original wheel cover. Cashier mentioned missing wheel cover my bill and told call next day. I call Terry but he never answered the phone and never call back. Still wheel making noise they dont know how to fix it. I had really bad experience this place.
I worked with Kenneth Foster and he was able to answer all my questions. Although I wasn’t ready to make a deal while in the dealership I called him a short time later and was able to work it out. He was prompt and got back to me in a timely manner. It was an easy and quick process overall.
This was my second time leasing a car from Gerald and it was so disappointing. I went in with my old car for an oil change so I went to ask a question and left with another car about a week ago. The thing is I was deceived. I felt pushed as I was trying to leave at least 3 different times. I was told I had a good deal they were helping me, when in reality my payment went up almost $100, I didn’t get some features that were important to me that I already had, and they lowered my lease mileage without telling me at all! So in reality I got screwed. When I found out and contacted my salesman, he didn’t get back to me for days telling me he forgot but there is nothing he can do. Now I will be forced to buy this car or pay huge fees for mileage, when I specifically told them I moved farther from work so I needed to keep my mileage the same. Be sure to read all the fine print even though they try to rush you to sign in the finance office. Also beware of the maintenance plan they try to sell as it’s different than the finance manager says. All in all I will never buy from here again, and next time I may bring a couple of men with me lol

Had a great experience. Everyone was extremely helpful from the minute I arrived until I left. I ended up staying while my car was serviced and was able to catch up on my work thanks to the guest provided WiFi. Rafael the service advisor explained in detail everything that my car needed and we decided what needed to be serviced immediately and what could be serviced at a later date. Barbara in the waiting area was very nice and attentive and everything was greatly appreciated by the Nissan staff.

I went in on memorial day with my mother with the full intention of buying a car for myself. My mother also wanted to spoil herself so she ended up getting a new SUV. I myself got a good looking sedan. Jose definitely worked hard for my business. Im very picky when it comes to cars so it took a while for me to decide. But Jose was patient with me the whole time and took good care of us. Not our first time buying here and it wont be the last.

If I could give negative stars to this place, I would. 2 issues on 2 consecutive visits made me lose faith in their service department. 1st visit: oil change, dropped off and was to pick up later. Never received a call that is was complete. Stopped in and the cashier said there was a balance and couldnt release the car. Well, I have a prepaid service plan that covers it. She said nothing I can do service is closed. Took a half hour to get it taken care of. Was told someone would follow up. Yeah. No one did. 2nd visit: took 2 hours to complete an oil change, even with an appointment. Only answer was we are short staffed. Yeah, not my problem. Dont book appointments or take walkins when you cant handle it. Management in this place on both ends is a joke. We used to recommend them to everyone. Not anymore!

Terrible service and non stop mistakes. We went to lease a car and they had us do a test drive. Mug mod was a con man from the start. After agreeing to the price that was much different than the over $600 a month he offered, they switched the car on us to one that was worth 8k less. Then the next day- the car wouldn’t start (brand new vehicle with 40 miles). They did the right thing and replaced vehicle with one that was closer to the vehicle we had agreed on (yet they still did the bait and switch). The manager told me they had a no return policy which is the opposite of state law and the ICC rules which allows 3 days. Now we have two bills as the dealership never marked the first car as returned. When we called Nissan they told us it was our responsibility to make contact with the manager and have the status changed due to their screw up. Of course- we don’t get a call back from the dealership. Complaint file with the ICC and fraud reported on the credit report now. Would never go to any Gerald dealership ever. We will stick with our normal dealerships who we trustZ

I had the worst experience in buying a car at this location. The sales representative Jose provided false information for a vehicle right off the bat. Sales strategy or not, I was completely disgusted and angry. That is not how you do business. Additionally, the amount of pressure and the unwillingness to negotiate to meet customer satisfaction that was presented by the sales manager, after we had been presented with the false information, was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend buying a car from this location to anyone!

I have been to Gerald before (bought a car 15 years ago, got service once) but have never talked to them about buying a Nissan. I have talked to several other Nissan dealers in the Fox Valley and beyond about purchasing my 2017.5 Rogue at lease end (has a great RV and is super clean). Chanced to meet Gilber Istanboulian outside as I was getting out of my car, and I could tell right away he was a decent guy. He convinced me to take a test drive of a new 2021 redesigned Rogue, and that vehicle is what I ended up buying, for a manageable amount over the payment I was willing to pay to buy my now four-year-old Rogue. Jason Mikel was the finance guy, also a straight shooter.Gilber is a fairly new salesperson, and maybe that is why I liked him. He hasnt developed the car-salesman-itis that so many others have, the tell-you-anything-to-keep-you-in-the-door attitude that Ive dealt with in my lifetime, over a dozen new car purchases.Gerald is my dealer, hopefully they can keep my business going forward.
