I stumbled in here the other night with my son. He wanted to spend money he saved on headphones and a x box gift card. We typically don’t go to game stop because it’s over priced and we find better prices online eBay or Amazon. Well we came in at my sons request and I’m so glad we did! 1 the store was spotless and organized and everything was displayed perfectly! To my surprise the prices were VERY reasonable and right in line with the online pricing maybe off by $1-$3 which is no big deal since you don’t have to pay for shipping and can get your item right away! The gentleman that helped us was so nice about scanning items for a price check my son kept asking for and he was helpful in suggesting headphones and mic within my sons range! Our experience here as restores our faith and interest in game stop and we highly recommend anyone in the area trust in this shop as they’re professional and enjoyable to deal with!

I came into the store about an hour before they closed, there was a bit of a line and only two people working. While I was in line I noticed that the girl (whos name I do not remember, maybe Maggie) was having a hard time with a disgruntled customer who didnt want to hear any part of her pitch. While I dont have much to say about her, aside from her not seeming very enthused with her job or seeming to know much about what she was talking about - the manager Carlos is the real Rockstar here!In my time in the store I watched him handle five or six customers on two different registers, the phones, AND the disgruntled customer on the other girls register, all with the same chipper demeanor he greeted my son and I with. As someone who works in customer service I was beyond impressed with him from afar and even more when it was finally my turn to checkout. He was knowledgeable, honest and just a pleasure to speak to. Im not much of a gamer anymore but my son left the store very happy all of his questions (that seem like another language to me) and then some. Im not one to write reviews but he made an impression, so much that my son wants to go back just to see the Pokemon man, and I was prompted to write this review.GameStop, youve got a real gem here, treasure him and give this man a raise!!

The team here was great. Came in after 830pm, place was empty then got packed. By the time I was ready for check out, lots of people were behind me. I had questions and the team was great at helping me look for things and look things up. At one point I said I feel bad holding everything up since it got busy. The guy said I have to give you the same customer service I would if it was just you or 20 people waiting. I gotta treat you the same, if I didnt it wouldnt be fair. He and his teammate were already great before that comment, they became legendary after it, lol. I think it was Johnathan and Carlos. Also great deals, buy 2 get 1 free booster pack for MTG and sales on Marvel Legends. Lots of inventory, well kept and open until 10pm! If they had beers, I would be there every weekend.

Customer service really depreciated over the years. Most times the reps don’t know about current newly released items or preorders for new stuff. Sometimes you may get a good friendly rep but it’s quite rare.

Good customer Service Kind & well Educated people Manager of the place is Well on Top of His Games & Very Helpful in Time of Questionings & Has Lots of Knowledge in Game aspects!!!👍👍👍👍 If you are a Collector well They also Offer alot of Good Action Figures!!! Love this place it awakens My Childhood Days!!! I Get very Malancholy!!!

Note: This happened a while ago but I was thinking back on it and decided to write a review.I had purchased a copy of a video game from a different Gamestop which had multiple discs around black friday, but because I was moving to the area very soon after never actually opened up and played the game. I realized post move, well after 3 months later that I had only actually received the second disc, which didnt include the main story of the game!I called these guys up, and they went through the effort of calling the original store, verifying the purchase without a receipt (as I hadnt kept it), did some accounting magic to fix the inventory issue on their end, all so I could get the first disc. When I called in I was basically sure that all I would get is someone telling me that it was well past the return period and I dont have a receipt, so nothing they can do. Blew me away with the service here, definitely would recommend.

I would wager that this is one of THE BEST GameStop in the region simply because of its employees, especially the manager, Andrew.I consider Andrew my friend and were always welcomed like family.Ive been going there for years now and the service and experience is top notch.If you ever have any questions about a game, new or old, theyll go out of their way to help you and fill you in on what a game is about or what could be a better choice.Most GameStop employees are game junkies, but these guys are very friendly and informed as well.Best GameStop. 👍PS. Some people have had horror story experiences at stores, but they are always upfront and legit here.

You get all games. Staff is very good and helpful. Polite. You can test out games there (pre covid. After covid they removed their gaming platforms I guess).I did pick up online orders and although was a used game, I got the original cover etc. The game also still works (been a month using smash bros nintendo).

Hardly has good games and never lowers their price!

Store is big, it is in a shopping center so parking is definitely not a problem. Store has many collectibles all over as well as a big selection of video games, the staff is really friendly and helpful, they will help you find what you are looking for.

Loved it!!! John was such a big help all the way. From having to choose a video game from the checkout. He was very patient and informative. Will definitely be going back!

Approachable staff, I enjoy getting my items from here, clearance/sale items are great holiday gifts. I would given this a 5 star rating but twice I came to the location a half an hour or more before the store is scheduled supposed to close and finding myself unable to make a shopping run. Will call ahead if I ever come do a late run again. 4 out of 5 in my book.

You walk in and see young kids working but to my surprise these kids were very professional . A sales rep Cesar was very helpful and polite . He was also assisted by Jon who seemed to be in charge . Its like breath of fresh air to walk in and be able to get assistance like I receive today . Very happy with my transaction today . I hope GameStop superiors recognize these two as an asset to this location .

Throughout the years of going to this Particular gamestop. I never had a problem with any employee that works there. The store manager Andrew is the nicest guy in that store. He can always help you with anything. Ill still come to this store when I can.

On July 19th, bought a 50 bday gift card for nephew, he just tried to use today to find out nothing on it. I told worker here is the credit card statement of purchase don’t have receipt. He proceeded to say can’t help or do anything doesn’t tell me anything just says u purchase 50 at store. I said don’t you want to investigate I saw your worker swipe card, and I walked out thinking 50 on card. American Express charged my card the transaction went thru so it’s a mistake or something fraudulent going on. He said sorry can’t help nothing I can do. But I can do something call corporate and have American Express investigate.

The people there are kind are very honest, they are never rude and give their kindest and honest suggestions.

They don’t answer phone calls and I’m assuming the workers close earlier then posted. I have to go out of my way 3.6 miles away to check if they have something in stock or not.

My boyfriend and I love thos Gamestop. We are those people that spend 15 mins or more in there. Lol. Awesome employees. Only had one rude dude, but out of 5 years that i been going non-stop thats not bad at all.

Before I left the house I specifically looked up the store hours and it says and still says 8pm. I went there and at 7:05pm was rudely told that if I wasnt gonna buy nothing to leave. then I asked her what time theyes closed and she said 7. then I said oh cuz online it says 8pm and she rudely said oh well its not updated. all this was being sad as I was being rushed out. then she unlocks the door and doesnt wait till Im out when she hit me with the door on my shoulder. will not be buying games from this franchise anymore. will be going to best buy and walmart now. hell even toys r us.

Im a huge gamer, I currently racked up over 35,000 Gamestop Rewards Points. Unfortunately they do hassle kids for reasons unknown when half of there employees are barely over 21. Decent staffing some memebers are very insightsful and give you game reviews others seem like theyd rather be somewhere else. I for one have bought many games from there for different platforms and systems. The demo systems are off most of the time and theres food being eaten during work hours in front of customers. My review is good.. when I turned 18 and brought a valid I.d. they just need to try a bit harder. The line is usually long and they cant seem to multitask. It hurts to see a store doing so sub par when Its one of the best gaming stores since Eb Games, Toys R Us etc.
