Finally received a response from the T-MOBILE store manager asking what happened. I emailed him back letting him know everything about the type of employee and service given to clients. Lets see what happens at this point, if they truly value their clients then something will be done if not then I will let you know and see where we take our business instead.AS AN UPDATE!! Waited around for 40 minutes after “signing in” waiting to be serviced. Literally just went there to upgrade my phone, already knew what I wanted and had cash in hand but they were too busy standing around NOT working. 5-6 employees yet no one helped us. I’ll just take my business elsewhere because clearly these people don’t know the first thing about customer service. Ridiculous.

I just came out from T-Mobile store at 88th street in North Bergen around noon. The place was empty, there were no customers and there were like 5 employees. So why I had to stand there waiting for one of them to notice me? when I entered a nice guy started showing me phones but I made a phone call to ask my mother which phone she wanted and then he disappeared. I stood there waiting while the other employees were talking among themselves or on the phone. They had nothing to do so why not ask me if they could continue helping me or just say please wait, the xx guy will be here soon. I was so mad I got out and left my ID in the store. Customer service is really bad, I also wanted to change my number and they couldnt do it.

Terrible customer service. the store was basically empty when I went. No one bothers to greet me and let me know how to get help. finally, the big, grumpy, bearded man with a nasty attitude speaks to me as if he’s talking to his dog. Felt so disrespected, even thought about reporting this place to the corporate, but hopefully this one star review will let people know to STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

They are very unorganized and the manager is lazy, I went to the store to ask for help with my bill because there was a mistake on it. At first they wanted me to contact customer service after they specifically told me to go in the store and get help. I went through like 3 employees. They got tired of trying and just told me “figure this out with your bank”. They were all looking at the time as they were helping me, trying to rush the process long story short I did not get anything done in that store. I was there for about 1 hour and a half and got nothing done. Big waste of time, just go to Edgewater the staff isn’t just worried about selling something to make a little commission off it, in Edgewater they actually HELP you!

When I arrived at the store everything was amazing, they ask me to wait in the car, because of COVID restrictions, and they will call me when was my turn. They told me it would be like 20 minutes.Well that was the only amazing thing !After 30 minutes I decided to walk to the store, just to see what was going on, then I stand outside, and see people walking in . One of the employees ask me if I had signed in, I say Yes, and they told me to wait in the car. He told me that they had been calling my name at the store, and they DONT CALL PEOPLE ON THE PHONE, like I was told, from another employee before.WOW !Now I got some guy, that seems like he hates his job, he’s the only Bold guy there, very impatient with our questions, because we really didn’t know anything about the IPHONE 12.Well he told us the now it’s ONLY THE PHONE IN THE BOX, that we now had to purchase everything else. So we did it !Surprisingly when the phone arrived it was a charger cable there, that we didn’t need to spend 40 Dólares on a new one.Also I was charged 20 UPGRADE FEE, that it was never mentioned to me.And now I got my first bill, w the payment of the phone, and guess what ? Another surprise !18 Dólares insurance for the phone, that it was never mentioned to me, and I was signed up, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION !!I called T-MOBILE, got my 20 back, and they took that insurance off.THIS WAS MY SECOND EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE, and both times I wasn’t treated like a CUSTOMER, spending 1300 Dólares .I DONT RECOMMEND THIS STORE FOR ANYONE !CALL T-MOBILE, service is much better there !

Theres this location and also the T-Mobile in Edgewater but I always choose the North Bergen one because of the customer service. The manager there ( I forget his name ) is ALWAYS at the top of his customer service game. I took my mother there recently and she also commented on how nice they were. Good customer service is hard to come by these days.

Ivette is sooo rude. She says with an attitude, Im just trying to do my job sir. But youre not. Youre being rude and asking personal questions. When I came into this store I noticed that the store was clean and organized. It was not very long when I was immediately helped by a sales associate, Enmanuel. He was very polite, knowledgeable and direct. It helped that he was direct because when I shop for any new phone I want someone to give me the info straight up.and provide good customer service. He was not only professional, but with the new phone I got I was able to save money!! Great experience.

I went into the store and was attended by Enmanuel. I had a few issues with my phone which he patiently helped me fix, informed me about a promotion which I did decide to take advantage of He was very calm and informative which made me feel like TMobile was giving me something as opposed to me giving them money. I recommend being attended by him he knows his stuff. Best experience in giving money, can’t even explain it.

Friendly staff members all together. I bought 2 galaxy s10 phones and dealt with Emanuel, who was firstly just a nice person to begin with and secondly a very costumer oriented salesman. He is an asset to any retailer especially T-mobile in this instance. Also thanks to Kaity the manager and Carlos for politely helping me out sort out the Bixby fiture on my phone. Overall I highly recommend this great team of skilled professionals. T-mobile should give them a bonus, because good people are hard to come by these days.

Todays experience was uneventful. I went in to have my screen protector changed(which I have full cvrge of) only to have the guy put it on half-a**ed. It came off on the ride home as he didnt use the wipes enclosed. Telling me it was too thick for my S8, so he had to reconfigure my settings & I would have to touch the screen harder!!?? 🤔I placed on another one properly after cleaning it myself; which Ill do from now on. Bottom line, please have a customer rep that will do the job thoroughly & if theyre not capable or dont feel like doing it, then let the customer know or ask another rep. to assist.

If you need any T-Moble assistance or are looking to switch to T-mobile, I suggest coming to this location. Danny and the team there were patient, gave amaxing customer service, answer all questions with good knowledge, and the store has an amazing sense of humor. All in all a fantastic place.

Waited an hour to make a 1minute transaction. And got ignored several times when I asked if I could be helped next. Some sales people were just hanging out with customers at this point. While not giving me the time of day. Poor customer service.Edit: went back the following day, when it was less busy, to let them reclaim some stars. Better service this time, still needed to wait 15 mins.

If theres a zero, I would give them a zero. The morning manager, a John is very incompetent and unprofessional. He called the customer who came in after me stating that he got her name first. The customer acknowledged that Im there before her and the manager still insisted that shes next coz he took her name first. First, he messed up the getting of the names as to whos there first and when confronted with the mistake, he wasnt willing to change it because I got her name first. What kind of trouble shooting is that? Totally inexperienced and incompetent.Never ever go there if you dont want to ruin your day. Worst customer seervice!!!

Horrible customer service here. When in because I have insurance on a cracked screen. And needed help putting in a claim. They kept saying that it was to much money to go threw the insurance program they sold me (jump) . And they kept referencing me to a little shop down the street. Im guessing its the workers friend. They ending up trying to charge me 200$ more! Then what my insurance would.... second time... needed to turn my old phones in to jump to the new ones I received in the mail. After they took two people in front of me. Even tho they had a list. Said I would have to do everything on the phone and to call. Which the representative told me they could of done this themselves in the store. Dont go heres it a huge waste of your time.

I walked to this store to replace my SIM card bcz lately I start loosing service on my phone, the guy who assisted me said that I dropped my phone in water and that never happened and said that I have to pay 25$ in order to get a new SIM card.I’m a T-Mobile client since 2015 and this never happened with me, nobody has asked me to pay for sim replacement before .That’s a shame

Wait Line is ridiculous, Ive been there about 5 times in the past 2 years and the least ive waited is 40 minutes. All the salesman there are really sleazy, always trying to convince you to add more services even though you say no. Trust me, the loudest guy there is the worst, dont want to announce his name but dont be fooled by the things he says, hes good at scamming people. I called before I went and ask if I had an upgrade. They told me yes on the phone. I went and waited THIRTY MINUTES just to be told I didnt have an upgrade. The little douche should have at least apologized for being stupid.
