We went to the store and meet with Oscar. He was very knowledgeable and helpful .He Cares about his job and providing a great customer experience. Highly recommend !!! ask for Oscar. I only walked into this store to ask about the plans and the phones they offer. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and had an answer to all of my questions. Im currently with a different carrier but I just might make the switch.

I went to the store on 57th. street and got the service for 50.00 went back the next day as I was getting no internet service. The girl was extremely rude to me. Did not want to help me, even attempted to mock me, did not want to give my money back was not apologetic for her rudeness. My phone currently has no signals, no wifi. This is what happens when companies hire millennials to do a customer service position and dont care to assist the customer. I will never go to that store again. To say it has been a complete horror is putting a brush on it. That girl needs to be trained in customer service.

Oscar was unbelievably helpful! I went in to purchase a SIM card and prepaid plan for my boyfriend and it was a little complicated. Oscar spent a very long time making things right and getting it all situated so I didn’t have to go crazy with it myself. This man went above and beyond for me and I will certainly send everyone his way. Customer service is so important and he certainly excels in the area!
