The team at Porsche Bethesda is very knowledgeable and professional. They offer excellent service. I recently had my car serviced for the annual maintenance check and it was completed in a very timely manner and I was also able to receive a loaner car during this time. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and service scheduling is very easy. Would highly recommend this dealership.

You brace yourself going into a car dealer for services. Prepare mentally for the oncoming list of things they try to sell you and then… a surprise. Instead, you get friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. That was my experience with Porsche Bethesda, specially Louis Pradel. He was very easy to work with and even game me the oil change deal that had expired a week earlier. I highly recommend this dealer and Louis if you need to bring your car in for services. I will definitely visit them again.

The customer service here is second to none. While two other dealerships are closer, I go across state lines just because the service is that good. They listen and care and go the extra mile to deliver on your needs. Ive had a great experience with all staff, but I repeatedly look to work with Louis Pradel as I appreciate his continuous communication and updates during extended service. The best!

The service department was very professional and I really like the system they use to notify the user after each portion of service ( diagnosis, time taken, request for approval of service, completion) . I was there on a weekday and had meetings all day and their waiting lounge area is perfect for that as well. All in all, I will give a 5 star for service, professionalism and customer relationships.

The service at the Bethesda was amazing as usually working with Louis Pradel, he walked me through all the repairs suggested and I would add that, I do like the new format of having the client view these online before any work is done. Great service as usual.
