Jimmy Ellsworth and his team did an outstanding job replacing the front bumper to my 2014 Camaro 2SS/RS. They got the parts in, painted the bumper and put the striping on without the car being at the shop. Once painted and ready, I took the car in and the bumper was put on in less than 6 hours from the time it was dropped off.Their attention to detail is without a doubt the best I’ve seen from an auto body shop. Ellsworth Autobody was amazing to work with and their results were amazing! My 2018 RAM 1500 was side swiped, with significant damage to the entire passenger side. I cant say enough great things about Heath. He coordinated everything with the estimate, dealing with the insurance and made sure that no corners were cut. Every detail was addressed and the paint job was flawless. So very happy with the entire team that worked on my truck. I’ve worked with Ellsworth for years, on a variety of vehicles ranging from the mundane company car - minor stuff, or a decade old kid car, or a 1 year old car with a pretty big front end hit, all the way to a historically significant collector Porsche - the subject of this review. The whole team is awesome, the highest standards of quality, professional customer service, and outstanding on time work along with along the way updates. Heath, James and Lindsay do more than hold down the front end - they bring a passionate spirit to their work (and it matters) and the shop team is fantastic too! I’ve got too many cars to say out loud, but I wouldn’t bring anyone of them to another body shop even if it were free.

My Audi A7 was hit in the left fender which included hood, bumper and headlamp assembly. With the car being black metallic, my biggest concern was color match and transparent repairs. The repairs and paint was perfect! Heath called and asked if I wanted a dent in the left rear quarter wheel opening removed. They were able to remove the dent with no body work or paint and again perfect! When the car was picked up it was detailed and looked great. After purchasing our BMW we found that the previous owner had some shabby work done on a repair. The BMW dealer said we had to adjust the entire lift gate but Heath at Ellsworth identified the problem right away without messing with integrity of the car. After I got into an accident, I found Ellsworth Auto Body. The people there were warm, welcoming, and friendly. Explained what needed to be done to my vehicle, and gave me consistent updates on her progress. They even finished up early and she looks good as new. I stopped by to get an estimate on repainting a section of my new used car. They were very professional, from the woman behind the counter to Heath who took me out to look at my problem. There were some smudges and scratches left that the previous owner had left on the front part of my car, in front of the drivers side door. I believe there was probably a decal on it and the owner had tried to scrape it off somehow, possibly using a razor. Anyway, Heather said do you have a few minutes? And I said Sure. He came back in a minute with a buffering machine along with some materials to get scratches out of cars. He not only took care of my problem, but also took care of some other scratches I had on my car!! By the way,, this was real close to their closing time too! You can hardly tell at all that there was anything there before! I wish I had a picture of it. Anyway, Heath did a GREAT JOB of taking care of my problem, all for FREE! Just to compare, I had taken it to another auto body shop and they quoted over $1,000 to repaint what needed painted and to blend it in with the other adjoining sections! It is so nice to know there are still legitimate, honest companies and people out there! Thank you Ellsworth and Heath! I will be back if I ever need anything like this done again!

Our Honda Pilot had a run in with a trash can while driving due to high winds. Ellsworth came highly recommended and we are so glad we went to them. They communicated so well, were timely, and connected us easily with a rental. They walked us through everything and insurance to get supplemental (3x time than what insurance first gave) but assured us it would all be taken care of. Heath was our guy and was so kind and informative, and Lindsey at the front desk as well. Throw in snuggles from the shop dog, Buckeye, there’s really no other questions where to go. Car fixed, detailed and clean upon return (2 small kids so it was messy when I removed the car seats at drop off and I felt them cleaning up inside was above and beyond). If we need their services again we will definitely go to Ellsworth again.

Even during COVID, the estimate done by Heath was safe and professional and friendly. He was very thorough and upfront that more damage could be detected once they got into the repair. The shop and business was very clean, which I was told to look for when choosing repair shop. They also communicated throughout the process and worked well with my insurance claim. When a part was delayed, they communicated immediately, were apologetic and still had my car completed on time. Work done is guaranteed as long as I own my car. After an unfortunate accident in my 2020 BMW X5, I called the local BMW dealer to see who they recommend to fix it. Without hesitating, they told me about Ellsworth Autobody and how they are the best in the area.I ended up connecting with Heath (great guy) and he made the process seamless. Just want to thank Jim, Heath and the rest of the crew at Ellsworth Auto Body. I have a 19 Ram that was backed into on the passenger door. Took to another shop for the repair and unfortunately they couldn’t match the paint. They painted it twice then basically told me I was being picky. So I took it to Ellsworth where I met with Heath and showed him what I was talking about. He then went over the truck and found some other problem areas that the previous body shop failed to fix correctly. Agreed to have Ellsworth attempt to fix the previous shops mistake and had him schedule it. Dropped the truck off and before they got started on it, they had me come back in and meet with Jim the owner and the rest of the crew that was going to be attempting the repair to make sure they fully understood my concerns. Needless to say they went beyond all expectations and the truck turned out perfect. If you are looking for a great body shop with great people, don’t hesitate to give Ellsworth a shot. I called around the next day to set up an estimate at Ellsworth and a few other shops.When I arrived at Ellsworth, Heath spent nearly half an hour inspecting and documenting the damage, taking dozens of photos for insurance and our records, as well as explaining his observations as he went, making sure to point out a few key areas that would may need more attention once body panels were removed. I left Ellsworth feeling incredibly well-informed and confident that theyd do a great job.Doing my due dilligence, I took the car to a few other shops. I was not impressed - the majority of them did a simple walk-around, took a handful of photos, barely explained anything, and sent me on my way.We went with Ellsworth, and their work was top notch. Using only genuine Mazda parts, they replaced the fender and repaired the door, taking care to ensure factory-level fit and finish. The paintwork is flawless, including blending into the rear passenger door. In addition to the repair work, they fully detailed the entire interior and exterior of the car, including the wheels. It looks brand new.Cannot recommend Ellsworth enough, and while I hope I dont need their services again anytime soon, I wont hesitate to call them if I do.

Scheduled an appointment on their website for Friday 7/3 at 9am. Showed up, nobody answered the door. Called their number, no answer. Called the alternate number, turns out they were closed. Would be nice if their website would prevent customers from scheduling appointments on off days, or if theyd have called me to reschedule.

Best auto body repair shop around as soon as I pulled up on the lot I received assistance and a quick fix which nobody else offered to me with the hassle of getting in & out of my vehicle excellent repair and goes far & beyond basic repairs!!

Dropped of my car on a Tuesday night for a bumper and windshield repair and was able to pick it up Friday morning! Not only did I get a new bumper and windshield, they went out of their way to clean my tires, dashboard, and even vacuumed my floor mats. Heath and the whole team are unbelievable and I would HIGHLY recommend their service for any of your car needs.
