I dropped my 1973 Nova off to this guy in 2015 and he had it for over 2 years. Wouldn’t return my phone calls, wouldn’t be at the shop when I’d stop by. I paid him roughly 2 grand and I got a half painted car with poor quality body work. I ended up having to call the sheriff to get my car back. You would have better quality and customer service with Maaco, at least they’d actually paint the car. He didn’t return any of my money or even offer an apology. He had no legitimate excuse for why he didn’t have the car done. It was always “give me 2 weeks” or “give me a month”. Wasn’t a frame off restoration or anything fancy, if he woulda competed the job he would have got paid. I could give 0 stars I would.
