I took my fusion in to have a dent in the roof fixed. They had to remove the headliner and the sunroof to do the repair. The outside work looks good however my tan headliner had black hand prints all over it. The next day the sun roof leaked all over my back seat. When I went back to have the problem corrected Dayton tried to act like there was a leak there before, which there was not. They also said they did not touch anything that would have got their hands greasy. As an ASE certified technician who has worked on sunroofs, I can honestly say this is false. They have grease in the tracks and collect dirt through the years.I have owned this car for 3 years and I know it inside and out. They didnt even attempt to clean it to make me happy. When I brought it up the second time, Dayton walked away from me like a true class act. They also left a hat and some trash on my vehicle. After leaving a review the owner called and had my vehicle detailed. However the sunroof still leaks and I have a permanent water stain in my headliner that I never had before. Unfortunately I can not recommend them.

I brought my car in for some minor bodywork. The got my an estimate first thing Monday morning after a online request made the day before. The estimate was less than I expected, done before they told me it would be, had a loaner car available, and detailed my car at no extra charge! They cleaned up the greasy fingerprints the last repair shop left on my interior when I had brake work done a few weeks ago! Speechless.

AKA Northwest Collision, I used them on recommendation of a dealership garage for Acuras. I got an estimate that was reasonable for the repair. They also rented a car to me for $10/day. Word of caution: make sure they top off the fluids in their rental. I was on the interstate and ran out of windshield wiper fluid. That was not pleasant. The repair job lasted two days, which was the expectation. After seeing the repair, I was satisfied with it and paid the bill. The only reason they did not get five stars is because of the windshield wiper fluid in their rental. I would recommend them for repairs.

I bought a new Jeep Renegade 3 weeks ago and someone backed up into my new car in a parking lot and left the scene. ugh They had damaged the drivers side rear bumper. I took it to North Canton Collision to get an estimate and could not be happier with the experience. They are professional from start to finish . Once I received the estimate I scheduled a time to drop it off and they gave me a vehicle to drive which was a bonus. When it was time to pick up my vehicle I was totally amazed with the results. They did an excellent job . You cant even tell it was hit. They also did additional work that I did not expect such as washing and vacuuming my jeep. Went to get an estimate to straighten front end. Had cash in hand. Was not going to be using insurance. The man that helped us was very rude and pretty much told us to get bent. He told me they refuse to work on my vehicle unless we got the WHOLE front end done. Said they dont do little jobs. Very disappointed. Also very unprofessional. Did not even introduce himself so dont know the mans name.

Fantastic shop! Theyre willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Everyone is friendly and family vibe is felt as soon as you walk through the door. They even have a rental car for you to use while yours is getting repaired. Ive taken my car there multiple times and only have positive things to say.

Wow! Amazing work. Repaired 2 vehicles after backing into one with another in the driveway. They look brand new! Deep scratches and scrapes never happened. Always fantastic work, great communication and responsiveness. This is the place to go for body work!

Dishonest, My truck was totaled out by the employee while they had me sit in the waiting room claiming they were tryin to find my truck. Then he came out and told me He just went ahead and marked down all the damage because it was a tight fit and I was supposed to do it with him... Next thing I know I get a call from my insurance that my truck was considered totaled.

Alex made things quick and easy. The repairs were done properly, and they cleaned up the interior without me asking. Not sure if thats a courtesy thing or not, but I really appreciate it.

Our experience with North Canton Collision was outstanding from start to finish! We had an issue with the car rental company, Emily stepped in and helped us out with one of theirs instead. Bill took care of getting us in, fixed up and had our car done quickly. My car looks fantastic, better than before it was hit. I cannot say enough about how wonderful I feel our experience was.

Fantastic service! My husband and I have taken our vehicles here on two different occasions and the customer service, timeliness, and body work have been outstanding. Both times our vehicles were in the shop the estimates were fair and they finished work well before the original anticipated time. I would highly recommend NCC to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle. They are a preferred shop with several insurance carriers as well which makes the process for the client that much smoother. A 5 star shop for sure!

North Canton Collision is a great company. They are fast, friendly, efficient, and affordable. I needed my door adjusted and I pulled into the building without an appointment. They realigned and fixed my door in 5 minutes and I was on my way. Experiences like this prove why I always use them and why I will continue to use them in the future!

The staff at this place genuinely listens to you, and tries to assist you in any way possible --especially in exploring your financial options .I got in an accident while driving my friends car, and didnt know how to finance the body work. Jason was understanding of the financial constraint I face as an underemployed recent college graduate, and worked with me till the end. I highly recommend this place. I myself would return to this place in the near future, should I need body work.

I was rear-ended and took it there to get fixed. While they fixed the body, they refused to fix the mechanical issues as a result of being rear-ended. I would take your vehicle to another shop that knows how to fix mechanical issues.

Good place to hide your car fixed if you get into an accident 😉

I took my 97 Civic in because I had hit something hard enough to push my radiator upwards and keep my hood from opening. I also had my drivers side bumper out but I told them to leave it, I was just concerned about opening my hood. They brought my radiator back down, kicked out a great deal of the dent, made sure my lock was still OK, AND put my bumper back flawlessly. They were very nice, very professional, and did me a great favor by putting my bumper back despite me saying to not worry about it.

UPDATE: Thank you to North canton collision to reaching out to me to make the situation right. That means a lot for a business to do that. We will definitely be back!

I cant say enough great things about the experience I had. I called to see if someone was available for an estimate and they said stop right in. The estimate was quick, the pricing of the parts and labor was reasonable and fair. We scheduled a time to bring my car in. The work was done sooner than expected. They went above and beyond to make the experience pain free and I am really happy with how my car turned out. They have little Hondas you can rent which was great (and cheap); I didnt have to worry about dealing with a car rental company or arranging transportation.

Very nice people in the office and help you out as much as they can. Scott the towdriver who delivered my car to my house was very professional and was extra careful making sure he got my car back to me the way it was. I appreciate it and recommend them if you are in need of a good tow company

Worked with this guy called Bill. Totally unprofessional. I was on vacation for 2 weeks and I dropped my truck off to done in 4 days. Only for my cousin to want to pick it up and then said they hadnt started working on the truck. Same story the next week due to some payment from the insurance company. I came back after 2 1/2 weeks only to pick up my truck and complained about the service. Bill didnt even had the courtesy to explain the work that they did to me. He just left me hanging without walking the car to show what they did. Only to find out the drivers door creaks really bad now on the side they supposedly fixed ....

Had some body work done and they made it look like new. Friendly staff and made everything as convenient as possible. Will defiantly recommend and use again if needed.

This shop has top notch customer service. Over a year ago, I took my car to them after the body was severely damaged by a hit and run in a parking lot. After already being frustrated by having to pay my deductible for damage I didn’t cause, I was even more frustrated to find that the insurance adjuster was only considering most of the damage to have been caused by the collision. Upon finding this out, north canton collision offered to do the remainer of the work free of charge as they felt that the adjuster didn’t not make the right call. Quality, quick service and they care about their customers. I now live over an hour away and recently opted to drive my vehicle there for more body work because of how well they treated me.

Just had my brand new Dodge Challenger repaired at North Canton Collision. An animal had run in front of the vehicle and caused some significant damage to the front bumper cover and associated systems. I emphasized to Jason that the finish on the paint job was very important to me. The car was repaired ahead of schedule, and the bumper looked factory new, with no visible orange peel, fish eye, or other imperfections. Thanks again to Jason and the team for taking good care of me!

I was in a very damaging cosmetic car accident but North Canton Collision had my Lexus looking brand new in just 2 days! It was the best car service Ive ever encountered! From the moment I walked in, I was treated in a friendly and professional manner. Jason was incredibly fair with his estimate and made numerous calls to find me the cheapest parts possible. When I came to pick up my car, I was astonished at the transformation. The bumper, fender and paint job were seamlessly melded and my car was fantastically vacuumed and cleaned. I recently had an accident with my FORD ESCAPE. My husband and I went to Auto Nation in Canton. We had an appointment at 9am, by the time the rep from Auto Nation got to us it was 9:45am. He didnt talk to myself or my husband, the rep acted like he was in a hurry to get us out of his way. When the secretary came in at 10am we asked her what the rates for a rental was, she had no clue so she called and found out that it would be $20 for a small car and $30 for a medium car like a FOCUS! We walked out and my husband got on Google, found North Canton Collision and called them up. Carrie the owner answered, my husband explained the situation and the first thing out of Carries mouth was oh my is she alright? He told her that I was fine and that the car was able to be driven. She explained that they had a FORD 500 for $10 a day. We asked where they were located. She explained. While there we were told that they were not going to charge us for the rental until the parts came in, so it would be a few days due to the holiday. I dropped off my car, signed the paper work, and left in the FORD 500. I dropped it off on 12/29/2014 and I got it back 1/14/2015 so they had it for 16 days and that was due to the parts not coming in. When my husband paid for everything they had only charged us for ten days for the rental. You couldnt tell that the car had even been wrecked, and even went out of their way to make sure that not only new parts were painted correct color but original paint was touched up in needed areas. To come to point being made, they did an awesome job and come highly recommended from both me and my husband. They have received lifetime customers!!!!!!!!!!

I was at a store in N. Canton (2 blocks away) and my car door got stuck OPEN at 4:45pm on an 18 degree December afternoon. I remembered N. Canton Collision had helped my daughter with something and gave them a quick call. They sent two gentlemen over to help me get the door closed and tide me over till I could bring the vehicle back to them. I asked what I owed them and they said nothing! I am so grateful! Calling to find a time I can bring the car by to get the door closing like it should. Another fan of North Canton Collision!

Great experience from a stressful situation. I know now why they are a part of State Farms Select Service program. They were honest and friendly. They provided a rental at a very reasonable rate, even though we needed a minivan for our family of 5. When the repairs took longer than expected, they offered to work with us on the rental fees without a word on our end. The repair looks perfect, and the technician even took it back in to fix a minor trim issue-unrelated to the accident- before I took it home. While I hope we never need collision services again, they are on top of our list if we do.

I am very impressed with the quality of work done on my sons 2017 Honda Civic. North Canton Collision will be the only place I take my vehicles from now on.

I recently had extensive hail damage that covered my entire car.They did an AMAZING job - I dont see any signs of the damage, and trust me, there was a lot! Thank you!

If you care about the finish of your car, stay away.Unfortunately, I dont share the same satisfaction as many of the other reviews. That being said, the bodywork they did was top notch. However, the paint job was certainly subpar. The new paint was so far off in color that half my car was turning purple instead of blue in the sun (even though only the rear portions of my car should have been painted). They were forced to blend the paint all the way into the front of my car to try and make it less noticeable. The parts of my car they painted were full of wet sanding marks, buff marks, and overspray like you wouldnt believe. There were several deep scratches from washing the car (so I was told). It looked like Wolverine himself was in charge of washing my car in some spots. I was told that the paint is going to flop, so only at certain angles will the color almost match. Well that answer wasnt good enough for me. I gave them a chance to make it right, they simply dialed down the color and resprayed part of my bumper against the original quarter panel, but it still wasnt right.Long story short, I took it to another shop who was able to match the color and the flake perfectly. I will never recommend NCC to anyone.

I heard about this place when the adjuster was looking at my car after I hit the front in with a big rock. I went on the internet to read their reviews on they were excellent so I decided to give them a try and go talk to them. I went in and started talking to a guy named Trevor he was great ask me to bring in what the adjuster quoted me and I did. He found out that the adjuster had left off and missed alot of stuff. I was told that it was going to be a 1,000.00 out of pocket after he talk to the adjuster he ended up getting more money. I walk out of the not paying nothing out of pocket for a 2014 Ford Escape for a new hood and paint. It looked amazing after they got done you could never tell that my car has been hit. Excellent job Trevor and your team.
