Great company and very professional. I replaced the garage doors original to the house that were 61 years old, they still had life in them but did not want to paint and wanted more light. Easily the best company I have ever dealt with. Had Johnny and Jack stop out today on 7/16/21. We were the last stop of the day, yet they arrived early and timely. Johnny took care of the entire process of replacing a 40 year old garage door and slightly younger door opener for me. I cannot express how happy I am with this company. I had clipped the bottom of my garage door pulling out of my driveway and needed to repair/replace the door. I initially called another place that took almost 2 weeks just to come out and give me an estimate. That place simply emailed me estimates and never even called me back to explain them or follow up. I then reached out to Above & Beyond and they came out the next day. Super nice people who genuinely care about their customers. They quoted me MUCH less than that other place. They were able to replace my door within 2 business days which I was amazed by, because the other place said it could take 5-8 weeks just to replace a door panel. We were originally planning to use another local company to replace our original garage door after it was damaged and we were told it could take up to 8 weeks. Above & Beyond had our new door to us in less than 3 weeks and the installer, Johnny, not only caught measurement mistakes the first company had given us (meaning, the first company was going to order us a door that wouldnt have fit correctly in our garage) but also talked us into a white door rather than almond and it just looks amazing! I cannot recommend this company enough. While I hope that we wont need a new garage door any time soon, I know exactly who to call if we do!

Johnny arrived on time and was very informative and honest about what we were dealing with, but also giving us options for repair and/or replacement. He promptly returned my call and was able to install the replacement we chose on the SAME day at 1 PM! I called at 11:30 to schedule an appointment to have a new garage door opener installed. The gentleman said how about between 1 and 2 today. Wow! That never happens! He gave me an exact estimate on the phone. The gentleman who did the installation was friendly, efficient and very instructive. The opener and new keypad work great. Our garage door was not completely closing on its own using the remote or switch. We had called another company who offered with an initial free call. We were told by that company the only solution was to replace the opener at a cost of $600.00 plus.We then called Above & Beyond Door Systems and within 1 hour the repairman arrived, did a quick, efficient assessment fixing the door for a mere $85.00 total! He assured us there is nothing wrong with our garage door opener, adjusting wires, re-stapling them into a corrected position. Repairman Johnny Todd was concise, knowledgeable, and honest. He offered to have my husband look at the wire that was worn, necessitating standing on a ladder, when he declined climbing the ladder, Johnny used his cell phone capturing a picture insisting we see the minor problem.It is refreshing to find a company that is not only honest, but polite, taking extra time to explain not only the problem but most reasonable $$$ solution. My garage door suffered a broken torsion spring. I didnt know who to call so I picked Above and Beyond from a Google search because they were local and had such good reviews. Im always a little leary when a business has so many good reviews but Im so glad I chose them. I called them at 8:30am to make an appointment and they were at my house before 9:30am. They fixed my door in about 20 minutes. The bill for parts and labor was very fair. They also lubed all my rollers. The name Above and Beyond definitely suits their business. These guys have been amazing! They came out quick to fix my garage door after I tried to fix it myself. They were very nice and very affordable.
