We have an old garage door, and a wire snapped preventing the door from closing and also making it lopsided, of course this happened on a holiday weekend. I called Galaxy Garage Doors after reading reviews on the next door app. Jeremiah responded right away and came out today (Saturday, July 3rd) inspected the door and fixed it for a fraction of the cost we were expecting, and he didnt charge an emergency fee. I highly recommend him, and we will use him for all of future garage door needs.

I found out late at night that the spring on my garage door was busted. The door seemed HEAVEY to lift and would only come up about 5 inches from the ground. I literally had no idea who to call for this type of issue.Since Google is our friend, I googled and among other results the Galaxy Door came up. It is embarrassing to admit but I prefer Texting over having to call. So I texted Galaxy and lo and behold they replied right away (keep in mind this was at night lol).I texted the garage pics and was given a rough estimate. Jeremiah said he will be at my home next AM. He worked on the garage and everything turned out perfect.Here is why I would recommend him… he kept me up to date via texting. He was quick to reply even during non-business hours. He came to our house the next day on a short notice. His work came with a lifetime warranty.All in all we were satisfied. I would feel OK recommending him to a friend.

Highly recommend galaxy doors. I called for an estimate and Jeremiah came out the same day and had it fixed within a few days. He explained things in laymens terms, so that it was easy to understand why I was having this issue, and how he would fix it. That goes a long way for someone whos not mechanically inclined. I accidentally backed into my daughters garage door and knocked it off the track so it wouldnt go up as well as denting it. I called Galaxy Door who we have been using for years. I made an appointment and Jeremiah arrive on time (as usual). He inspected the garage door and did some adjusting of the tracks and the rollers. I just want to point out the honesty of this Company. Because of the dent in the garage door (which Jeremiah straightened out) and the fact it wasnt operating correctly he could have easily sold me a new garage door panel but instead he pulled dent out braced the door panel made adjustments now it sounds & works better than before! I never really give reviews today I made an exception . I will continue my association with Galaxy Door because they are dependable and honest.
