Definitely NOT recommended for shower door installs! Not sure if auto glass is more of their stronger product line but wouldn’t recommend them for shower door install at all.Took multiple calls and reschedules just to get someone out to measure so a quote could be generated. Seriously, could just feed them the measurements to save hassle of waiting until they finally show up.So, measurements finally taken and now waiting begins! Well... it took them 3 months (three!) and multiple calls to get parts and glass in. Then, when they showed up, it was with wrong materials! O.M.G.!! I should have canceled my order but was reassured they would have everything in the following week. Well... 6 weeks (six!) and multiple phone calls later they got my shower door installed. So, fast forward two weeks later and now I got a leaky glass shower door with loose hardware! Well... good luck with support after the sale because it’s absent with these people.Stay away from these jokers because it will cost you more time and money for no gain!

Ordered shower door from Century Glass. When they came to install it the shower door was too short. Said they would expedite the replacement. Never heard back and had to call them ... lo and behold the part was in and no one called us. They were scheduled to install it today ... never showed ... never called so sat home all day for nothing! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!Well here it is May 1st ... they were suppose to come this morning to replace the scratched shower door they installed a couple of weeks ago.They said between between 9-11 am and of course another NO SHOW and NO CALL. I think theyre purposely going out of their way to annoy us. Guess its time to get BBB involved.

I ordered a car window and I needed it fast. They said they would have it first thing in the morning for me. When it didn’t arrive in time one of the store employees went to get it personally from the warehouse so I wasn’t inconvenienced. They also had the best price by far. When I got there, the showroom was awesome. I had no idea they existed and the extent of what they do. Love this place. Class act. Five stars

This company had to reschedule a SIMPLE auto glass replacement THREE times because of errors on their part. It took TWO weeks for them to get their act together. First, the receptionist made the appointment on the wrong day. She told me Wednesday but really scheduled for Thursday. She apologized and rescheduled (confirming that my glass was in an waiting on me for the rescheduled day). Next appointment, I get a call AFTER my scheduled time saying that they couldnt come because the glass was broken when it arrived. But didnt they check the glass when it arrived on the previously scheduled date?! Next appointment, they tried to reschedule because of rain when I had previously told them that I had a covered area (garage). Very disappointed in the professionalism of this business. I have never had a glass replacement business this irresponsible. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

We had an amazing experience with Century Glass with our shower glass panel. The office staff, and installation crew were extremely knowledgeable and professional.The schedule was accommodate to fit my needs and the job itself posed many challenges (Size of the glass was huge) that were handled with expertise.Special thanks to Jake Huffman and Jeremy for meeting all my expectations. I do not enjoy writing reviews like this one but, I had an appointment with Century glass for this past Friday 10/31/2020. Called to verify the appointment time frame window. Result was they did not show or contact me not even to explain or reschedule. So, it appears that they are not reliable or trustworthy. It appears that the person I spoke to on the phone removed the appointment from the schedule. I have their name but feel that it is not appropriate to put the name into this post. What happens in your system I cannot account for.

Our custom shower glass looks amazing! Jeremy was great at explaining our options, and able to give feedback about what would look right in the space. They were able to come out quickly for the quote. Since it was custom it took a few weeks to come in, but they were able to install it the day after it arrived. We are very pleased with our experience!

Jeremy walked us through the process, provided options and recommendations and ultimately installed the door. These guys were right on time, every time and were extremely professional in every regard. The quality of the materials and installation was excellent. Absolutely no complaints at all. Century glass was awesome! I am happy to finally have my shower finished. It has been the remodel from hell and has taken 3 years. The start of the project seemed promising except the company who was hired lost their license due to other lawsuits and didn’t complete our shower. There have been a few other bumps in the road since then and why this has been a long road. you guys were the easiest company to deal with and fastest turn around time (from quotes to actuall installation) out of the entire experience. We had such a positive experience with Century Glass of Charleston! They installed a glass shower enclosure in our master bath. They came out three times, and at each visit the installers were so polite and were so careful trying not to wake our newborn. We got exactly what we wanted in less time than we were quoted. Very positive experience with Century Glass. We ordered a piece of replacement glass for a light fixture online and it came in a few millimeters too wide. We called Century Glass to see if they could help and they did. They cut the glass while we waited and the rates were very reasonable! Outstanding service and very friendly staff. Ryan and Rah came out today to fix our front door that had shattered unexpectedly. They were both very friendly and professional. They were also extremely quick and were so great with our dog as well!! Would highly recommend. We are so thankful to have our door fixed.

I ordered 4 custom sized insulated glass panels. Good quality, good customer service, good delivery. They were only 10-12% more expensive than buying online, but well worth it, to get personal service & accountability.

They came to measure for the replacement glass same day we called. New glass was installed at their shop as soon as it arrived. We were able to pick it up as soon as it was finished and my husband installed it which saved us some money.

It was just a matter of removing the glass panels from my shower and then replacing them once Low County Tile repaired my shower. They were very good and followed up in a quick and professional manner for a minor installation problem. Excellent service--thank you James, Stacy and Century Glass

These jerks drove a mini van to my apartment address at village square to change a back window, they blocked both my gf and mine parking spaces then left broken glass all over the parking lot. I would never recommend anyone use a company this unprofessional.

Contracted for a Frame-less shower enclosure. Great experience all around. Ordering and delivery dates were met, technicians showed up on time for appointments, very knowledgeable and skillful. Precise glass measurements compensated for my less-than-perfectly-square tiled enclosure. Very minor cosmetic flaw in the manufacturing process of the glass was rectified with full replacement, no questions asked.

Jessica is always so helpful. She goes the extra mile to check in on us often and she is helpful with follow up on our job orders. The guys are always polite and professional as well.

Three weeks and still no windshield. My husband and I have constantly been getting the run around. Came out to replace and had no molding to install with the windshield (poor research on their behalf). Then 2 weeks later just filed the claim after we repeatedly called multiple times to get in touch with Heather. Finally got a call back and part is on order and should arrive within 6 days. Three more days until the part is supposed to arrive and still can not set an appointment to get our windshield replaced. This is poor customer service! Never again will we use this company. Safelite Autoglass had us taken care of within two days no issues also had all the parts. Which comes as a kit not an open box which i physically put my eyes on the first time they tried to replace it.
