Jason was fantastic! A chip in a windshield is no fun! Even though I never met him in person. He EXCEEDED my customer service expectations! Excellent service. I scheduled I believe Tuesday night and they were out here Friday afternoon with a window of 1-6. He was here at 1:30 and done by 2. He didnt even have to think while he worked, and waited patiently while I hovered because Im nosey. Brandon was a great representative and very knowledgeable. He didnt seem to mind the heat either. He was much quicker than the last guy who came out here to replace a windshield. If you go here, absolutely ask for Brandon! If hes not at this location, try the others in the nearby area. Definitely worth the call around. 110% happy with service!

I will never use this company again I gave away work to have a window replaced just to have the guy show up trying to get out of going the job and when he was asking all the question I feel the person who made the appt should have and didn’t The guy finally found his reason and my reason for not doing it Wrong windshield and it all should of been avoided Now the day not being used to fix my truck was no big deal to you but it cost me a lot of money to not work and now I got to waste another day due to incompetent That is not what I call good service

On Wednesday, I reached out to Safelite about 2 chips in my glass. By Friday, they had a technician out repairing my windshield. Everyone was super informative about the process and helpful along the way. Jason was the most amazing tech in getting this fixed quickly, while maintaining a high level of cleanliness during these crazy times. He called me twice in the morning to give me a narrower time window and even gave me a 20 min heads up when he was on his way. So glad I reached out to them! Highly recommend!!

Waited around for 5 hours, they sent a crack repair rather than a windshield repair and couldn’t get another appointment for 4 days. Would not recommend.

Terrific service! I was traveling in Charleston, SC & had my car broken into by blasting out my rear driver side door window. The technician had all the glass cleaned out of the interior of the door, window in, & electric power functioning in less than 90 minutes. Additionally, the degree of tint matched perfectly. Awesome job! Lady at service desk worked with my insurance company & I didnt spend a penny out of pocket. Safelite is a company that truly does what they advertise.

The staff was friend, professional and organized.

Grady was the tech assigned to replace my windshield. He called me 30 minutes before arrival to verify that the weather was holding up (because rain was forecasted that day) and we decided that he would still come to my home (as previously scheduled) and replace it. He was friendly and to the point. He arrived at my home and completed the job within 60 minutes. The entire process from phone call to completion was 90 minutes.I scheduled my appt online and 7 days out. I believe they had appointments available within a few days but that didnt work for my schedule at that time. Safelite also verified my insurance so I owed nothing out of pocket.Thank you Safelite!!

Safelite did an excellent job in preparing my windshield chip and found a discount that made the experience extremely affordable. The technicians were courteous and professional and the experience for me took less than 1 hour.

Great customer service, please not that you can ask for “manufacturer original” glass on your newer vehicle (hopefully free of charge). Make sure to confirm which glass they have ready for you before you show up for your appointment, staff is excellent and friendly.

Scheduled front windshield replacement for today. Given window to be available 12 to 5 pm.No word until after 5 pm. Technician said he could not do the work as it was too late. No apology or excuse offered. We waited as directed. Never again. Communication very difficult. Can only schedule online. Stay away!12/29/20 Giving them another try today 8-12.Well see. No way to call them if late.
