Just got my 8 years old Toyota battery and tire replaced at Walmart. People are very nice and informative. I plan to go more for oil change and tire rotation.

Stop by to get a simple oil change. I tried to call to see if that was a long wait and no one answered the phone. I tried several times. So I went anyway Just to find out there was a up to 3 hour wait. They must be severely understaffed. I travel a lot and usually get my oil changes from Walmart. Ive always had a pleasant experience. The wait was usually no more than an hour. This was my first bad experience. I guess it wouldnt have been so bad if they answered the phone and saved me a drive over there.

They were so kind to change my tail light for free. I had the bulb and offered to pay but they said I was there good deed for the day. Wonderful people and experience

Showed up at 4:34 and was told they stop taking cars at 4:30. Not pleased especially since I drove twenty minutes there. What baffled me was they had two open garage spaces. Customer service could’ve been better. The guy at the counter would rather flirt with another worker than practice respectful and mannerly customer service. This isn’t the first time I’ve received poor customer service from this branch. If you don’t plan on getting there early, don’t waste your time.

I have the warranty for my tires there refused to honor it stating the tread was too low. My tires are brand new, the trend indicator on the tire states i have more that 2/32 tread left which is covered. They are crooks and just want your sales

I ordered tires online and had them shipped to the store. I dropped my car off and had the tires installed. I received a call a few hours later and my car was ready to be picked up. This is my second time ordering tires here and the service was great both times.

Interesting how the first review I saw said, “I was greeted with all smiles” because I wasn’t. I’ve worked in customer service most of my young life. But enough to know the power we have as employees when customers walk into an establishment already frustrated because of the various reason(s) that cause them to need a hotel room; a new fridge; a new tire; etc. In this particular situation, I need a new tire. I’m young. I don’t know a thing about cars, but now I see how important it is to learn because the people’s who job it is to assist and serve in the matter aren’t always pleasant or helpful. This was a very unpleasant experience. I was told it would take 45 minutes to get a new tire installed—I’ve been here for over 2 hours sitting in my car with my sick child and my elderly mother. When I went in to ask how much longer, a cashier asked someone else if any of “the guys” are back from lunch—she had to ask twice before anyone even responded to her and a few employees were standing right there. She then said, “They should be coming soon.” I still got no concrete answer. I get that some customers can be unreasonable. I get that work can be very overwhelming most days, but when you’re serving the public you have to be polite, pleasant, and helpful. Not dry, careless, and have no since of understanding or urgency. It’s the job we sign up for! I tell myself this everyday at work when my feelings try to get the best of my work attitude and my work presence. My feelings don’t get a vote. However, no one in the place has smiled or been warm since I got here. Very cold, dry place. I will never come here again.

Aweful place for tires. They should fire the whole department. Called this morning to get a quote on tires and service. Had to call twice cause they couldnt be bothered to answer the first time. Second time it rang for 2 minutes before they bothered answering. They answered with a yes. Just. A. Yes. Asked if it was Walmart to make sure they said Yeah... Just hold on. Then hung up on me. Thats cool. Ill go buy my next four tires at Geralds Tires. Where the customers money still means something.

Went to get a tire plugged and wheels rotated. It took them all of 2 hours to accomplish this task, and they werent very busy at the time. On my way home my tire fell off pulling off the highway! It took 10 months to get a check from Walmart for the expenses. If you value your life dont go here!

Looks like the reviews are correct. At 8 in the morning no one answers the phone at all. This seems like there needs to be a management change. No excuse for this.

GO TO GERALD’S or another Tire Company, I had a nail in my Tire so I went to 3 different Wal-Mart locations and they all told me I didn’t have enough tread to replace the nail and patch the tire up. So I went to Geralds to get a completely new tire luckily the guy noticed and told me he can just replace the nail and patch the tread, something Wal-Mart told me they couldn’t do. Save your time and money

Worst decision ever! I got here before they even opened to get an easy tire change. At 10:50 they hadnt even looked at my car. It took 3 almost three hours to change tires. Next time Geralds Tires will be getting my business. I would also like to note the the lady at the service desk was most unfriendly and totally disorganized. She even misplaced several sets of keys. Customer servicd gets zero stars!

Really wish I could give this place ZERO STARS! Dont waste your time or money there. Bought a tire here less than thirty days ago, and also purchased a road hazard warranty. Needless to say the tire blew out, and after THREE attempts of going to the store after work and being told that they cant service me even though I got there at least an hour before closing each time. Asks to speak with management, and explains my car is stranded on the side of the road. Manager only tells me that they cant help me because they are overloaded and closing soon. Head to Geralds and they are able to help me and replace my tire FREE OF CHARGE! I also decided to call corporate who only tells me that the only thing they can do is allow a salaried manager call me back within three business days, UNACCEPTABLE! Ill NEVER let these inconsiderate incompetent FOOLS service my vehicle ever again!!!

Wish I could give it zero stars. They told me 1 hour wait for a battery change. Fine, I did some grocery shopping and came back over an hour later and they acted like they didnt even know it was there. Needless to say they did not even start it. Two of the three girls up front are rude and unprofessional, they also are not capable of communicating with the mechanics in the back about customer needs.

I was there for about an hour for an oil change. There was one other car ahead of mine. They also saved me about 20 bucks on my bill. Were very friendly

The line was too long & barely moved. The mgr was in the back & the woman behind the register clearly needed help. I had to get a tire repaired that had a warranty. She looked up everything bu the phone number. However, she still processed it as brand new. It came to 92.00. I asked her about the warranty & she wanted to know when the tire was purchased. I told her it was under the phone number. She pulled it back up & saw the warranty. Then, the mgr comes out of the back (after approx 35 mins). She explained the situation & the mgr redid it (after consulting a tire tech from the back). I had a 41.00 credit, but it came to 62.00. I still cant figure out where the 11.00 went. After being in there for almost 3 hrs, I didnt even care about it.

Most expensive two tires I ever changed do to having to hire someone else to explain the damage they caused to my car. Wish they just owned up to there mistake.

It is 3pm and the auto shop close at 4pm and they turned me away and all I needed was 1 tire change. Walmart employee service at its finest.

I thought I forgot to disengage my cloaking device, but no it was off and still no one saw me. It took forever to get no where. I finally went to Geralds. They had better prices tires and guarantees. This Walmart Auto Department bites. Everyone who works here is rude and all the customers miserable.

Dont take your car here. Your car deserves better. I waited two hours for an oil change only for the mechanic to not tighten my oil plug bolt all the way...resulting in pretty significant oil loss and potentially permenant damage to my car.

They sold me a tire on Friday and on Saturday it was flat. Came back Saturday and they told me I was too late to get it change and had to come back....Well I came back and the same associate clerk KATINA was not helpful and lazy. I had to wait 4hours just to get my tire change and was not aware of the wait. I only gave this establishment 1 star to write a review. SAD❗️

No vacuum at this location. Oil changed for $30. Wait time for actual service was only like 30 mins... but the technician couldnt get my 07 Pontiac started, waited an hour before they finally called me for help.

Bought 4 tires, got there by 9am and was done within a hour.

Bought 4 new tires, waiting time was going to be hours so we just took them to Geralds to put on. There seem to be a lot of very long wait times at this location.

Got there an 1hr 1/2 early before closing they said they couldn’t install my tires because they are about to close.

Bought a trailer tire here the day earlier. Was told it would be here the next day and would called when it arrived. No call. After calling myself I was told they will not do it today because it was an hour before they close. Terrible service.

Ive tired 4 times to get my oil changed here, and every time They are to backed up to accepted any one else. The last time I went was 2 o clock in the after noon.
