Worst experience ever . My bill is never the same amount you have to wait 45 years to talk to someone on the phone when they put in an escalation for a supervisor to give you a call back you never get a call back I waited three weeks for a callback. I would never offer Xfinity to anyone even if theyre on their deathbed I only have it because its the only Internet service provider in my area. 0 out of 10 stars would not recommend.

Head to drop off our equipment and close our account for a move to North Carolina. The staff were great. I loved the fact that they couldnt argue with us over the leave.I took the opportunity to look around the store. This is a great place to pick up an iPhone case or a different phone service.When you walk in the door there is a station where you can return equipment. They then send you over to a station where the person will offer you a discount or close your account. Remember, its their job to try to keep you so, if youre just moving across town, take this opportunity to cut your bill.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I went to return a defective iPhone. They are totally incompetent. First the rep tells me there is a restocking fee on a defective device. Who sells defective products and then charges you to return them!? Then she tells me that I may lose my phone number going back to my old phone that we literally switched over 2 days ago? What! Then she tells me they cant even put my old phone back on the line in the store. She has to call someone. I ask for the manager, Harold Newman. He tells me that yes, it is their policy to charge the customer for a defective phone return. Im dumbfounded. Then the rep puts ME on the phone to get my line switched back. They tell me I have to add a line to keep my number. Then the landline phone in the store starts going in and out and we cant speak to each other! The phones in the store dont even work lol. The rep meanwhile is helping other people while Im standing there doing her job. Eventually the phone disconnects and the rep tells me Ill get an email at some point on what to do and that she cant return the phone. What a waste of time. Now Im leaving the store no better off. I get home, call customer service and they switch the phone back in 5 minutes and also are confused why they added a line to my account. Complete and total incompetence. Please do yourself a favor and never buy a phone from them directly or go in the store to get help.

Comcast is the worst service. My cable tv is always having problems. the come out and fix it than a week later it is broken again. for 10 years I have been doing this dance with them. I wish I could find an Attorney that would help me sue them for fraud, false, advertising, and theft. I feel like I am being robbed every time I turn the tv on. it cost me $260 mth and for what. at least 5-6 channels that are unwatchable.. the offer $30 credit and it will take 2 weeks for them to come out and pretend to fix it. They dont even deserve 1 star

Much love to these people, been working with them for years and even during the pandemic i stuck out with the great service. Never had any lag or issues with them.

Not good at all. Didnt get my service hooked up the day they said they were going to have it hooked up. I had to wait two extra days. The guy that came was great though. Good customer service he was a good representative of Xfinity They should have more like him! Other than that garbage!!!!

Unfortunately this my first horrible experience at xfinity store and If I had the time and did not work overseas I would definitely not b a customer of theirs anymore. Let’s be clear. This place is unprofessional and can honestly less about the consumer. My friend who is a first time cable buyer moving into their first apartment spent 2 hours at this location and left with nothing pertaining to what she had ordered online. I help her and inform her that they didn’t give her a cable box. We simply go back to pick it up and ask why wasn’t it given to her the first time. Get this..it was her fault (my friend) . Cutie the not so cute clerk who refused to give her real name repeatedly said “she knew what she came here for “ several times and because I was asking her to hold herself accountable. The lady looked frightened like she wanted to call security. So I immediately asked the nearest employee to speak to the manager. The Hispanic chick asked me 10 questions before pointing the manager out further making it seem like I was this aggressive person mad for no reason. The service was paid for two days prior and they act like people want to go to their store to look at them do nothing. Trash store. Making formal complaint on next day off. Only person that had since was the manager. Post pandemic customer service victim.

I signed up for internet on the 11th, had to pay 100 dollars for a technician just to come turn it on, still dont have working internet and it is now the 4th. Im stuck with your internet services since its whats wired into my apt complex and I currently have an apt for the 10th to have someone look at the outside box which is completely exposed and according to the last tech that is the issue. If you have the choice, DONT USE XFINITY! Spectrum is a million times better. Also, I got a measly 16 dollar credit for my internet not working properly for a month. So thank you so much for taking that off of my 175 dollar bill.

We canceled our service within a month of moving, and charged us for the next months Bill even though we had already canceled. We returned the equipment and were told we were going to get a refund. Then no refund was received. After talking around in circles with several customer service reps by phone and chat, they still owe us almost $100. Buyer beware with this company. Their customer service is the worst anywhere. I only gave it one star because it’s impossible to rate less than one. I would give it a solid -5 out of 10!

I am currently an Xfinity customer and would have given them a good review but yesterday an Xfinity truck at the house next to me ran a cable directly through my entire yard and didnt bury anything. It is impossible to talk to a human to tell about the danger. If I get hurt trying to mow the lawn after doing everything I can to notify people I am going to be ticked off because this is negligent. Ya this is staying one star until the crazy is fixed. /Wow this is edited the next day after posting my 1 star review and my account has been hit with 130 something dollars of bogus charges. I work on the net so cant leave them until I have someone else but now I have the inspiration I need to make the switch to another provider when they start stealing our money. Me and my wife have never even been late on a bill.

This was the rudest place Ive ever been in and got me to outright complain is a lot. I usually take it that people are having a bad day but the lady that helped me was not only rude but NOT helpful but when I asked for the manager he was even rude.. made no attempt to help me. He could have done something. I did finally get on the phone with a customer service representative and after I lambasted her she calmed me down, could help me, and took my stress level away. Im sorry but that office needs a class from Disney or Chick FIL A on customer service!

Honestly you guys, skip calling the customer service line and go directly to the store. Some of the previous reviews I read made me skeptical that my issue was going to be resolved in store. BUT I was able to work seamlessly with two of the associates on two separate occasions to undo what the customer service had done (or not done). Nicole and Jaquis were helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the company as a whole didnt live up to my expectations. The store itself solved both of my issues within 10 minutes. We felt welcomed and heard. If I had known the customer service line was going to treat me the way it did, I wouldve just done all my communication in store. Lesson learned.

Despite the fact that their site was down to book an appointment, they still helped us as soon as we arrived. I did the self install option. It took only a few minutes for them to look up our account and bring the needed equipment to us. The store itself is actually nice. It didnt feel sterile or dark inside. As much as I normally hate setting up a new ISP, this wasnt bad at all.

Wonderful! Right when you walk in your greeted and checked in and then I was immediately taken to a station for hp. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! I had to upgrade my 2 year old equipment. And I got a nice bag to put the stuff in too!

I have had them as my ISP for a little over a year now. The internet speeds were nice, but never used the cable.I just moved into a new place a week ago and they FORCED me to have a $70 professional installation instead of self installing the modem myself. They made up an excuse for not giving me the modem and the installer came out to plug in the power and coax to the modem and that was it. For $70. You gotta be kidding me...I installed the first one a year ago, but now they are just trying to get as much money as they can from me. Not cool.

Nobody in this store knows whats going on, they each point the finger at the last person who helped you. I was told to come get equipment, when I arrived I was told there wasnt compatible equipment for me, I later went back because the appointment someone had set up never actually happened or was even reserved in the first place. Someone else gave me some equipment and told me the other guy was wrong, I went home to install the equipment and it was infact incompatible. My bill changed three times and they couldnt figure out how or why. Nobody has a clue whats going on in this store.

Jaquis was so helpful when my 10XR was stolen 12/22/20, right before Christmas! 😩 Went to N. Chas. location last Friday with a Motorola I purchased outright @ Walmart, (since I still had 18 months to pay on my stolen phone) had it activated, but had nothing but trouble trying to use it 🤬, so went back yesterday & requested Jaquis again (since he was so helpful the 1st time) & between him & his supervisor Harold, they figured out a way for me to get another iPhone again. I have been a customer since it was Storer Cable TV & will remain a lifetime customer of Xfinity! A big THANK YOU to Jaquis & Harold!!! Thank God for employees who actually care! 😁❤️

My router stopped working randomly so I went to the store to pick up a new one and they told me they didn’t have any and then when I called Xfinity the woman on the phone assured me that they did and then when I went back an hour later and spoke to a different person all of the sudden they have one. Also the fact that they don’t have any individual store phone numbers is ridiculous they won’t even ATTEMPT customer service.

Horrible horrible service. I am trying to cancel and speak to someone by phone, no matter what option I put in the annoying automated response keeps asking for same info Over and over again. It says “I understand you wish to speak to a live representative but I’ll need some info first” I put the info in and it is repeating. I am beyond annoyed. Can’t get someone on phone and they try to use Covid as an excuse, what does it have to do with an automated service that is designed to make sure you never get thru to a live person? This is after the service going up constantly over the years. I am so done with this company. Don’t use them if there are other alternatives.

I had a great experience with Amber and Zach today. They were both professional and kind. I have been a Comcast customer for almost three years and have always been pleased with the sales and service I have received, however I felt like they went above and beyond. Today I was feeling very overwhelmed by life and they both took care of my needs in an understanding and timely manner. During the time I was in the store, talking with Zack it sounds like they have a good culture and the two team members seemed happy and respected to me, which made me feel good about the experience and the company as a customer. Comcast used to have very good customer service. Over the past 7 or 8 years the quality of their customer service has declined immensely. And now since COVID19, they dont have any customer service. You cant ever get anyone by phone, there are 2 stores close to where I live, and since they dont keep the websites properly updated, you have to go to the store to see if if is open or not. Today the website says both stores near me are temporarily closed, so cant get any service. Their rates are excessive and for what you get for what you pay is just average compared to other providers. All in all, as soon as I can get to talk to somebody at this company, I will be cancelling my service. I wouldnt recommend this company.

Jaquis was so attentive to all my needs in the Xfinity store. When I came in, Jacquis and I got straight to the point as to what I wanted. The women that use to work at the Goose Creek location are amazing. Theyve always been super nice, professional and always very helpful. My 3 stars is because Xfinity Quality has gone down. Every time my box reboots it stops working and says to check my cords. I literally have to turn it on and off like five times to get it working. Also keep a close eye on your bill. My bill is supposed to be $260. It jumped to almost $400 for 6 months straight and when I call every employee cant tell me why my bill is higher. They literally pointed out a late fee and data being over which was $15. When I pointed out thats only $15 accounted for what about the other $90? They have no explanation. I seriously think theyre conartist Im thinking of getting a lawyer and possibly filing a lawsuit.
