Just stopped to get milk and other few things .. the employer was very nice and ask if I found everything ok .. They where also wearing a mask 😷.. was made me feel safe .. some of the customer where wearing a mask and some wasnt ..

This is one store that is trying very hard to keep the patrons and themselves safe as we as dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic as a nation. They require you to wear a mask before entering the store, they practice the 6ft rule, and they are enforcing them, I love it! Items are easy to find and help is always around a corner!

Tons of homeless constantly begging for Money every time. Staff fully allow it. Very unsafe area.

I got it what i wanted. I dont care about it. The cashier was talking to other people as I paying. She was saying Employee of the Month. Thats no good. I just want to buy something & get out.

Walked in to use the restroom (as I was starting to get sick on the road) and when I asked where the restroom was, the lady up front said, if you overflow the toilet, youll be the one cleaning it up. And when I was walking out, she said, you didnt even shut the door!? And it was open once I got there, so I had no idea the rule was to close it back. Extremely rude customer service. They need to be properly trained how to treat human beings like human beings.

I visited the Family Dollar Store on Rivers Avenue at Reynolds the store itself is how high would stuff but the biggest problem that they are having is all the homeless and the begging people standing around the store you cant get in and out of the store unless somebodys approaching you about money and they need to do something about that because that is a safety rest that mean its specially at night time women going in the store they have men hanging out there also but the store itself Family Dollar as itself they have whatever it is that you need I just happened to be there and I found in this pandemic a couple of bottles of disinfectant spray wasnt Lysol but it was disinfectant spray and I was very happy about that

Lazy and rude. Every time I come in this store one person is working while 3 are standing around trying to look busy. The store stays cluttered and disorganized. I will never again waste a single moment or dime on or in this store. I would much rather my hard earned dollars go to support people who can do their job and be pleasant about it.

Almost always a line, cashiers seem as they have all day to ring one person up and almost always only one register is open no matter how many people are in line.

Sales stay pretty much stock maybe a little crowded because merchandise have to be put out customers should be more appreciative to the hard work that the associates is doing as far as stopping and place for them but it always convenient to get things

This store is horrible!!! They have poor customer service. They treat all customers like we steal. I wanted to purchase a Bluetooth headset and Bluetooth speaker. The clerk gave it to me, so I went to the toy section. She then came and found me, took both items out of my basket, and then told me that these items have to stay with her...its store policy. At this point I am highly upset. I went to purchase my items to leave for her to explain that, this is what the store owners request they do, and she is only doing her job. Then as I was leaving, I was asked to put my basket back. What?! I dont work here!!! I felt disrespected, and you dont treat all your customers like they steal. If people are stealing then place security officers at the stores. This is sad.... Never again!!!

I love this store. The workers are really nice to me, and the workers been know to pick on me from time to time.

The manager of this store acussed me of stealing because I dropped a bottle of Tylenol and picked it up. And she jumped around the corner and said ah ha. It shocked and startled me since I was just wanting to ask where the bandaids were since they are not in first aid section. And then she made all kinds of acusations of homelessness and saying Im a criminal and a piece of white trash I think a manger of a store should not be a black supremist.oh. and I have over $100 in my wallet and over $500 on my debit card. But Im was going to steal generic Tylenol. Okay.

Cant get through the aisles and have to ask what register is open and its just hectic
