We went there last evening. Was out 1st time in such a place. We loved the theater ( the movie sucked ). But we had fun. My wife was nervous, but was still able to enjoy it. We went to the arcade room, n left door open ( not sure if that was allowed? ) but was fun..well definitely be back. Wife has more ideas..

I went there to get a particular item and at the time there was a new guy there name HDUBAY along with the owner. The new guy got smart with me but I didnt say anything back. I did absolutely nothing but ask for a particular color and he says there all the same ! But thats not the color I ask for. After he gave me what I ask for I checked out and left. When I called back while in the parking lot to ask for the owner because the manager wasnt there he ask who was calling and told the owner who I was the owner then said tell him Im not here! But I just was in there and spoke to the owner and never left the parking lot and was parked right next to the owner truck. Very bad customer service!

The prices are decent and the staff is nice. It’s kind of intimidating when you pull up to go inside and there’s a sketchy crowd standing at the front door.

I just bought a parody that ended up skipping so my boyfriend went to go return it only for them to say he had to exchange it at that exact moment, and they would not give him store credit so he could wait for me and we could pick out a different one together like usual! Absolutely ridiculous. Now I have to hope he picked something that we will BOTH enjoy and instead of getting to pick one out together and have a fun experience we both feel let down. We certainly wont be back.

This place is pretty awesome. The girl who helped me this morning was so helpful. I went in with a 50 dollar budget to get a toy and ended up getting the toy AND a book AND some massage oil for less than 40! I will be back this afternoon with my husband because they have a deal on dvds too. I would totally recommend this place!

Dont understand why more females dont come to theater.as strong and powerful as women are these days. Two came in theater to play one play with condoms and one with out both took on all comers of any race and creed. I choose not to be playful. A bit on the the seedy side.

One particular employee has a stick up her ass. I went there for some novelty items. She was more interested in what was going on her phone. Very distasteful and unprofessional. Spent my money at Bad Kitty.

I won’t be back until the new, tall black guy is gone. He is cleaning booths every ten minutes and going into the theater with a flash light. Ridiculous. But he has his troll friends—big ugly fat guy with a gut. He can go in theqtr without wrist band. He can stand around in back all day long. Hopefully, more will talk about his actions and he will be gone.

Worst adult shop in South Carolina. I felt dirty just walking through the doors. I mean physically dirty... there was an inch of dust on most of the products, the plastic cases were yellowing and most of the clothing items were supposed to be bagged but instead were haphazardly hung and obviously groped a lot. The shoes look like theyd walked Dorchester Ave a few times. There was absolutely no help, I wasnt even carded or greeted. I frequent other shops in the area and I have never been so disgusted. Youd think that if they can buy time on the radio that they could spend a little on decent associates and product.

Definately not the best are in charleston to be going ro a adult store and for damn sure not a place for any hospitality. Not for straight people at all! Went in with a male friend and he just got stared down by men the entire time! One even accosted us to enter the theater with him. It was disgusting. The guys werent even polite about meeting you, they just stare and moan at you like a piece of meat! Then I went outside and there was a guy loitering& staring at my car. Super creepy!

The Department of Health needs to shut this place down. It reminds me of a haunted house.
