I love Windsor and the clothes but not this store! I live an hour away. So when I travel all the way there to buy clothes, they are always closed during normal business hours. I tried to go in yesterday at 4:30, as soon as I walked in, they had 15 people in there at least. As soon as I walked in, the lady shook her head and said ma’am we are closing and made me leave! I planned on spending a lot of money in there as always yesterday, on a Saturday and toGet get kicked out while the store was busy, is ridiculous! I’m very dissatisfied with this place!

Their dressing rooms are closed but you cant return any of the formal dresses.

On June 5, 2021 @ 6:30 pm the staff already had the store closed. When asked what time they usually close one of the staff member said now! I then asked what were the store hours because it was not posted and she told me to check online. They are unprofessional, VERY RUDE and should be terminated.. The president of the company really need to visit the store in North Charleston, SC. because it really needs some attention (very unpleasant staff).

This store register always damn broken if y’all don’t just get a new damn register it don’t make no sense how I travel all the way to the mall just for this store to always be closed because of a register.

I could not believe the deals I got in here! CSR was great very helpful.

This store was amazing! They were all super helpful and kind. I bought a dress from them and needed it steamed. The lady working offered to steam it for me for my event. Ask very affordable prices and beautiful dresses.

The women who work here and just awesome! I wish I had caught their names! I found a dress for a party after trying on several. Im not a dressy person, so going out looking is very difficult for me. They made me feel very comfortable, and I eventually found one I liked! They lift women up, thats for sure. I will be back when I need another dress for another event!

I bought a dress I wasn’t sure if I was going to wear to the occasion I have coming up. I just grabbed my size and checked out after she rang me out I asked “what’s the return policy? I may not need this dress as I have another that I’m choosing between” the lady said “This dress cant be returned as it a formal dress” (not sure if she had said formal but some type of dress).. I said “I just bought it and haven’t left the store may I return it”.... of course not🙂Other than that their clothes are cute

Went to store for first time to find great item at wonderful price...most are priced for a decent rate hwever some are pricey as well...will definitely go bk and recommend to others...every one treated me with courtesy

If I could put less than one star I would. My experience sucked!! “Owner” and “Manager” is two different ppl. They give two different prices because they don’t remember what the other person said. I’m not even sure if they know what customer service is. I wish I read the reviews before walking in the store. If you go in the store, beware you will be screwed!!

The store is nice and a lot of things are trendy. The prices are decent on most items. However the current manager is very rude and dismissive. The manager sets the tone for the store.
