Mario is a new worker there and he is the best!! He is a constructive communicator and is capable of discussing difficult issues effectively and to the point. He was very helpful and kind. He provided excellent customer service!

This is to express my appreciation for Mark at Extra Storage. First online booking was fairly easy to complete it all online zero issues. However, I had to have Mark walk me through how to get in the gate and storage unit because the online system gave me the gate code wrong but he was quick to explain it. I was there for a short time but the place is kept very clean, orderly, no trash or debris left anywhere was very nice. Safety had zero issues feeling safe unloading and loading. Great place to store your household goods or whatever when you need them.Thanks Mark for going extra mile for me.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!Had to pay my bill with quarters one time and the worker made me feel comfortable and like at home. I was embarrassed walking in with the quarters but she made me not embarrassed and she was just totally cool with me and said weve all been there and not to worry. I love this place!! The employees are very friendly and helpful!! They call, email, and text you to remind you that your bill payment is coming up to avoid any late fees. I find it very helpful & effective!! They do an amazing job at keeping the place clean and the BEST PART of all is the gates access hours Which is until 10pm! They open early and close late.. that often times has been very convenient! I highly recommend this facility!!

I have been in this facility for several years and have different managers..The present manager Mark is exceptional and is very professional as well as hands on. Always always available as well as being hands on he is the best...He responds very quickly and successfully resolve any issues that I may have .

Brandy has been so sweet and helpful throughout my time using this space. She gave me a call when she thought someone may have tampered with my unit. The lady at the front desk was nothing short of phenomenal. Their 10x10 seems to be a tad bit bigger than the u-haul location that I was at prior. So far its been great.

Great low prices, Great security with over 32 cameras for units protection I feel my belongings are safe and secure, easy people to work with, place is clean and safe.

Rented there 2xs and I loved it. The staff is GREAT! Unlike its neighboring storage (A-1) here you can ACTULLUY stay for a few hours to Organize if need be or take your time! They dont constantly HAWK you! Or watch you as if your going something wrong! Yes they do keep it safe & do rounds, but not in an invading way. Its also very clean. Id most deffenetly rent space here over & over.

Dont confuse this place with the nearby and similarly named Airbase II. I stored stuff with these guys for 14 years. There have been a few management changes, and possibly even ownership changes. Through it all, they kept the rates low, provided good units that were well maintained, and had nice people working the desk. I knocked off one star since my units were in the older (western) section and the dust blows into the units terribly. Also, there were occasional problems with mice/rats (they provided me free cups of D-con, which worked), and there was a roof leak at one point after a heavy rain (fixed quickly). They offered my business late-access to the unit, which was wonderful, but I believe thats only for businesses and only on a case-by-case as-needed basis. For the low rates they charge, its a nice mini-storage place, but its not climate controlled nor dust-free (quite the opposite, at least on the west side; the newer east side is supposed to be better). Overall, I was happy with them.

Yes, This Company Has Had It Faults. But The Reaction, To Their Faults, And Multiple Problems, Have Been Outstanding. I Would Highly, Recommend Them, To Anybody. Prices Are Cheap, Property Is Clean, They Are Always Upgrading The Place. Owners Are Always Available, for Questions And Comments.
