I like the storage but the only bad thing is, they dont open till 9am and closes at 6pm. The employees are great except for 2 of them. They both need an attitude adjustment and learn how to be a good customer service person.

The obese girl who works here, Sabrina or Stephanie, whatever...is unprofessional and cofrontational and acts as if her daddy gave her this job because she puts forth no effort in customer service, just doing her job to the minimum. Heya what can you expect though.

We showed up here at 9:30 on a Saturday morning hoping to get a small moving truck for the day. The U-Haul employee told us that All their trucks were rented. They looked up the other U-Hauls in the area and they were all busy as well. They did have a pickup truck so we took it! (Better than nothing to help our daughter move.) She was able to do most of the registration for the rental online and through my phone. The truck was brand new and Beautiful! It worked great for what we wanted and was clean and fun to drive with great a/c. We returned it and that went fast and easy as well. Both employees we dealt with were efficient and very friendly. The lobby of the store was spacious, clean, and had seating. They did a great job of getting through the customers quickly. Very good experience.

This place is really good I want something seems off on your storage like if youd forget to lock your lock their kind enough to call you let you know. I have not had any problems with yet.

The management is very helpful, the facility is clean and very well keptThe security is very good, My Grandmother still has a space here, my Cousin also had a space here and everything has been great, no leaks or damage to anyones property that I am aware of, I know they have some space reserved for Uhaul drop off, and may do Uhaul rental, not certain of the rental. They have been a very good facility the whole time I have had the pleasure of doing business with them.

Great people, I was a U-Haul associate before. Doing contract loading and moving for the customers. Ive been to a lot of stores, I highly recommend these people.

We were overcharged for gas. They charged us $4.25 a gallon and a hidden fee of $30.00 for filling up the tank. They say it was in the contract that I was never handed. We were also lied to and overcharged for the truck rental by the uhaul location on pfe rd

The employees there are very nice and very helpful the best storage that Ive done business with so far will definitely recommend them to family and friends

Unfortunately I have to give an honest review and my experience at this location was not up to my expectations. I made an online reservation. I received a voicemail verifying my reservation. Upon arrival my reservation was not in the system at the date and time from my verification notice. I explained the voicemail I received and the clerk cleared up the mess and I got my truck and was on my way. I only needed the truck for 12 hours but was told I cannot do a drop off after 5pm and I needed to bring the truck back at 9:15 the following morning. I did just that. A few days later I noticed double my quote was removed from my bank account. I called the store and was told I brought the truck back 1 minute late so I am being charged another 24 hours. I had to ask for a receipt to be emailed to me, 6 days after my transaction. As of now I am disputing the bill with U Hual, even after I requested help from this location. I rented for 12 hours but am paying for 48 hours. They did not email a receipt until I called and requested. I will update if I am ever reimbursed.Update 12/16 after contacting corporate U-Haul the overcharged amount has been refunded into my bank account. Thanks to the corporate office. This local store did nothing to help. Ill continue to use U-Haul but not at this location.

First of all, Stephanie and the office staff get 5 stars. They are nice, efficient, professional and hustle to give their customers great service. They always called me back when they said they would and addressed all of my issues. Also 5 stars for the prices! They cost about 50%-65% less than the same size storage unit at Life Storage, so I moved my stuff here and went from $170/mo for a 10x10 to $69/mo, saved me $500 bucks for 6 months, and they gave me a month free. They also gave me 15% off for paying 6months upfront. Too good to be true? Well, you get what you pay for. Heres the bad part...Rodent poop. When I moved in, I had to sweep out rodent poop, little black pellets all over, that shouldve been a red flag. Storage facility is located next to a huge horse farm and field. Breeding ground for mice. Its ALL over my boxes, they nibble into your cardboard boxes. They pooped into my ski gear, between my files, my kids toys, you get the idea. The Management gave me some rodent deterent paper to put near the door, that did nothing. Just be forewarned. If you store stuff just make sure its vacuum sealed or equipment.

I rented a uhaul from this location and I couldnt be happier with the professionalism from the manager! Everyone was nice but the manager quickly took care of a small problem I had while renting the uhaul and I am just very happy with my experience. Thank you so much!

It was an alright experience the first round when my girl friend got a uhaul it was fine. But when I got one returned it i was a little short on money and had to a sign a paper saying till I pay that off I cant rent a uhaul again. Well once I got my paycheck they instantly took out the money for the rest of the bill and plus some. Had to argue with corporate about it.

This is a cool little establishment my mom had passed away and we needed a storage and these people were really nice to us I mean they always called us and reminded us that our rent was due they never step back and just let it get past due and took her things from us this was a nice establishment very professional women

Ive been with this facility for 3 years. Great team of helpful employees my only concerns is mice.

Been in that rat infested facility for 12 years and always paid, sometimes even double paid. This month I sent payment on 6/6 (Bill due the 8th) on the 23rd they say they did not recieve it. Chase confirmes check sent on the 6th and it must have gotten lost in the mail. The girls at the storage were rude and antagonizing when I asked for them to waive the late fee as I have proof I paid and will reissue payment. Even the manager laughed at me over the phone. A payment was made that day by an anonymous friend and when I called to tell them if its not myself or Fred that pays the Bill do not accept payment, they hung up on me and then I recieved a lease termination notice ....... I have not even been on the property or in my unit in months so how did I breach a facility agreement?The girls working there are rude, gossipy, and play on the computers all day. They do not value a loyal 12 year customer Ill be glad to leave that rat infested facility.
