Anne was amazing I came into the office looking for boxes I couldnt decide what size or how many. She asked me what I was boxing. She was able to help me out on picking the sizes that I would need. Thank you Anne for all of your help I highly recommend this place.

They told me they had a 5x5 unit available for $60 or $70-something per month, and about an hour before they closed for the day I scheduled a reservation for me to pick it up the next morning. I show up the next morning, shortly after they opened, and the person at the counter told me the unit I reserved over the phone wasnt actually available, which means I drove more than 20 minutes with a car packed with storage bins, only to get bait&switched, and go back home with a car full of storage bins. They might have the best prices on storage units, but what good is having the best prices if the unit they tell you is available, isnt actually available? It was a waste of my time, and unless you have the time to physically go to their locations to ask them what they have, take your business somewhere else or do what I do and just save your money by keeping all your storage bins at home.They could give me a check for $500 as an apology for the inconvenience they caused, and I still wouldnt use their services because of how angry I got when the unit I reserved was given to somebody else AFTER I reserved it. Thats a horrible way to run a business. When you schedule a reservation, you honor that reservation. Period. No ifs, ands or buts.Waste of my time, and, if theyre still doing this, its a waste of YOUR time as well.Im only rating 1 star because no stars is not an option. 0/10 Would NEVER recommend.

This place is great! Anne was great to work with! She’s always so helpful!!!

I like this place for its good rates for monthly rent but the hours are fairly restrictive. Only open until 7 weekdays and 5 weekends. The exit keypad is poorly placed and almost requires either curbing your rims or getting out of your vehicle to code out. Ive heard some of the staff get pretty mouthy with customers on more than one occasion as well.

I had a great experience here. Anne helped me rent a storage unit and was pleasant and very helpful. I would recommend coming here to all my friends and family.

Cannot get a hold of anybody in regards to my unit. I have left six messages in a week. Nobody answers, nobody calls back. Im here and the office hours are listed they open at 930. Its 11 and nobody is here. So frustrating.

We have been using PS for a year. I have never used a storage place before. I feel safe coming myself.Edit: I will be forever grateful for Anne! I somehow didnt lock up my unit. During her Morning Inspections she noticed. Locked it up and contacted me immediately. Thank you so much Anne, lifesaver!I am at the storage unit weekly, sometimes more. I use the unit for teaching supplies. Everytime I come I see employees, who are very friendly. The facility is clean and well maintained. They now have mobile access to the gate and some doors.

Nice facility,could be swept up more in the isles but overall nice place. They recently got cameras so I feel more secure now.

The young lady that runs the office, Taylor is so AMAZING, she goes above and beyond her job. She needs extra recognition. Im so happy I chose this location.

If you value your belongings at all, DO NOT rent from this location!!!! I cannot stress this enough. I had my storage broken into one day and only a few tool bags were taken (stuff they could carry out by hand). The NEXT DAY my storage was hit again, this time they got everything worth taking! All that was left was couple totes with old clothes and one with random cords, basically stuff that was worthless to them. Anyways, the storage has a camera set up outside the door where my unit was located so I told the employee the timeline of events, n said she only needed to review one day to find out who it was, she would either see someone coming out with my belongings (huge husky tool chest on wheels is pretty noticable) but if she didnt see my belongings coming out then that means they are still in there, but in someone else unit. Its not that hard to figure out, I did the investigative work for her, but she did nothing except waste my time. I even filed a police report, but thanks to public storage lack of consideration and willingness to help out, I lost any chance for me to get my belongings back. She was rude, inconsiderate, constantly changing what she said the previous day, the company overall did ABSOLUTELY nothing to help me out! Just look at the pictures Im posting. You can clearly see the lock was cut, 1st pictures are showing that just a few tool bags were missing, then you can see how much they took the 2nd day. With how uncooperative the employees were, I wouldnt be surprised if it was an inside job. Or they just dont care about their customers at all!

Someone try breaking in and then the manager say they replace the lock when I arrive after 2 year it had old broken drill bit suck in it they replace the pad lock as well but I had to drill out my self

Heidi and everyone Ive talked to on the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, polite and professional. Heidi was the representative that took my initial call, after talking to her I felt less stressed and never once did I feel mislead or she was hiding anything. She listened to my scatter brained questions answering them all without hesitation and by the end of our conversation I felt so much more at ease.Yes, the gate situation is annoying but I know she has done what she can.

I went to the facility at 4900 Roseville Road Sacramento California were I was welcomed by Heidi and Taylor. They were very warm and attentive to all my needs took me out to see the storage space. Upon seeing it was much too small so they continued and found me the perfect size storage. As my belongings or being offloaded into the storage space we went back to the office to handle the paperwork they were very professional all the items that I didnt think about such as mattress and bags tape. As I left their office I felt very secure and leaving my items in their care. So in closing I would like to give a special thank you to Heidi and Taylor☺

Amazing storage spot!! Best experience at a Public Storage ever (have been a renter on and off for years!) I was helped by Denver- she was lovely- so knowledgeable, professional, upbeat, and kind!! It was pouring rain, I was late for work and Id just moved to the area- she helped me feel right at home getting my things stored safely and quickly in a new town! She was even able to give me a great deal on the unit!! Its been a dream so far. This has genuinely been the best business experience Ive had in North Highlands thus far. I felt as if they truly cared about me and the safety of my belongings. Their security and monitoring system seems on point too- which was important to me in the event I ever visit alone. Highly recommend!!

5 stars for Cinnamon and staff! Amazing, helpful, and courteous. 4 stars overall because more dollies are needed. Ive never seen more than 2 out and theyre always being used. Also, it would be helpful to be able to have MORE access hours. 930-6pm, but closing at 5pm on weekends? 6 or 7am to maybe 7pm would be great. The storage place were moving to (another city) has hours from 6am-10pm Everyday!

This facility is fantastic, not only does it have good deals for move-in specials but the customer service is outstanding. Brian and Heidi are both very personable people who not only listen to the needs of the customer but take the time to find just the right storage space for you. I did not expect such great customer service and friendly people and when I was faced with it I was pleasantly surprised. I give it five stars but, id actually give it 10 if 10 were available. Thank you Brian for all your help.

It is NOT $1 for the first month. Your next month will also bounce the payment on their end, gaining a late fee and charged me double the rent, and threatened a preliminary lien on my unit, in under a month.I used to work for a mini storage, so I know personally, this is NOT correct business practices for storage facilities. GO ELSEWHERE!!! Im moving my things.

I needed a unit to store things while in the process of selling a home. I went to the Roseville location of Public Storage near my home because my son had a good experience with Public Storage in Santa Monica, CA. I am very happy I chose them because the excellent customer service I received from Julia Panasiuk was above my expectations. All the legalities were explained to me in language I could understand. Checking out was so easy. Julia took the time to explain to me why I should keep the lock I purchased and what uses it could have. She went above and beyond in every way. The unit itself was just the right size and it was clean and easy to access. I will use Public Storage again when the need arises.

The ONLY annoying thing is that their exit gate doesnt work, so u have to get out your car, go through the side gate, punch the code in, walk back to your car hop in, & try 2 beat the ENTRANCE gate before it closes. Other than that they are cool...great customer service

Great facility conveniently located and well staffed. I had my doubts about getting a storage since the person I had talked to off site scheduled my appointment after hours. Seeing the postition I was in the manager offered to stay late the following day to ensure I got my unit. Great customer service, theres a lot to be said about someone willing to go above and beyond what they are required to do in order to accommodate a customers needs.

Had my stuff stored here for about a year, initially I was worried considering the surrounding area but month after month without incident put my mind at ease. Rent is due on the first but they have a grace period which saved me plenty of times. Heidi was the one who helped me get everything setup and despite my frustrations with the reservation inaccuracies she was calm and collective and ready to help with a can do attitude. When all was said an done I had everything I needed thanks to Heidi. Even my move out was smooth and had no troubles at all. 10/10 would get a unit here again.

I have a lot stuff to store! So I chose this Public Storage out of sheer convenience. (Its on my rout to work) Not realising that I had found maybe the most friendly and accommodating storage around! I say hello to the staff on a regular basis, as Im to and fro so often.Simply said, just friendly professionals.

Fanominal customer service. The whole move-in experiance was welcoming, friendly, and quite informative on all I needed to know and any questions asked.

Setting up my storage in advance on-line made the selection of a storage facility easy! When I arrived, they were ready for me and they showed me the storage spaces they had available, which was what I had in mind. It was spotless, with no signs of insects. Access is great. I got all the necessary papers taken care of, including auto-payment on-line so I need not worry about being late. It just gets paid on time! The property managers, Linda and Christina were very polite and helpful, making this a great experience.I would highly recommend this facility to my friends, should they need storage space.
