I was literally I’m the middle of DoorDashing when my car started acting up. I pulled into this AutoZone expecting to get a simple diagnoses. Not only did they diagnose the problem but they helped me figure out how to install my new battery. They were kind and patient. It took three different employees one of which Humberto went beyond the call to make sure all was well. I will deff be using this location again and referring everyone I know. Outstanding

Went for some commonly found spark plugs. I wrote down the brand and number. They said I had to bring in the old one to match it up then told me they didn’t have them. Went next door to O’ Reilly’s and got a 4 pack no problem.

Humberto G. Is the best my car broke down here and they were about to close and he stayed overnight and way over time and help us out he’s a real OG very nice and awesome person I tried to give him some money for the bother and did not want to accept it very humble and amazing guy!!

Tania was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed to fix my moms car. I really like the fact theres a lady there who can help you on her own time, too. I was stunned and pleased she actually knew how to do what she told me would fix the car and it did. Shes wonderful!! Keep up the great work lady. This place is awesome and the customer service is awesome. Humberto is running a tight ship there. When our alternator AND water pump went out they worked with us in getting the parts, the tools needed, and let us get this fixed right there in the parking lot. I can NOT recommend them highly enough.

Bought the stuff to recharge my Kias AC. Smooth transaction, fast. Store full of dudes and car parts, its an AutoZone, I dont know much else to expect lmao.

This crew is the most amazing group of employees ever. Humberto and Joe were amazingly helpful while I made my repairs in the parking lot during a cross country road trip. These guys deserve a raise and an award for customer service.

My car wouldnt start after work last week. Someone said take it to Auto Zone, they have a machine that can tell if it is your battery or alternator. So I did. So I went in an asked and the boss said yes, He said that he would get someone from the back room to do it. So I went outside, put my hood up, sat in the car for 20 minutes. Car was running the whole time. I ended up leaving with NO Help. I was to afraid to turn off the car, afraid it wouldnt start back up.

👎🏼 very rude! Called to see if they had the tool I could rent to change a pulley on my power steering pump he said “we don’t have it” and I asked when they were supposed to return it and he followed up with “look I don’t know when they’re going to return it, try again tomorrow” and hung up on me.

I go here a lot. Sure their prices on tools and such are high but they’ve always been that way. 90% of the time it’s a pleasant and welcoming experience, however, there was this one time when me and my gf went in and we were rushed along and followed in the store the whole time as if we were thieves despite having patronized this store probably hundreds of times and never having even considered stealing anything. This is the first time in my life I can remember being obviously treated that way.But, like I said, other than that it’s a great place. Let’s punish them a little though by going to O’Reilly’s right next door. I often feel sorry for them because no one ever goes there. AutoZone is the hopping, happening spot and O’Reilly’s is dead, cold and lifeless.

People that work up here to be nice and friendly but there are few that will discriminate against women because they said that they dont know anything about cars but other than that wonderful service and will help you find what you need

Like the selection of products but very unprofessional on the phone. Asked a simple question had to repeat myself 3-4 times because the young man I was speaking to was carrying on another conversation with a coworker beside him. Hed ask me a question then talk to a young lady then come back and ask me the same question again Im to old for BS. We need better customer service from this location in person and on the phone. I called OReilly that sits next door, guy helped me in less than minute.I went up the street and bought the parts I needed. A couple hundred bucks well spent.

At this auto zone there was an issue when a employee gave me inaccurate information. I dont know if he was trying to get out of work or what. I was displeased by this. However the management was quick to fix the issue. I would highly recommend this place as it seems to be a reputable establishment.-Chester Vaughn

This is a toss up. A while ago they were very helpful and knew what they were talking about, but not now. I went to get my alternator checked and this guy attached the connectors to my fuse box and car. I had to tell him my battery was in the trunk when i finally asked him what he was doing, and if there is a line you can gurantee that youll be there 20 to 30 minutes

This AutoZone is fairly busy. But never so busy as to warrant how long it takes to get in and out. Also, more than 50% of the time I receive the wrong part, having to return it after my vehicle is disassembled. My advice is to next door to OREILLYs.

This place has pretty much everything Ive needed for working on my vehicles. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and always work to find exactly what I need. Often I have no idea about what it is Im looking for so theyll come out on the sales floor and actually find it for me. Its always refreshing going in here.

The young lady was very helpful and courteous. She addressed all my requests. I was returning something that was left by other worker in my car. She wasnt accusative and mentioned that he would be very grateful to get it back. She also asked my assistance in letting her know what is the cause of the problem when I take it to my mechanic so others can know.

Absolutely the cream of the crop when it comes to little things I need for my car or big things. I can see why the lot is always jam-packed with people. Everyone from the management down is knowledgeable and willing to do things like change your bulbs or diagnose and print out your check engine light issues- no questions asked.

I just had a horrible experience at this store because of one very rude impatient employee. I purposely drove to this location because I’ve had great experience in the past. Not only was she been yelling throughout the store but when I was asking another employee a question she said “We’ve got a line and that’s how it’s going to be.” She did not address me just yelled it out. This is horrible customer service and because of her the man who was helping me stopped. Then I was put last in line even though the other people came in after me. I was waiting so long I tired to google what I needed and another customer actually tried helping me. Robert ended up being the one who helped me and made sure I purchased the correct items. I spoke with the manager about her attitude and he let me know when the store manager will be in.

The service was great and the people was nice. Keep up the good work. 👍

It is always crowded at this location. They have a business customer account counter, that is where all the employees are always at when I come here. If I just want to pay for my items and go, I have to wait as no one is at the four registers at the normal counters. They do give a military discount, thats a plus, but they dont ask to scan your rewards card, thats a minus. Personally, I prefer the store on Kiel, but I cannot say everything is smooth sailing over there. One employee is great, one is awful, and there rest dont want to be there. Price wise, OReillys usually can beat them, but I have never got a military discount there, and they are usually stand in line swamped. If I can wait, I will shop online, save the markup, the taxes, and the shipping, and usually get what I need in two days.

Everyone was nice, quick check out and they had everything I needed.

Waited for a half hour to check out. The staff were too wrapped up finding parts for customers. One employee walked outside to talk to a friend. I walked out without a purchase. Theyre employees are are indifferent for making money for the store!
