This place has had our Jag for FOUR months. We have called repeatedly to see if it was done. No information except Ian is very busy. THen they had covid issues and were closed. Now the doors are locked and they will not answer the phone OR call us back. We have tried repeatedly to call and went by there. We just want to get our car back. The attorney general is investigating.

Our family was coming back from a Drs visit at childrens hospital and our vehicle just chugged and stopped. As we waited for the mechanic to get back from lunch in thier waiting which was very nice and so was the whole staff. As it turns out we ran out of gas the mechanic had a couple gallons to get us on our way again. Thank u so much for the help we so much appreciate it and thank u for your hospitality!!!

I was driving from Virginia to San Diego over the 4th of July weekend when my Jaguar gave me trouble. It was late at night and a good Samaritan helped me get to North Little Rock where I found Ian the next morning. He could have charged me an arm and a leg for what turned out to be a sticky valve; easily cleaned and inexpensive to do myself, but he didnt take advantage of me when he certainly could have. He took my car in immediately, had it diagnosed within 10 min and even took it for a test drive to explain in laymans terms to me exactly what was happening. As others have said, Ian is easily the most honest and knowledgeable mechanic Ive ever had the privilege to find. I thank God that he was there for me when I needed him and HIGHLY recommend him and British Unlimited of North Little Rock!

Specially repair shop, the work on Land Rover and Jaguar. If you need more affordable maintenance or repair options this is the place to go. The owner Ian really know his stuff and only uses quality parts and products. You can even being in you vehicle for just an oil change, that will be cheaper than the dealership. Oil meets all Land Rover and Jaguar specs! Need diagnostic test he can accommodate.

One of the radiator hoses busted in my 96 land rover while visiting little rock. Ian took good care of my car, didnt over charge us and even picked us up from downtown when he finished it up. He was very professional, intelligent and knowledgable about foreign cars. As an owner of a Land Rover I have found it extremely difficult to find mechanics who love these cars as much as I do. I wish I could find a mechanic like him in Memphis!! Highly recommend him to anyone needing service on their vehicle!

Only place i will take my Land Rover. They have done all my work since i have become a Disty owner, very honest and knowledgeable regarding all makes and types of Land Rovers. Call them before you have any job done on your vehicle. I have had a total engine rebuild to minor repairs and i always leave feeling i was treated fairly and got a good value.

Being a Rover owner is more like being married to a Rover and she can be a real PIA. One of the biggest issues facing older LR owners is finding someone that really WANTS to work on them and knows what they are doing. Im here to tell you BU is the place. I needed a total reseal of my 04 Disco motor. Many shops didnt even want to do it. Ian (Rover owner) not only could do it he WANTED to do it. He did a great job going beyond what I wanted in level of service. BU is the only place in LR this Disco Husband will be taking his truck.

Was out of town when one the shock followed by the fuel pump decide to quit on my Mercedes. Lucky someone recommended me this mechanic and he got us back on the road with little wait time and we were back on the road heading back to Texas.
