I have been using them since 2015 for my textbook needs. They have reasonable prices, the convenience of having the books mailed to your door, and they also work with you on paying for the books. I will continue to use them as long as I am in school. I would recommend them to anyone that needs books for college.

Very helpful when getting your textbooks for pulaski technical college. It is a lot cheaper to get them from here rather than the campus bookstore. Most of the time they will have every book that you need for you classes. You just have to go get them as soon as you find out what book should need because stock is limited!

This is the best place to buy books I bought all of mine there the whole time I was in school they have very nice staff they will help you any way they can.So go check them out you won’t regret it.

All 5 times I have been here I have received great customer service from some of the sweetest employees. They did not get mad that I repeatily kept having to change classes and swap everything. Only thing I ask it that you please tell ur shoppers to NOT FORGET YOU SHOULD NOT SCRATCH UR KEY CODE OFF UNLESS U ARE SURE YOU WILL NOT BE TRYING TO RETURN IT OR SWITCH CLASSES!!!I thank u ladies and gents for all that you do!

Do yourself a favor and go to another Textbook Brokers. I called looking for some books and Sheena (if thats your name). She was rude as I dont know what over the phone. Her response was that is a 0 on finding that book. Are you serious! Is this how you all treat your customers. I will definitely be calling and talking to a manager. I wished I could give you a 0 on your willingness to help. I bet your manager dont know that you talk to customers like this. Because when you treat customers like this you make the company lose money. FYI...UALR BOOKSTORE is doing you all a favor by asking the customers to try your store also. So there is no need to ask who told you to call over here and ask for some books. Its a local bookstore maam. We are students trying to get the best deals on books. This a great place to go if you want to save tons of money on textbooks. You can rent them at a low price, you can buy them at a low price, or you can pay to rent it and decide over the semester to pay the difference and keep the book, or return it according to the initial arrangement. I highly recommend taking advantage of the savings that this place offers!

This is now my absolute favorite book store!!! Mrs. SHEENA made my experience so awesome!!! She explained how i could rent now and pay later and also gave me a sweeeet free t shirt. Her smile and personality are just amazing if you go to this bookstore ask for her!! You will not be disappointed:)

The workers are friendly and display excellent customer service. I like the fact that I most of my books can be rented instead of bought. I also like that I can resale used items.

I placed an online order on a Friday. Textbook Brokers later phoned me directly, asking if I wanted to wait and place my order on the next day when they were offering no sales tax. That is thinking of the customer!

I figure it would only to be fair to rate a secondary education textbook sales store a median score. Service appears to be as expected, books in good repair and supplies available.
