Needless to say Im no longer a cricket customer, went in to purchase an $800 phone, left empty handed because all he wanted to do was argue with me about whether or not I needed a new phone. I think the best comment was well do you really need to charge your phone in your car? I travel a lot so yes I do but that wasnt really any of his business. Just sell me a phone if I want one.

I had no way to turn my phone on or access to my phone, but somehow xzavien got my information & was able to access my account that man deserves a million bucks...not the deers. Go see him folks.

Just stick with the brick and motor stores. It may cost $25 for activation, but save you 4 to 5 hours wasted on the phone. Very unhappy with my experience with customer support!!!

After a futile experience over the phone with Cricket customer service, I went to the North Hills store to ask questions about their mobile hot spot device and how it would affect my plan. Not only did Sandra answer all of my questions clearly and professionally, her co-worker Clint said they had one in stock even though the online Cricket store said they did not.Clint set up my hot spot device while training Sandra on the process. He seemed like a great trainer, and I was very grateful that he took the time to set up the device since the process would have been extremely frustrating for me.Both were courteous, knowledgeable, and patient.And, as a side-note, all the employees were wearing masks, which made me feel safe and comfortable.I would highly recommend this Cricket store.

Previously a Metro customer I decided to locate a cricket store to seek satisfaction, because my coworker convinced me, and search for a new phone. Devin was spectacular 🤩😻. Outstanding customer service, I left Metro crying upset and through the mist of it all Devin kept a level head and talked to me like Im human. Senica Henry is an outstanding manager. Senica did not sell me one phone but assisted with helping me continuing service with cricket wireless. I purchased 30 phones from cricket wireless university store. Once phones were purchased and commissioned received that particular store stopped all communication in regards to the 7 accounts. Cricket Wireless Customer care wasn’t any help so I seeked assistance from a store near my home. Senica listened and demonstrated excellent managerial skills and took ownership of the situation he didn’t create. Senica went above and beyond to find a resolution to my 7 accounts. Because of this I’m keeping my service with cricket wireless and purchasing the remaining 70 phones from Senica Henry.

I visited this location a few weeks ago and I experienced the best customer service thus far as a Cricket customer. I have been a Cricket customer since January 2015 and most of the other stores I have dealt with were very rude and inattentive to the customers needs. TJ and his crew were fantastic in assessing what I needed and also mindful of the frustration that I was experiencing. This is hands down THE LOCATION for your wireless needs!
