Went in a for a new line and to upgrade an existing line. Requested not to tie the upgrade to the new line and low and behold what do they do? They added the upgraded device to the new line even after I repeatedly asked them not to. I genuinely believe some of these sales reps suffer from cognitive issues or are flat out deaf. Will not be going back as I will do everything online from now on.

I Highly recommend working with Liz And Nick they did a great job explaining my bill and did a fantastic job making sure I understand all of my options. They both were very professional and the store was very clean compared to a lot of the other t-mobile stores! By for the best t-mobile Ive been too in my 3years with t-mobile.

Well they were nice and all but didnt bother sending my upgraded phone in for a credit to my account or trade in so I paid 227 instead of nothing because the phone I traded in was worth more than that... Ask they care about is sales

When I got the service my bill suppose to be max $100 a month what they told me on the end I did received $180 bill a month.. please don’t listening to them .. They say all color of the lie ... When you call to discuss about that they don’t listen at all ...Ever never go to that store anymore.,

Nick the manager at the McCain T-Mobile location was real helpful and answered my questions and get my bill down. Because of him I will recommend them.

This is a horrible store . When They try to sell new phone with line they say all kind of lie. in store when they say your bill will be $100 ; %100 you will be received from T-Mobil $200 bill ...I have many friends having same problems and they don’t take phones back ..

A t-mobile rep wasted my time trying to sell their sync up drive service. They said the device was free if I add the service, and then they were asking the monthly installments for the device. I especially asked if it was free of charge, I am happy to pay for the service, they said yes, only this much for the service. I will never believe these again. They openly lied!

I have been with AT&T for 17 years. I live in a rural area where I cannot get service in my house. After reviewing what T-Mobile had to offer service and price wise I decided to give them a try. I couldnt ask for a better sale staff. Everyone from the manager Calvin, the sales staff DJ, Aaron, Bobby, Allen and Liz have been awesome!!! They even provided me with a personal cell tower to boost my signalAT&T does not offer this. They all work very hard to take care of anything that I have needed. I would recommend them to all my family and friends. They are located right inside the mall.

Excellent service my wife and I were greeted by Johnny Tsunami and he was very familiar with all the products and answered all of our questions and we were so pleased with Johnny that we switched over 4 contracts from at&t and have persuaded our friends to do the same. In retail it is really hard to get employees to provide the kind of service that Johnny provides and is a fine example true customer service you should be proud of your decision to add him to your team and thank you for putting an emphasis on customer service. I am not a customer with t mobile, but I had a problem with a phone my son gave me that he had through them at one time! Kendrce, was the young lady that helped me, and she was very helpful and polite! If t mobile gets better service where we live, which is way out in county we definitely will consider them for the future!

Johnny was extremely helpful and friendly. He made my experience fun and exciting. He answered all of my questions, he even showed me the latest products! The other associates were very helpful and well. The staff was nice and friendly.

This store gave all about wrong information to sell their phones and lines .. Big lies all the time ..When they sell the products they show you less amount for billing they promise too but when bill come out it is double price .. Just left this location and I am extremely disappointed! I was trying to get a print out of my final bill and I was asked which company did I go to and when I said “AT&T” this girl that was listening laughed, I replied that was rude (because it simply was, I don’t know you or why you think that’s funny) her reply frustrated me and reminded me of yet another reason that I am glad that I left T-Mobile! 🙏🏾

I dont know what the heck happened to this store but IM GLAD IT DID! I been a T mobile customer for 3 years I would always come to this mall for my phones. I had a really bad experience upgrading my phone with this location months ago. They didnt listen or help and went way too fast. With that said I came back because phone wouldnt turn on anymore. I walk in and they got rid of everybody. I didnt recognize anyone! New managers. New salesman they were so helpful. They fixed my phone somehow and then the manager looked at my account to make sure I was on the right plan I had no idea I got a discount for being old!!! My bill went down and I qualified for a free tablet. Thank you so much! I wont go to any other T mobile again.

I have had the worst experience ever with this store at McCain Mall- It was a Circus--I was there to return phone after upgrading- it took 5 people-the sales person would just walk off if they seen someone- it was crazy- another one would come and the same thing would happen- oh yea it was a jokeI stayed polite during this whole experience-BUT sales people are horrible- I have been in Management for 20 years and I have traveled to a lot of places--BUT this store took number 1 as the worst experience ever- I watched 5 people walk out as the sales people were dancing. laughing, and running out of the store when they saw their friends- If I would have had the time- I would have made a video and sent it to Corp., I will be closing my account after contract and I pay off items I bought-I hope this gets someones attention- if your under 18 its probably like a bar with no liquor- I cant believe I experienced something so bad-The store I started with in Siloam Springs, Ar- was wonderful-, helpful, professional, polite and a joy to go to- I would drive the three hours to go there instead of Benton or esp McCain mall- Awful and a circus is all I can say- I left a great phone co to come to TMOBILE -regrets great regretsIf I could have posted this without placing one star I would have- no stars at this store-Elizabeth

I went in to look into a galaxy phone, when Derek told me about the LG K30. It seemed like a great phone that met every need I had for a phone to run a business. I was very happy with the energy in the store and Derek made sure that my experience was top notch!

I have had the worst and most unprofessional experience ever yesterday. After I made my purchase, THE T-MOBILE EMPLOYEE took me to a cellphone kiosk in front of the movie theater and made me buy cellphone case. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time. I felt pressured and he MADE me buy the phone case.I will return everything to another T-mobile store today. I won’t ever come back that’s for sure.

Saturday morning, no alarm from my phone. I was almost late to work! my Samsung s5 had died sound gone! After work I arrived at McCain mall T mobile. I met Larry, Daniel, and JR! These guys really hooked me up with the best plan for my budget! They were extremely polite and patient. Im very slow when it comes to payments rates fees. They hooked me up and JR sold my broke Samsung s5 and handed me cash! cash on a broken phone😘. So Im giving these guys rating10 for the best service.
