When they say unlimited data and streaming for $60 a month they actually mean unlimited up to 35 gigs. Which is about 20 days. Sometimes 22 if you dont watch a lot of video. But if you use your phone to shop 2 scroll on Facebook 2 use on Instagram or any of the other ways that normal people use their phones you will reach your data limits and then go down to 2 G speed. Which means basically your phone wont work for internet. Adding an extra 2 gigs cost $10 which puts the price at 70 bucks a month. Which is the same price as Verizon which gives you 70 gigs of unlimited speed
Never again.The first time I went there to purchase a modem,a woman with glasses was locking up to go to lunch.She didnt even seemed interested in helping me.Ok,fine,so I go again later,online it says its open at 10 am. I go and nobody is there.There are paper cutouts saying open 12 pm.If you dont want buisness,just say so.

I went in to purchase a new phone to replace my current broken phone and the following happened-the representative walked in after us as he had been hanging out in his car.-he showed us phones 100 dollars over our budget and outright lied about the price of a stylo 6-he tried to transfer my number from my old phone to the phone I was trying to buy and instead transferred the primary number on the account to my old phone.-when the phone could no longer make or receive calls he told us that it would take about five to ten minutes to restart and we would be good to go, he told us this for an hour straight.-after an hour and half of him smoking cigarettes in his car and not helping us he came back in to tell us that he gives up this phone-we asked for a customer help line and he gave us a fake phone number-after all this, we checked online and our bill had gone up 5 dollars-the primary phone on our account still doesnt work and we havent even bothered trying to get a phone for the secondary number on our line yet.when we cam back today (2 days later) to see if anyone could help us the store was locked and closed at 2 oclock. Ive been with boost for ten years and have never had this much difficulty with the company.Dont go to this location, youre better off speaking through two cans on a string or trying to send your friends smoke signals than getting treated like garbage and walking out with nothing like us and many other people did while I waited for him to try to fix his mistake.

Had problems with internal memory...causing havoc with my apps. He solved my problem in no time. Scott was very knowledgeable about my phone and knew what I was experiencing. Thats the only store for me now.

No one ever on site. When they are they with a client too long. They expect you to know what boost is under the same owner! They should give out cards with number for all the boost under the same owner. Run the business right! So I rated it because rudeness, closed stores and not helpful.
I purchased a phone last weekend from a lady named Luisa and she was so nice and very professional. She was able to do everything i needed with a smile.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced in life. The sales associate is just eating while talking to me and my husband and then she had to call the store owner and he cussed my husband out over the phone..... Will never go back there again!

I bought a 200 dollar phone, they offered me insurance 5 dollars a month and then when I needed it they said I need to pay a 175 deductible which is basically almost the price of the new phone. They never told me aything about it when I got the insurance and never gave me no information about it. They lied and just wanted my money. Very unprofessional employees!!!

Where shall I begin I was disappointed in their pricing system they choose to play favorites but however again I find myself a victim of dealing with a different representative but the service 👎 why cant I use my internet while talking on my phone Ive did it with other cellular providers and Im paying more😢

They sold me a phone that turned its self on and off. They then promised me a new phone in my 7 day return period. They showed up with a broken phone again. It wasn’t even ina box
