I have used them several times now and they are always quick and efficient. I have replaced my screen twice and had a new charging port installed on my Note8. I have never been told I will have to wait for parts and the repairs are usually done the same day if not the next day. Staff is always polite and transparent about the cost of repairs before they are done. Love the 90 day warranty on repairs even though I have never had to take something back! I had a great experience today with uBreakiFix in North Little Rock. Justin Stovall and his team were very responsive. My Pixel 3a fell the night before and while it looked ok (beyond the previous screen cracks) it wouldnt charge. Justin told me what the problems could be, explained that he would need to replace the screen since it was already cracked, and showed me the costs up front for each possible replacement part. It turned out the phone only needed the screen replaced to fix the issue, and Justin was happy to tell me that. He could easily have said the other parts needed replacing, but was honest and very professional. Another team member (I didnt catch her name) was also very courteous and pleasant, even with a very busy lobby. I received my fixed phone about 6 hours, which saved me about $600 had I bought a new one.

They are very trustworthy, and professional. I had a screen replaced they informed me that I also would be getting a new battery as well. Everyone else I called and got the price no one told me nothing about the battery. That comes with the new screen. This let me know I made the right choice. My phone is better than new.

Exceptional Place very well knowledge didnt take long to assess the situation and promptly get back to me as in what steps I needed to take further he also inform me that they had a asurion home insurance plan which was $25 a month and it would ensure all of my electronic devices in my home so I thought that was great information didnt matter how old or young my equipment was it would be insured so this was great service I will definitely recommend them.

Had my Xbox one x cleaned and hard drive replaced. Price was high, 191$ compared to a refurbished console. Took longer than expected, four or five days. They used after market hardrive...no Xbox logo, goes straight to sign in. However its working great.

Cell phone repair always seemed like a high end business for those lucky enough to have a phone that costs more than your car. I was so very pleasantly surprised to be wrong about that. I was pretty desperate when I walked into the ubreak but I was immediately greeted and began watching three very competent people fix and explain and offer extra services to everyone. Even me. With my cracked nine ways walmart special. I was asked intelligent questions and wires were plugged and amps were checked and my completely dead phone was brought to life before my eyes. I came here pretty close two a few hours before they closed and they looked at my phone and took it in. Ive never used places like these before but since ATT told me to, I did. And it was pretty cool. Newest Note 20 Ultra was literally fixed in about 2 hours from when I cracked the screen. Professional people and great experience!

So I brought in a ps4 they told me it would be 3 days before they call me which is totally fine so day three comes about band it’s getting close to closing and still no call so I call just for them to tell me they couldn’t fix it so I go pick it up take it home as I’m sitting it down I heard a rattle noise in it I tried to turn it on and now it doesn’t even turn on they didn’t do anything but make it worse

This place is Googles authorized repair vendor. They told me that if they damaged my phone further during a repair that I would have to pay to fix any additional damage caused. The equivalent of a plumber saying if your sink stops working because of the work hes doing on your toilet, youre going to have to pay to fix the damage he caused.

I went up there to see if my phone was fixable and they gave me a estimate of $469+ dollars to fix the phone. I went down the street to cellular repair and they fixed me phone in 30 minutes for $160. They will rip you off be careful.

My phone did an automatic update and got stuck on a download screen. They tried to reset it without loosing all of my personal items on my phone when that didnt work they had to factory reset it but it took a total of 10 minutes and I had my phone back after not having it for 4 days!! Wish I could give 0 stars. As an IT professional, I cannot recommend this location. My Samsung Galaxy S10+ screen stopped working for no apparent reason. They looked at it for a few moments and said it needed a new screen, which would be $300. I said it was under warranty (3 months old) and hadnt been abused or dropped. They said it was obviously damaged, since the screen wasnt working, and wouldnt do it under warranty. My phone is pristine. I asked them to open it up and look for damage and actually do a diagnosis before making that call, since their advertisements clearly stated free diagnostics. They said it would be $57 to go any further. So I walked out. I took it to another location, and about 2 hours later had a perfectly working phone, with repairs paid under warranty. I cannot comment on their speed nor quality of work. I hope this was a one-off occurrence, as they have a fairly good reputation. However, based on my interaction, the guy I dealt with is either lazy and/or a ripoff artist.

They were extremely fast and professional. I broke the back of my Samsung Note 9 and they had it fixed within an hour (and that was with a lot of work ahead of mine). Great value of service and very friendly staff. Will definitely be a returning customer and highly recommend their service.

Both the gentleman I dealt with were very nice and informative. I gave 4 stars for that and the fact that the fixed my phone perfectly. But I gave my name and number to them, gave a secondary number when asked. Everything seemed fine. Less than an hour after I left, they called my backup number to ask MY name and MY phone number. Then called my secondary number when my phone was ready. I was upset that they did not contact me. Otherwise everything was great and I would recommend them to others.

My phone was ran over by numerous cars on a busy street. A good samaritan found it. When i call my phone to locate it, she answered. The front and back were crushed. UBreakiFix had it repaired and working properly within two hours.

I had an issue in which a previous manager made a promise when my phone was fixed before, and the new manager made good on that promise. Really great place to get your phone repaired. They will tell it to you straight which I am grateful for. They attempted to repair my device from water damage but it was too far gone already. They did not charge me for it even. Great prices on screen replacements too!!! Shop around but chances are you will be coming here due to their staff and prices!

I was having problems with my laptop when running on battery and took it to these guys. I left it overnight so they could diagnose it which was free of charge. They determined it needed a part which they had to order so I got my laptop back while waiting for the part. I then returned it when they called to report the part was in and picked up next day. They told me then that after resetting the battery it was working fine so no need for the part. They did not charge me anything! How many shops would be so honest and then also not ask for any payment? Ill definitely use them again whenever I have a need.
