I’ve had multiple devices repaired by Dylan specifically. I’ll admit that I was initially apprehensive to use a service such as this. However, after my initial screen repair I will always check with them first before ever replacing a device again. Look! Money isn’t what it used to be and value for your dollar should be your first concern. I’ve been grateful so far. I recommend all my friends try this place before replacing any of their devices.

Had a screen problem so I called them up. I took my phone in around 11:15am. He said I needed a new screen and he had one at another location. Got a call maybe two hours later to pick up my phone. Easy peasy. Ill use this place again.

Repair and customer service were good. Rating 3 stars because I called beforehand and got a quote for $90-139 to replace by iPhone screen depending on damage. Once I got there I was told $159 for the replacement. I would not have gone there if I would’ve got an accurate estimate.

Their computer repairs are excellent. They were able to recover all my lost data of the hard drive and copy it to another device. Great work!

Dont be mistaken with the 4+ star ratings. I was clearly fooled. I had to get the usb port replaced of my pixel 3xl phone and the first time I went they replaced with a defective port which they said is new and I was charged with $80. When I checked it I informed the guy in the shop and he said the guy who worked on it had left for the day and asked me to get it next day. The second visit he said he will order a new one and check again. But he said would charge me another $50 for that. I wondered what all that 90 day warranty meant? I told I wont pay for something that you did not even fix and then he agreed to fix it with no extra charge. I go to get it fixed on 3rd visit and then I see my phone not in a good condition - cracked tempered glass, back panel not fixed well. I was actually supposed to pick up the phone the prev day but the next day I see my phone in this condition (as shown in picture). The port is not even working putting and I am obviously sad to see my phone in that condition and i brought that up saying I see scratches and stuff but he was extremely impolite and rude. I just walked off.

Fast and professional! I was helped by Dylan, who took care of my broken screen faster than I expected. Happy I don’t have to stare at a cracked screen anymore. Would recommend!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I called to find out how much it would be to replace a cracked screen. I got told over the phone it would be $90 plus tax. The next day I called to set up the appointment with them and the manager told me it would be $99 plus tax. So it already went up $9 dollars from the initial call. So I decided to go ahead and get it replaced by them because they were the only ones who had the screen. So I showed up to get it replaced. The manager looked at the screen and said yea it will cost you around $110 total. So when I went to pick it up he came out and said the total is $120.45. It already went up $20 since the original call, even though it was the same screen and same job. They are very dishonest and I would not trust any price they give you. I know they will respond with some lame excuse, but believe me when I say this if I didnt need it fixed immediately I would not have went to them because another place was going to do it for $75 but they didnt have the screen. Please do not trust their word, they do the old bait and switch gag on customers.

Five stars isn’t enough to rate and describe the service and quality that this business has been providing to me, my family, and friends. I’ve been a customer for years and I recommend them to EVERYONE. My sisters entire phone was completely messed up to the point where you were able to see the gadgets inside of the iPhone. The owner of this company told me that he’s never seen a phone damaged so badly, but he worked his magic and fixed the entire phone. Not only did he fix it; but it literally looked and worked like a brand new phone. No glitches, no delays, the phone was completely flawless. The convenience that they offer of coming to your home or workplace while still remaining affordable, without compromising quality is unbelievable. I don’t trust anyone to fix my phone, I honestly believe that the service and quality that they provide is BETTER than Apple. These guys can fix anything and have it running like brand new again without charging you an arm and a leg. I’m satisfied beyond words with the service and quality that they provide and continue to provide and improve throughout their business venture.

Needed my iPhone 6 battery replaced. There’s no Apple store nearby so I opted for Cellular repair+. The battery was replaced in one hour. All functions were tested before and after battery replacement. Because I made my appointment online I also got $10 off the repair. The store manager and technician were both very polite and professional. Much better than the cattle call at an Apple store. Definitely will go here again for any battery or bulb needs.

They service sucks. Ive taken 3 items all I have had 2 take back repeatedly. And Ive spent $162 every time. I have no sound cant touch volume button fon freezes cant screenshot . and only thing was intially wrong was my screen went out smh

So this place is a total scam. Iv had 2 different phones “repaired” here and every time I have to go back. The phone stays fixed for like a week and then you have to go back and they charge you full price to fix the same thing they fixed weeks ago. Plus they guesstimate their prices, I know a scam when I see one and this place is it.

Mike fixed my phone when I really thought it cant be repaired anymore thats how damage my screen was. This man brought my phone back to life and now it looking brand new just like the day I first got it. When i walked up to the store it was pretty busy and I seen a lot of phones getting fixed. Super nice folks! Walked in and asked them to take a look at my cell phones charging port because my cell phone was periodically not charging. The nice folks cleaned it out, which fixed the issue, and didnt charge me anything! Always heartening to know there are good, honest repair shops around. Will be patronizing this place again.

I had these guys repair a cracked screen on my sons Apple iPhone XR. They completed the repair in about 10 mins while I waited. Cellular Repair was at least 20% cheaper than the chain-competition just down the street. I think it would be hard to beat their price and top notch quality of service.Besides the affordable price, they also offer a 1 year warranty on their repairs. Cellular Repair is safe, clean, and you feel comfortable doing business with them.

Apple’s original screen lasted three years (we bought the iPhone 7 Plus on Oct 26, 2016) and it outlived multiple cases. I acknowledge that it evidently didn’t have an easy, sheltered life. The screen that Cellular Repair put on only lasted six months and we don’t even know what happened. There was no catastrophic accident. Nor was there a slight accident where the phone landed just right to damage the screen. We don’t have kids (or gremlins), so we would know because we’d have been present.

I came in close to the end of the day with a phone that wouldnt turn on and I needed it for travel the next morning. Mike efficiently asked me a few diagnostic questions and then went off to try fixes. I hadnt got through the first story in the obligatory 2 year old mag before he was back with a phone that turned on and acted normal. There was a very reasonable charge and I was spared the trouble of buying a phone late in the evening before a trip. Im very grateful!

This place is great! The work is excellent. The price is always fair and they are quick to respond if you have any questions or issues. I have taken 3 iphones, an ipad, and my laptop in for repairs. They are my go-to. They take great care of me.

On Thursday I dropped my iPhone, breaking the screen, I quickly called Cellular repair phone repair. Mike answered my call, and said he could do the repair same day! Brought in my Iphone7+ for a screen replacement after dropping it one too many times. Repair was performed quickly and at a reasonable price! Was able to also have my phones battery replaced at the same time. Worthy investment to save me a new $1K phone.
