Just left the hospital with my son and came to this CVS that is supposed to be open 24 hours. All the lights are on inside and outside, but the doors dont open and nobody answers the phone. What a waste of my time! This just reminds me why I prefer Walgreens!
At first they told me the birth control Rx I was prescribed was not covered by my insurance. Made no sense bc I got it a month ago. Then on Saturday they told me it was covered but, not in stock and said they would order it. I go back Tuesday and they said it was never ordered. Go back Wednesday and it’s not been ordered again and the same thing on Thursday. Is it seriously okay to deprive women of their birth control? I was upset by Thursday and when I tried to explain the situation to the tech on the phone she told me it was not her fault the Rx was not there and hung up. Obviously it’s someone’s fault for not ordering it over and over. I have to start moving my prescriptions somewhere else. BTW this is not the first time.
Horrible experience-probably one of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a pharmacy. Scheduled vaccine and arrived on time. Did their “check in.” Was acknowledged when first got there. Overhead staff member saying “I can help with vaccinations” to another staff member. Same employee asked me what I needed and I said vaccine and she said “Did you check in?” “Yes.” Never heard another word. Sat there 20 minutes and the employee who asked me if I’d checked in walks out with purse and keys like she is leaving for the day. Absurd.
I too am taking my pharmacy business elsewhere. The pharmacists make too many mistakes, they dont pay attention, they dont answer their phones, and not too long ago I was confronted by a staff member for getting two prescriptions of the same medication (not controlled, it is for bipolar) from two different doctors. I had to point out that the second prescription came from the same office as the first and they had changed my prescription dosage; had that staff member done a little research, she would have found this. As a patient I believe I deserve a little better.
Do not go here, even if its the closest to you. They will never have your prescriptions ready in time and are really rude. Seriously forget convenience. The staff made an already difficult situation for me worse and transferring my re-fillable scrips has been a nightmare.
This cvs is ridiculous. Stopped by three different days to pick up a prescription and its still not ready. Thank god its not a life threatening prescription. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes in 106 degree heat. Even called the pharmacy number several times with no response. Finally got someone to come to the window and they immediately left and said they would be back. Took another 10 minutes for them to return. The only reason why we stayed is because the medicine was needed urgently. I understand they’re understaffed, but the customer service was horrible
Do not go here for yourself or a loved one. They never have your prescriptions ready when they’re supposed to be. The automated phone re-fill isn’t accurate and has been useless when I wanted to request a refill and not have to speak to someone,because the pharmacists I’ve encountered look overworked and overall are unpleasant to deal with. I’ve been told meds would be ready, gone to pick them up, and then the meds aren’t ready because they weren’t ordered. I’ve already switched but want to warn anyone reading this to forget convenience, go to another place no matter the distance.
I went in last night at 9pm to get a prescription for my dog who was in pain from am ear infection. The pharmacist refused to fill it or even take it from my veterinarian. She said people come before some dog. She said there was a pandemic and so I could go to walgreens and see if they would fill my silly prescription. My vet and I will never go to CVS again. Evidently, they are not pet friendly.
The pharmacy almost never answers the phone and takes days to fill a prescription.One pharmacist I could tell was overworked but it’s not an excuse to be extremely rude to the customer.
They called to tell me my prescription was ready so I drive up here only to be told its not ready and will be 20-30 minutes. When I said we had received a call the pharmacist rudely responded with no they didnt. Thats it just no they didnt. Checked the call log and yup theres that call we just got saying it was ready. Maybe work on yalls customer service and youd have less 1 star reviews.
Have gotten nothing but the run around from these people. Switching pharmacies
Need to update your actual hours your open you advertise 24 hrs the recording when you call says store is open 24hrs but your not never anyone there its a huge inconvenience especially when you need something for a sick child or need some other meds or items

They have great customer service. Were able to direct me to the correct information on products I was interested in buying.
How are you gonna close at 11:50pm but clearly state online and on the sign at the store youre 24 hours? And then be rude about us trying to come make a purchase.
The Pharmacy at this location is awful. It is more convenient to my house but prefer Sherwood as I have had to deal with NLR pharmacy 2 separate times and neither time was the staff helpful or respectful. If you dont have to deal with Pharmacy this location is great. Its clean the store staff are pleasant. For Rx go to Target CVS or Sherwood.
Decided to give CVS a try for a medication for my daughter. Not only did I have to show the pharmacist a picture of what the common item was bc she had no idea what I was talking about, but was told she couldnt help me bc there was a line behind me in the drive thru. The item was an OTC, but other pharmacies have provided the item while going through the drive thru.There was no line when I arrived, but while I waiting for her to aknowledge me others pulled up behind me. Guess I havent been missing anything but terrible customer service.

Ms. Elliott has portrayed the worst customer that I evwr have had at a CVS. Please do not choose store 10975 as your go to Pharmacy. I am definitely choosing another Pharmacy.

Can I just say Wow to this new pharmacy in North Little Rock!! Today 2/15/2019 (4-4:40pm) was a very long and frustrating day trying to get my daughter who was running fever into a clinic to be seen asap without an appointment. Finally after getting her in and finding out she had the flu I literally was in tears and overwhelmed (im pregnant so very hormonal) especially after hearing the cost. Pharmacist Moix provided fast easy drop off and used the app Good Rx to help with cost. Upon returning to pick up the meds the young man asked for my insurance for my daughter and I stated she had medicad but I wasnt sure if it wwould cover it. He then told me to hang tight and got a coworker who asked if I had her card and then both proceeded to look it up for us . I drove off paying $0!!! I am so thankful the the staff today I was kind of out of it with her being sick and also worried about my other children with the flu outbreak going on. Thank you guys so much u just earned a new customer and I cant wait to tell everyone I know about my experience today!!!
