Over a week ago I tried to redeem my points to buy gas the pump wouldnt allow me to pump gas for the grade I wanted. I went in to talk with clerk all she could say it has been working all day thats fine but it wasnt working for me needless to say I didnt buy any gas. I contacted Mapco home office on line with no results. Mapco pulled a bait and switch beware!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They have ice cold beer in the walk-in beer cave directly to your right as you enter the backdoor until they lock the backdoor for obvious safety reasons mid evening. Its a little inconvenient the first time you stop in late because theres little to no parking in the front of the store without blocking the gas pumps, but there is plenty of parking on the north side of the store. This will save you from walk all the way around the to the front door in the dark thinking you could enter though the backdoor where the obvious parking is. Overall theyre well stocked and usually lowest gas prices in the area, downside is high cigarettes and soft drink prices as to be expected in a convenient store/gas station.

I am a customer for the last 11 years. I work at a hospital until 11 p.m. On Fri January 1st I was told that beer and wine would not be sold after 11pm. The night before, the doors were locked with no explanation. I only live 2 blocks away, so convenience for gas and other things was a reason to give this store my business.Now, I will go elsewhere since it wastes my time to stop there. You have lost a customer.

The staff are always Friendly & always know my rewards info without asking me. ! So personable. I come every day and dont plan to go anywhere else. I am pleased to give this location on JFK and D street a 5 star rating.

Fast, friendly night time employees. They were quick to respond when my pump didnt recognize my rewards points and went above and beyond to ensure that my transaction was corrected. Bathrooms were clean and didnt smell like urine. It had lots of options for cell phone accessories and winning scratch off tickets!!!!

I walked up to the counter and the employee walked away to talk to the 3 people that was just hanging out. It was an extremely important conversation about hair. I left what I planned to buy and walked out. As I’m walking out their yelling Ms. Ma’am. Seriously??? Why are you going to bother doing your job because I’m walking out? You clearly didn’t think me buying something was important. There are a lot of gas stations close to you. You might think about better customer service.

I give this store and F for hygiene and cleanliness obviously the manager does not know how to properly handsome a fountain drink and lid. She put her hands all over the cup lid inside and out. I decided I didnt want it anymore.
