The skinny gray hair woman was rude as hell to my mom at this gas station. When my mom ask her a question. Then instead of ringing our frozen drinks up she started eating food with mouth open near our drinks. We stood there almost a good 5 minutes before she rang us up. I have been to this gas station many times with my mom and have never seen someone be so rude. If I knew corporate number I would of called. I don’t like to be a Karen but wrong is wrong. If I was her boss an saw how disrespectful she was being to customers I would fire her on the spot.

Besides the odd characters you may encounter, there loads of snacks and near Walmart.

The female cashier on Saturdays should be fired, so rude the way she talks to everyone. Worst shell Ive ever been to.

Great place to fill up your tank pumps worked as expected the service was courteous the bathrooms could have been cleaner but overall not bad. The selection of items to purchase for eating or drinking could have been better. Overall not a bad place to stop into when you need to stretch your legs.

Awful policy that turns away customers I’ve had my drivers license for close to 10 years so the bar code faded. They couldn’t sell me any tobacco products...not because my birthdate wasn’t on the I’d...and not because my I’d wasn’t valid..but because they couldn’t scan it. I’m contemplating going back to this shell to buy tobacco products every time to see if this happens, record It and report this to their corporate office. This isn’t an issue for any other gas station in town and it shouldn’t be for this one.

SUBWAY SANDWICHES: Inside the Shell Station, is a gem that is always busy!! The Lonoke Subway Shop!! There is a very good reason why this Subway Shop always has a line waiting to place their orders for sandwiches, actually the reasons are more than one!The Sandwich Artists: All the workers are polite, never rude, no matter how busy they are. Very important to me is that they stay to the strict hygiene that they need to when anyone is handling your food. This is so very important.They build INCREDIBLE SANDWICHES! I mean, these beauties could be photographed for their commercials!! This is NOT convenience store food, oh no, this is Sandwich Artistry! You can make it as healthy as you want it to be! The veggies are always very fresh, tasty, not bland. I like to have my BLT so freaking fat with veggies that they have trouble getting it to close enough to cut & roll up in paper!If you are like me, sometimes you just have to have something other than another burger! Especially if you are a person who really enjoys raw vegetables, or a salad. I love having the raw cucumbers & spinach leaves on my sandwich!Sometimes you just crave a sandwich & once you get it, you are good for a while. This is much cheaper than buying all the ingredients needed to make it at home. I usually end up throwing out items, if I make a sandwich at home. So its a waste of money & time to buy the groceries, to do it at home.I recommend this Subway Shop highly. If you want sandwiches thatre better for you, or the family, with lots of fresh veggies, meat, (heck, make it healthy too!) on fresh baked breads, make this Subway a place to get your meals at whenever you can!

You might want to rethink your protocol for scanning drivers license for tobacco products.My personal information is stored in your database each time you scan my ID.Never once was I asked to sign a privacy statement.Because of your ignorance of the law, you have set your self up for a slam dunk class action lawsuit!
