The location is really convenient for drivers heading East on Interstate 40. Their squeegees have a six foot handle which makes it easy to wash windshields on big vehicles. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the gas pumped extremely slowly. Our stop took a good bit longer than it should have.

I have traveled thousands of miles, ALWAYS stop at Pilots and have never made a negative review. This Pilot should NOT advertise as a Travel Center. The parking lot is very small. There are only 6 gas pumps. There is only one pump on the outside islands which are the ones most convenient for big rigs. But then again this place is definitely not big rig friendly. Note that the pumps are VERY slow. Very time consuming to fill big tank. The only plus is accessible to the interstate. One more comment….rude employee.

One of the best Pilot/FlyJs Ive ever had the pleasure to frequent. Fueling up my truck was fast and efficient and to my surprise all of the truck fueling stations looked very orderly and.....CLEAN! This was a pleasant surprise as most places Ive been the fuel islands for truckers seem to be the last thing that staff worry about. I love going through Arkansas as I think it is one of the most beautiful states in the Union, and Ive been in the majority of them. Whenever Im by this way again this will be the place where I do my reset. Thanks for a pleasant experience and this trucker will be back again. 2 thumbs up to both the owners and staff of this fine establishment. 👍👍

Clean showers, ample hot water, Subway was immaculate and employees were kind and welcoming. Plenty of parking...if you can get here before 5pm. Fueling is the only issue here...not a problem if youve got 30 minutes to spare from the moment you pull in to the moment you pull out. Overall, great location, I just fuel somewhere else.

This Pilot and the Pilot in Gary Indiana are the only Pilots that allow customers to PARK at the gas pumps. Please dont come here if you are in a hurry. If you need a place to feel welcome to hang out....this IS DA SPOT! -5⭐(NEGATIVE)

The staff is very friendly the only thing missing the store needs to be clean from the store to the restaurant it looks like know one clean at all. .. not to mention to coffee was out the young lady came right over to make more only thing is she didnt change the filter and add more coffee

Decent sized Pilot with an attached Pizza Hut express and a Subway sandwich shop. There are diesel pumps for trucks and automobiles, plus showers for truck drivers. Friendly staff and a clean, safe location.Could have been a little bit cleaner both inside and outside the store.

I stopped at This pilot to get fuel I was inside paying for food when I overheard the manager speaking with a elderly disabled gentleman that asked for help hoping is these fuel the manager proceeded to tell this to elderly disabled gentlemen that its not in his job description to come out and pump his fuel and he does not have enough employees to come out and help him He then told the elderly gentleman that hes been trucking for how long if he cant pump he cant pump his own fuel he should not be trucking at all very disappointed in this store I hope the elderly gentleman myself I will not be giving them my business and I hope no one else will.

Good afternoon! I became your regular customer about 3 weeks ago, and now I refuel at the Pilot refueling every day for about $ 50-100! I wash in your showers, buy your hot dogs and cakes, which I really like! I want to remain your regular customer because I like everything. BUT !!! tell you in order! last time it was at this gas station that I was served by a not sober employee, I think she smoked marijuana, she was terribly slow and constantly giggling! but it can only be my guesswork, but today everything was real !! I was kicked out at 7:30 am from parking spaces, explaining this to the fact that I occupy too much space, that is 4 parking spaces! But excuse me, that last night I did not find any empty spaces where large trucks parked !! his manager, why he did not embarrass this Ford without numbers that cost all parking zones for the second day !, I was kicked out by a man in a blue shirt, apparently the senior shift, and another guy in a green vest. And so everything else in your parking lot is always dirty toilets and yesterday was a very dirty fan in the 7th shower, very dirty! I will continue to use your other gas stations, but I will try not to go any further !! Thank you !

Subway and Pizza Hut are very good. Women’s bathroom stayed clean for the most part for the 20 hours I was there. Shower had great pressure and hot water. I took a star away because shower 1 doesn’t drain properly—please fix this.

Very typical Pilot Travel Center and I have seen many. A little smaller than most and older, but well stocked. It has a Pizza Hut Express and Subway inside. Their gas prices are usually the best on the road or at least equal. It was clean inside, restrooms were also, but could use some sprucing up on the outside.

Came in employees where all talking to each other no one spoke which is fine I just wanted coffee, coffee was not made just sitting out in the open for anyone to do whatever to it almost like they started and stopped, cappuccino was all water, left out 10 minutes later all 3 cashiers still running they mouth not doing nothing, I wanted coffee so I went to petro across the street do better pilot

The BEST Pilot truckstop Ive eve been to.It was very clean. And everyone was so friendly & helpful.Our waitress was awesome & the food was wonderful. It was cooked 🍳 to our liking. It was hot & delicious. And served quickly. We havent been to a truckstop this on it since the covid started. Even before that, they were hard to beat this one.

For a Pilot it is small. Also a little difficult to get in and out. But it is clean and the shelves are well stocked. Trucks were packed and slow going. Have plenty of time if you stop here.

Pure garbage. Avoid at any price. Crowded,dirty,too many drivers took break on the pump. You won’t be able even to fuel up. If you’re lucky and get to the pump after 30 minutes wait,there is another surprise-the pump has no enough power to fill you tank and you’ll wait forever. Better plan you trip and fuel elsewhere!!!

Pilot are good travel truck stops

Worst pilot to fuel at, every pump was taken by a truck that wasnt even fueling. Takes a least 45 min to fuel and go.

Everything was broke and the 1 pump I got to work only pumped 15 bucks very slowly. Clean this place up!

Last week my 7 year old son and I stopped in the Little Rock Pilot to get fuel, a shower, something to eat and 8 gallons of oil. The ladies working at the counter that night couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. I can’t recollect their names, I wish I could. But they took pride in their jobs and made the experience easy and pleasant with great attitudes and work ethic. I believe in giving praise for such things so that’s why I’ve left a 5 star rating and this review. Keep up the good work ladies, and thank you!

Dirty bathrooms, floors, and stall was out of toilet paper. Doesnt look likes its been teally cleaned all week

Let me just start by stating that Ive stopped here plenty of times over the past 6 to 8 months. The experience is never short of sub par. I included a photo of just a small example of the ongoings here. The fuel island is never just a stop, get fuel, restroom, and be on your way. I have timed it several times when Ive needed to fuel up, the average wait just to get to the fuel pump has been approximately 17min.Mainly due to other drivers just parking on the fuel island and going inside and not purchasing fuel. Ive informed the manager on more than one occasion and have even placed phone calls with corporate. But, it seems as though its nothing more than a means to no end, just to make you feel like you may have accomplished something.WRONG!The service inside isnt really any better.Customer service is a joke. And Ive done my best to avoid going inside. But the few times I have, I understand why the police presence is there. Rude attitudes and shady atmosphere cause a lot of bickering and potential disorderly conduct charges. And yes, I have seen first hand, fistfights on the fuel island. Its not uncommon here.

Usually always parking for us truckers, nice clean showers and Burger King nearby has like 6 parking spots for trucks, the BBQ man on channel 19 and 25 will deliver a bbq plate with all the fixings for 20 to your truck, he drives a black gmc truck. A lot of food for sure.

I went to this Subway today May 9th I am a truck driver I will never return to this subway very rude black lady on duty there right now needs to be fired and her whole appearance is just nasty..nasty needs a bath washing her hands will not work..she would not do my order at all the way I asked her very rude told me to do it myself that she didnt have too..She needs to be fired..

This is a nice place. If you need to stop for diesel or gas or if you just need to use the restroom then this is a nice truck stop to do so. They have plenty of soda drinks. The fountain drink are cheap and they have good ice. The employees here are so helpful and kind. They keep see store spotless and well organized. They also have no problem answering your questions and if they do not know the answer they will find out. There is plenty of parking for big rigs. Not to mention its quiet enough to actually get some good sleep.

Chris was an excellent help with updating my card, getting fuel. Also costumer service was top notch

Love Pilot and Flying J stores. Theyre almost always clean inside and out. Their point system is way better than Petro/TA. Points work straight from the point card like a credit card. Can use your points at the fast food restaurant located in the store 80% of the time. The app. also has great weekly offers for drivers so download and check it out.

My experience at Pilot was great. To be honest, its great at just about any other big name truck stop. However, Pilot/Flying Jwon me over because of the shower lifespan before it expires. Pilot (10 days) ; Loves(7 days). I was just made aware of this yesterday. Im always on the road (emphasis highly added) and I need my showers. So Im now making it a point to fuel up at Pilot/Flying J.

Decent pilot, has lots of parking and showers available. One of the few pilot/flying Js around. Can be very crowded after 4pm so be aware.Today the staff thought it would be a good day to block off half the fuel lanes in prime time fueling hours for trucks just so they could put up some signs. They literally caused the entrance to be backed up to the signal light, very low IQ staff. This is unacceptable and staff should be disciplined, put the signs up at night time not prime time.1/5

Wanting good coffee all times of day. Love the coffee makers that grind coffee. #332 was out of coffee beans. Having great experiences at other locations, I went to counter to rudely be ignored then I kindly asked the cashier to refill the beans. Nope with a rude reply she couldnt refill. 2 of my flavors were empty. Was wrong to think they would take time to refill the beans. Not a way to treat customers.

Pretty good for the most part. Only real complaint is sometimes they dont staff enough folks to deal with peak times. Though the people they do have, to me at least, seem like they do their best to make sure you get everything they can to get you in, taken care of, and out in an orderly and prompt fashion.

Thumbs down... No Soap to wash hands and showers, had to use dish wash detergent. Was out of large coffee cups, Shaff sames like they was more into them self rather than the customs. Not good at all, hope when I return... Not friendly oriented...

Packed as usual. Worker are quick, efficient, while also being kind and professional. Subway had a line but the manager was back there helping move the line along quickly.I come through this stop alot. And its rare that I have to wait more than a minute for any service. Nice to stop at while traveling. They have all the accommodations needed for people traveling. We even stopped to take a shower. Nice rooms to shower in, good price $12. I shared the shower with my daughters. Was no problem. Very good customer service.

Stopped at this Pilot travel Ctr many times back in the 99-03 years when we lived in Hot Springs! They are open 24/7! Have all kinds of snack items, ready made foods, and a variety of unique gift items that can help you out in a bind around christmas time!

This is a fairly well-equipped station, conveniently located off of I-40. While the station seems busy all the time, its proximity to the highways and layout of the intersection allow for a pretty good traffic flow in and out of the station. There are plenty of pumps, and the layout of the store seems generous.

Typical Pilot. Too small in every sense, trucks trying to get fuel in traffic conflict with drivers trying to park or leave holding each other up. Parking spaces right near the entrance causing near accidents between those coming in and those trying to back into parking spaces, many of them blind side. Bathroom is way too small for the number of customers. Employees were friendly but that is about the only positive I can say. And it wasnt quite as dirty as most Pilot/Flying Js are. Would never have stopped here (or any Pilot) if I wasnt forced to by my companys fuel stop requirement.

The bathroom was clean, shower was even cleaner. Nice employees, good food choices, fast premium WiFi. My only negative comment would be that the truck spots are tight and hard to get into. But none the less, its a great stop.

These little hood rats here😩. This not a truck stop. They should get rid of their truck parking and diesel Retarded doesn’t begin too describe them here. One older lady working here was cool. The little boy manager with dreads during the evening dumber then a box of rocks. Skip this stop if you got 18 or go too the petro right across the street.

This is one if the busiest Pilot Centers I have ever visited, but the staff is friendly and patient, and the Pizza Hut Express food was good and hot. We filled up the gas tank and got our food in quick time.

Always a good experience at pilot. Driving through with a moving truck. Both employees and truckers were nice. The fact the truckers were nice shows the service that pilot provides.

As usual drivers park in the fuel islands to use the bathroom, take showers, and get fast food. I honestly dont believe they care that fuel pumps are being blocked. It should not take 30 to an hr for anybody to be able to get fuel. This made me late on delivery!

Took forever to get our food. Requested a waitress so waited long enough then. We were there 2 hr. Food was great when it came. Nothing was said to us about the delay

I travelled across country twice recently and went to mostly all Pilots as thats my preferred travel center. This location is beyond sketchy and if you are a single lady traveling by yourself like I was, please be very careful here whether its day or night. There were many homeless, hobos, and mentally ill folks walking all around the area which isnt a big deal. What is a big deal is that nothing was being done to stop these folks from approaching the customers asking all kinds Id questions from wanting money to other kinds of things like rides etc. You have been warned.

Always a great stop. I only stop at the pilots that are what I call full service. My one requirement is good coffee creamer. If they ever get rid of the sweet cream creamer Ill quit going. Really wish they all had the chicken soup which is great.

For the way I was traveling the location and experience was decent. The truck 🚚 lounge isnt much to talk about being only a few table style chairs and the TV 📺 being mounted above the laundry room door 🚪, of which the back door was also right there where anyone coming in will pass right in front of you and the TV. Aside from that there could be some minor maintenance done to spruce up the place.

My experience at this place was very disturbing. The young man responsible for cleaning the showers was very rude. I couldnt get in the shower because the door wouldnt open. Then the young man came back and snatched the door open. It slammed against the wall. I got scared. Then there was no face towel or floor towel. I got upset and started cussing out loud, not to him but out loud out of anger. I waited 10 minutes before he called himself cleaning up the shower. When I finally got my towels I noticed that He didnt clean the shower at all. The floor hadnt been swept, the shower had black stuff on the inside floor, the toilet wasnt clean and the trash can was FULL of trash.

This stop is a must for anyone on a long road trip! The coffee bar is great and includes self grinding single serve blends of several different coffee beans. The staff was extremely helpful and even recommended some flavors.

The women bathroom was absolutely awful and disgusting! And the Diesel pumps most of them was not working and had a long line of trucks not knowing what pumps were working! And some trucks just parked in front of the( Down) pumps like it was an parking area! Blocking the fueling areas!

The pilot at exit 161 was a little tense but it was fairly clean and the local law enforcement were represented well. I had no real issues other than an electronic human sounding voice that was being projected by some sort of sound system speaking derogatory comments toward my person. I think the owner of pilot flying j should investigate the matter a little bit closer.

This is what Pilot N Little Rock calls a clean shower. Those are flies on the walls, and mildew. Extremely gross. I wont be going back ever again. If the showers look like this, what do you think the kitchen looks like?Gave it one star because there wasnt anything less....gack!
