I have been to this Walgreens many times. I work around the corner and come here for makeup, toiletries, quick little gifts and the occasional prescription. I havent had anyone be rude like other reviews but I dont frequent the pharmacy as much. The most recent prescription i picked up was a friendly encounter and helpful. Retail pharmacy has to be one of the worst jobs so I am just glad they still have a pharmacist lol.
Quite literally the worst pharmacy in town. Prescriptions never ready even when sent days in advance. Rx that was supposed to ready at 2 on Sunday was not ready when I arrived on Monday. Was told to sit and wait and they would rush to have it ready only to sit 20 minutes and then watch them roll down the windows as they closed for lunch. Am told to come back after lunch. Come back after lunch and Rx still not ready am told to sit and wait. This is not the first occasion this has happened. Rude and non caring staff. Just transferred all prescriptions to CVS.
It is so nice going to the Walgreens store at the corner of McCain and North Hills in North Little Rock, AR. I am a No.7 girl (Face Cream) and love to view online all of the other No.7 products available. I always use Curbside Pickup so I simply drive to the designated Curbside parking spot for pickup and go to the website app to alert the staff that I am there. The employees are also so professional and comes to your parking spot no longer than 5-10 minutes from drive up. Thank you Walgreens.
Mostly full shelves. Nice customer service.
I came from out of town and had to have my medicine refilled. When I went in to get it the next morning the pharmacy was closed...when it is supposed to be opened...so now it’s left up to me to run around a town that I’m unfamiliar with to get my medicine filled again. I am on a time crunch and have to leave without my medicine. Now I will be sick until I can get it refilled. The employee that I talked to inside was extremely rude and laughed in my face when I asked her what I should do. Mad is an understatement, more like disgusted!
Pharmacy people are rude I have trouble with getting my prescription from them I will be finding another pharmacy and would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone
Leslie helped transfer my son’s medications from JFK Walgreens (who told us we would have to wait from 7:00 until near close to get a routine Zofran prescription) to this location and was absolutely amazing, considerate and quick with the entire process. I will always be using this location in the future!
The pharmacy department is rude and by reading the older reviews nothing has changed. I was in the drive thru before the scheduled break and the cashier put the sign up and pulled down the shade before I paid for my medication. The manager later told me that is their procedure and usually the cashier will warn the customer. Unfortunately, I had no warning and my medicine was pushed out with my card. We all need our breaks I get it but please be more respectful.
You pull up to the pharmacy window, as a paying customer, only to be ignored. They will look you in the eye and then turn away. Never even acknowledging your presence. Rudeness and piss poor customer service is what they excel at.Will be giving my future business, and my money, to someone else.
Walgreens as a whole is just the worst. I pulled up to the drive thru at 3:00 PM. This is what I got.Your script was scheduled for 2:45 but we were gone for about a half an hour. So if you can circle around it will be done at 3:30.This is the last straw. CVS from here on out.
-The only reason I gave one star, is because I had to in order to make a post.-My choice would have been zero stars.-Incredibly rude-Terrible customer service-They tried to up-charge me $30 without telling me and then said, we figured if your daughter needed it, then you would pay for it.-Stay away from this pharmacy. There are plenty others to choose from. I stuck with them for a while, but the poor customer service and rudeness is consistent.
Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I would give them no starts if there was an option. Everyone is RUDE! If you call they usually never answer and when they do they are RUDE! Use local pharmacies. Medicine Man on JFK is way better and the staff there are really nice and polite.
Pretty good Walgreens. Close kinda early, like 9 or 10. But since it is near the 24 hr version, I just plan accordingly. Never crowded at check out or dirty inside or out of this location. Decently nice employees, up to about 10 min til close time! Yet, friendly and helpful but not very aware of all the products sold or have any general ideas of figuring out what I am asking.Only wish that Walgreens still refilled printer ink cartridges!!
On hold with the pharmacy for 16:54 when they disconnected me (apparently too many people on hold). Will NOT use this pharmacy again. There are too many options out there to use someone who doesnt care enough about their customers to pick up the phone.
I do not typically leave reviews and after reading the ones already on here I see it almost senseless since mine is of the same essence as the vast majority of others. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT use this pharmacy. I used Walgreens in cabot for years and they were spot on every time. This pharmacy almost never has my prescriptions right and then if they do they ask me “which ones I want” then I tell them both and they say “no pick one?” What? I waited in the like for 20 minutes for them to tell me it would be two hours and to come back. So I go home and wait well over the amount of time then get my kids back out in the middle of this covid pandemic only to wait in the window for 30 MINUTES without even being looked at. When they finally talked to me she only asked my address, clearly telling me they knew who I was when I pulled up and had simply forgotten to fill the prescription so had me wait to try and do it. Then that lady disappeared and another showed up 10 minutes later to ask me all the info again and I said that’s weird I just told someone else. She said I don’t know I just got here. She checked on my meds and said it will be about 20 more minutes. At this point my calm demeanor is angry and I told her I was told to be here and then even gave extra time then sat in this line over 49 minutes at the window to be told still to come back. The PHARMACIST herself, not the tech took it upon herself to come around the corner and say SOME PEOPLE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THREE HOURS, it’s only me back here. I said ma’am I understand the situation I am simply upset because this is when you told me to be here but if you would have just told me when I got back to the window it still wasn’t ready I wouldn’t have had to wait here again so long and then STILL have to go back for a third time to hopefully get my medicine. I will never use this pharmacy again. Everyone else’s reviews are accurate. Rude, late, incompetent. Super disappointed and I am so easy to please.
Worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The employees are all terse and dismissive. Their procedures are arcane and rigid. They have never once in 17 months of using them handled any request other than “refill my prescription “ . Things like partial refills will always be botched at least one time sending you back over another day to wait for 15-30 minutes in the drive through window. Do not attempt to use the WALGREENS app if you come here. To say their is spotty integration would be extremely generous. I asked for instance a pharmacy tech through the app to hold my prescription without rescheduling for several days and they confirmed with me I had accomplished it. As predicted my ex was reshelved. They are predictable incompetent.
I am not sure what happened to the pharmacy department but I have been using them since this store opened. I never had a problem before but the last two times I have been there they do not have any medications. The staff is rude and tells you they are to busy yo help you.
The staff is friendly and very helpful and they have everything you need if not then I guess you didnt really need it!! LOL 🤣
Unreliable printing services. I ordered printouts twice from this store, and both times they did not have them ready on the day theyre supposed to. I even got a confirmation email that theyre ready, and when I went to the store I was told they wont be ready for another 2 days
Overcharged. $73 for a prescription that should have been $10. This is a joke. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Totally ignored by three staff members. After several minutes I actually Had to lean over the counter and say THREE times ‘Excuse me?’ They were huddled down in one corner visiting. And when I did get their attention it made them MAD! I was told someone be would be with in a Minute. This isn’t a real pharmacy. I’m not even sure there was a pharmacist on staff. I will being calling corporate office with official complaint. But Corporate sho in d know! Look at the 2.7 ratings for this store. NEVER will I step foot in another Walgreens And I will encourage everyone to do the same.
Very poor experience with this pharmacy!! I needed a partial refund from the pharmacy and the assistant working there got an attitude and refused to help me. Then when I asked to speak with a manager she said “sure, I’ll get the manager so he can tell you exactly what I told you”. Very rude and unprofessional. I am so glad a CVS is opening across the street... they will be my new pharmacy from now on and I encourage everyone else to do the same.
The pharmacy techs will jack up your meds in a heartbeat, then blame you for it. No apologies at all, then will give you the run around abt the corporate contact person. I only go here because I have to due to my job.
The pharmacy has always been very helpful, polite and friendly. The wait is usually not long unless there is a line at the counter.
Great customer service every time I come in.
This pharmacy is a breeze, with a nice staff and quick service. The one up the street at JFK and McCain is a nightmare!
I generally like the Walgreens store here, but the pharmacy is frequently slow. I think they are understaffed and the pharmacy employees dont seem to be very happy to be here. I have been using this Pharmacy for a couple of years now because it is close to my work. But the service at the pharmacy has been consistently slow both inside the store and through the drive-thru.
Rude, long wait, unhelpful and it’s always my fault they can’t understand they can’t figure out how to charge my insurance. Go to the cvs across the street or anywhere to someone who values there customers time.
Have always been helpful and prompt when a prescription has been phoned in ahead of time. When dropping in to get a script they have always been upfront about the wait expected.
2 stars on a good day
They suck. They act like they dont know what they doing in the pharmacy. The Lady was rude.
Rude long waits would not reccomend!
RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! And on top of that I usually have to wait 30+ mins for a script that I call in days prior!! Never again.
Pharmacy takes SO long! Not the most polite either!
Unhelpful pharmacy staff. I will be moving my business elsewhere as soon as possible.
Manager is very rude cashier wont speak when checking out. I asked where breathe right strips were and he said, very rude, the who!. Use the McCain/JFK.
Legitimately the slowest pharmacy in Little Rock/North Little Rock
I like them they do right
Clean store, okay parking.
