I have been to the Big Ted Store several times for gas, fountain drinks, and other things. This store is busy with customers. I have always been treated well by the cashiers. There seems to be a good collection of various snacks and beverages that most convenience stores have. The gas appears to be less expensive than some of the other nearby stores. The store looks clean as it can be with all of the foot traffic in it. I have not been in the restrooms, so I cannot speak to the condition of those. A sandwich store has opened next door, so not it smells like bread when you go in.

I got fuel here after a Travs game. A gas pump credit card reader wasnt working properly, so I went inside. The cashier was friendly and helpful, and solved the problem. There are plenty of snacks and drinks available in the coolers, as youd expect at a convenience store. Several pumps are available for fueling.

Its now 5:06am I have been sitting in the parking lot for about 10 minutes. The website says that they open at 5am but no one is here. Not a single worker is in the parking lot or in the store. People need things before they go to work in the morning. Pleas open

I was looking for a place to grab a bite while I worked on my resume in preparation for a job interview.I know Big Reds have free wifi so I was glad to see this one has a Hardees.Its nice to see dining rooms of the best fast food chains are becoming more upscale and welcoming instead of places you dont trust.The help here are friendly. My food was well prepared.The view of the Broadway St. bridge over the Arkansas River separating Little Rock from North Little Rock is a great place to start exploring these cities.

I would give them 5 stars if their employees would open the store on. Time some of us don’t have vehicles and have to walk & it’s getting cold so whenever we walk to the store in the cold and the store suppose to be open and it’s not, it’s very inconvenient

The Manager at this location needs to be retrained on customer service, she has a nasty attitude. I come to this location at least 5 times a week, about two weeks ago I stopped there make a purchase a course using the BIG RED CARD you suppose to get a better deal, but for some reason that didn’t happen. So one of the cashier stated it didn’t give he the deal, I told by the cashier to come back the next day and talk with the Manager. I spoke with the Assistant Manager (Witch I Think In My Professional opinion) he should be the Manager looked at my receipt and Ask me could he make a copy to pass it on to the Manager because this is a issue that may call for the corporate office attention. His Communication skills and customer service was excellent, don’t have any issues with him at all.But that Manager, very rude. She’s very quick to cut your conversation off, Give you that I don’t care type attitude. I’m not listening to what your saying, make statements and don’t follow up with what she say. I was told by her that she couldn’t fix the deal, but she could add the rewards points to my big red card!!!! Really lady” your rewards card cheated me out of almost $6.00 dollars. You wanna talk about points, At this point I’m not worry about points. I’m trying to see what she was going to do about my money I was cheated out of, I guess nothing so I going to contact The corporate office about this issue. I won’t be going back to this location again, it’s pointless trying to talk or deal with this Manager!!!!!!!

No one had a mask on. No workers. No customers. I turned an walked out. Wont shop at a Valero again.

3rd choice to get mondays premium special for mid grade price if cant go to sams or other big red valero.

The cashier named Destiny needs to be let go. She has an extremely ugly attitude. She was rude, with no type of customer service. We asked her about a special in which she failed to advise us of like other employees do. She responded with “well you should of asked, not my problem, so what you wanna do” amongst other things and cursing. Will be telling the community. Stop coming to this place with employees that don’t know how to do their job, or be courteous to others.

Customer service was less than Desirable

Clean. Clerks are courteous and professional. Always plenty of stock and having Hardees inside is a real plus. Finally; theres enough room to get in and out for gas, the store, and Hardees

Dangerous place when the sun sets. Stay away unless you are able to fend off the street thugs with guns. Check news on 03.15.2019, murder of customer.

I will never return to that store again. Pathetic customer service and overpriced products.
