I can’t speak highly enough of this clinic. I just switched to their clinic. Recently they were patient and took meticulous care of me while I was trying to get Baptist to send over a PA for a very important medicine. They answered my call every time, wanting to be helpful and consistently checking for that PA. Then they apologized for Baptists issue! They went above and beyond and were great! I’m a client for life!

Would rate zero stars if I could. Theres and old hag with white hair who works the register & is the rudest, most unprofessional person Ive ever met. She constantly talks under her breath about the customers, while youre standing at the counter in ear shot.. she wont say anything to you directly, but makes it a point that you hear what she says..if you bring up her rude comments she just ignores you. apparently the rest of the staff is afraid of her or just plain cowards, because nothing is ever said to her miserable ***. Ive changed pharmacies and refuse to ever go there again.

Best pharmacists in North Little Rock. John and David and their entire staff are the friendliest, most efficient, and most trustworthy pharmacy group we have ever used, and we use their services a lot. If you want a drug store where the staff doesnt change weekly, where they will quickly learn your name, and where they will gladly go to great lengths to meet your needs and satisfy your requests, this is the place. We followed John and David over from USA Drugs when it sold out to Walgreens and they opened their own place. Have been using them for nearly 10 years and wouldnt go anywhere else.

Very friendly, nice, so helpful.! Made sure to keep a medication that they did not regularly carry because I needed it for my dog. Thats said a lot!

Ive used several pharmacies in the Lakewood/Indian Hills area including both Krogers and Walgreens. Dont waste your time with those places. Lakewood Cornerstone is excellent. They are kind and quick.

No other pharmacy for me and my family. We love these folks!

I loved this pharmacy all up until about 4 months ago, everyone was always so welcoming and did not have a problem what so ever if you asked 100 questions, they did it with a smile on their face. Now Im not saying all of the employees have changed or are rude now, but there is this olderish woman with white hair who usually just stands at the register, and she is the rudest person I have ever came across in a pharmacy, my signifigant other came inside with me once and he said he never will again because of what this woman said about him as we were walking towards the door (she said to another employee, he looks like a druggy and definitely homely) are you kidding me??? He had just had gallbladder removal surgery 3 days before our visit..... And I just called in my refill right before making this post, the prescription is due for refill today, but Im picking up tomorrow instead, she seemed annoyed that I was calling when its set up for auto refill and I am to recieve a text when ready, I didnt so I called..... This is my last script to be filled of mine there since I see my doctor in two weeks and Ive decided Ill be switching pharmacies. We never even brought it to the bosses attention about what was said, so shes obviously tired of her job and loves judging and stereotyping......very disappointed....,.?
