Brandy Holmes delivered the BEST service that my fiancé and I could have ever asked for. We are both very indecisive people and she was patient and informative of every option we had. Will definitely refer her, as well as this location, to every one of my family and friends! We are 100% happy with our purchase and will be back in the future!
I went to this store to return an online purchase my husband had made for a Christmas present for me which was ring that was the wrong size. First, I was told I needed to buy the lifetime protection plan so I could have it resized. Second, I was told they couldnt honor the sale price that he had received when he bought it if I returned it and re-ordered it. Then, the manager of the store talked to me like I was some kid saying I would have to have the same credit card to return it like I didnt know what I was doing. First off, the 3 people (manager, assistant manager, and a associate)in this store at the time was rude. They acted like the $400 ring I had was a gold mine and didnt want to honor the price if I reordered and they could have according to the online customer service. Then I was told I could call in for the online orders and they would most likely honor the price. I called while standing in the store. I was then told they had to talk to my husband because he purchased it. Zales says they have a easy return policy well I beg to differ...At Zales, we strive to provide each and every Guest with an experience that makes them feel confident in their purchase. Well these folks were rude, and acted like I shouldnt even been there returning their jewelry. My husband and I called back and eventually got a ticket number to call and order the ring again at the same price after we return the first ring via UPS. All this took over an hour of my life that I will not get back and they call that an easy return policy. After I get this ring mailed in, I highly doubt I will reorder it due to their lack of courtesy in store and the first call I made. I can say the second lady we talked to was apologetic and I guess has it to where I can reorder the ring at the price my husband originally purchased it for, but I honestly dont care to waste anymore time except to write this one star review about the management at this store. I find it hilarious, that other reviews have the same thoughts as I do RUDE!
Felt like I was a bother by coming by to browse. Hand to wait outside the store for one of the 3 customers to leave before I had still wait outside the store while they looked to see if they had what I wanted. Only allowed in store to pay. They boost such cleanliness and yet they didn’t wipe down anything after customers left. And didn’t clean the card machine before or after I left. If you are going to treat customers badly. At least follow through on the game. Mr. zales would be disappointed
I went on Saturday to get my ring inspected and cleaned at the Zales in the McCain Mall. They were busy and there was a line. The lady that came up to the chain was very rude. I did not see the sign posted on the wall that she so very rudely told me to, “read, read, read,” as if I was in Kindergarten. I didn’t have my paperwork because the time before last I was told that I didn’t have to have the paperwork to get an inspection done. If it is for COVID reasons that makes no sense at all.I have tried 2x in the last month to get my ring cleaned and inspected with no success. It is not an easy task as I live 90 miles away. The last time they were closed with a sign saying they would be back by 2pm (1.5 hours that I didn’t have to wait around). Then the other time I was in Little Rock. I called both Zales and could not get either stores to answer to find out if they were open.Very frustrated!
They have had my wifes wedding ring for repair for 4 months. They dont answer the store phone. I went to the store, they told me they would call the repair shop and get back with me. The repair was already approved by me. They called and said the repair shop didnt answer. Complete run around, the store is 25 minute drive. I dont have time to drive up there because you cant answer a phone. Give me my jewelry.
