Made 2 appointments online, this was very simple to do. We were greeted when we entered the vision center and checked in right away. Both gentleman working the front desk were very nice and were personable with every customer.Dr. Harry Gray was very friendly and through with his exam. He is very knowledgeable and I trust his expertise. My family will be returning and giving referrals. He is an asset to JCPenney vision center.

I think Ive been to every place in town. The doctor here is fantastic. The service was great. This is the ONLY place thats managed to figure out how to use my insurance correctly. No hard selling of extras. I hope the doc here doesnt retire any time soon. Ill definitely be back here next year.

I went to the Optical department to try on glasses frames. Two of my friends had bought their glasses there and they looked really nice so I tried on a lot of styles . But I didnt find anything that looked good on me.

The best professional service, they do the best job and care about your eyesight. Mike and Cliff are great.

Doctor is about 100, receptionist is about 16. Neither has a clue whats going on. A total train wreck.
