Whenever possible, I try to support local, independent businesses. When I couldnt find frames that I liked at several small stores I went to Vision Works in North Olmsted. Vision Works is a large chain but I received the great customer service that I might expect from an independent store. Autumn has helped me pick out glasses for 2 years now. In both cases, they were the most comfortable glasses that I have ever worn. She adjusts them for optimal comfort and she is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Vision Works.

I have been going to this specific location for years and have always had WONDERFUL experiences! The employees here are so helpful, kind and really take the time to assist you. I recently went to another Visionworks because I happened to be at a different mall and I regret that decision. They were nothing like the ladies at Great Northern. I will return to Great Northern in the future. I recommend people to this location all of the time. Autumn recently helped one of my referrals and she was amazing, as always! Thank you for always going above and beyond to give great customer service, Autumn and team!

Dont bother scheduling an appointment first time i waited a month till they canceled on me for covid problems which is fine whatever. However I was 10 min late to this second appointment fighting to get a parking spot people at the mall not knowing how to drive had me blocked in the lot. Just to get there and tell me i have to reschedule. I work literally all the time i dont get enough break time to get stuff like this done thats why i make a bloody appointment.

I cant say enough good things about this office. After our insurance changed and my old doctor was out of network, I decided to go here. The ladies at the desk were super friendly and were very patient with my 2 year old who was waiting with my husband. I was able to get a pretty good deal on new glasses and lenses for my old glasses, as well as contacts. Everyone who works here is just phenomenal!

Autumn P helped me pick my glasses in the store & was incredibly patient with me. She told me exactly what my insurance would cover & gave me an estimate of my total with each pair. I mentioned that I had lost my glasses a few months ago and was waiting for insurance to get new ones, so she put a rush on my order and they were ready for pick up in 3 days!! She was so great, Ill never go anywhere else again!!The girls in the office are also very friendly and helpful.

I have been going here for about 5 years. The selections of frames is great and the staff is awesome! I recently had to go to a competitor of theirs due to a change on our insurance and was not happy. We will be changing our insurance so that we can return to Visionworks.

I had the pleasure of working with Rana, who was absolutely amazing. She took the time to find the perfect lenses for my glasses and recommended ones based on my needs. She was so helpful and personable. I ended up staying longer than I anticipated because we were having such a great conversation. Im very happy I ran into Rana and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone contemplating buying glasses, contact lenses, etc.

Everyone here is super nice! I was able to get an appointment quickly, they were on time and friendly. Dr. Lai was delightful and everyone helping pick out new frames was honest and helpful. Rana is amazing! She makes great selections, isnt pushy and generally wants you to look good. Highly recommended!

I wasnt planing to buy glasses because I live out of state. After meeting such a helpful, nice and friendly optician named Rana, she was able to not only resolve my current frame issues, but she found me the most amazing prescription sunglasses, which I love so much!I would highly recommend this location and definitely ask for Rana, as you will be treated like you are the only customer!!!

Great Service! The staff was so helpful with helping me pick the right glasses out and explaining the different important options to have. I love that you are able to come back anytime to have your glasses cleaned and checked.

Rude office staff. The office canceled an appointment without informing me and couldn’t even tell me what phone number they attempted communication through. They told me all of this while they took walk ins that came in after me and turned me away for an appointment.

This is my second time going there and they are awesome. They helped me with my insurance what I could and couldnt get and how much out of pocket. Was very concerned about my eyes and told me where to go for a glucoma test and who they recommended which turned out they were nice also.

I do not care if people over there smile or not. The very reason I was there was to get my eye exam and then get the prescription reading glasses. They failed in both categories. Their eye exam showed the I needed 2.5 and 2.25 reading glasses. First they made the glasses with wrong numbers. Then they corrected it with apologies. However, I still could not wear my glasses, they were too strong. I relied on store bought readers. After a year and a half, I went to an OD, highly recommended, she tested my eyes and found the numbers to be 1.5 and 1.5. This is a huge difference. Please go elsewhere.

This place is the best. Most professional and thorough exam ever recieved in 50 yrs! Dr. Lai was nice, friendly, polite, and excellent at her job. Gabe was great and nice at the receptionist desk and made conversation. Dia, did a pre eye exam on me and was professional and pleasant to talk withThen picking out my glasses, they helped me to work out my budget and Meredith kept me under! All the while doing her job and making light talk. There were 2 other girls there who also were very friendly. I suggest this place to everyone! Im making this mine and my familys eye care center from now on!

I moved here from a different city where I went to Visionworks since I was 14. I thought going to the same chain in a different city would be easy because they could get my records easily....was I wrong.....The office manager at this branch is one of the rudest people I have ever met. She didnt smile when I got there and she basically ignored me and all of my questions. I sat in the office for an hour before I got to see the doctor and when I finally got examined they were rushing because they were getting ready to close. I was unhappy with my prescription and asked for another examination. The office manager said she was unable to set that up without billing my insurance again... I literally had to argue with her to not bill my insurance again because the contacts still hadnt been ordered. When everything was said and done I had to go into that office a total of 7 times to get my prescription right. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone. Very rude staff and not attentive at all.

Great place! Amazing friendly kind staff.

BOGO enticed us in but this is for the uninsured only. We were trying to figure out how much my husbands glasses were going to be and what options we could afford but Sales Person didnt have patience... she stood up, slammed the prescription down in front of my husband and as she was walking away said for the whole store to hear come back when youre ready to buy. We will not ever return to this store.

The two ladies that were there did not greet me I told them why I was there they continued their personal conversation the whole time I was there she adjusted my glasses handed them back to me did not check with me to see if they were ok very disappointed.
