Everyone I came into contact with was Very pleasant and professional. I received some great suggestions for my glasses. No one was pushy regarding which glasses to choose, allowing me to pick the right one for me. Comfortable and affordable! Thank you!

The gentleman that helped me, I think his name is Giovanni, was absolutely fantastic! He took the time to listen to what I was looking for assist me. He created this fun upbeat environment! He should get a raise.

Went to the mall, went to LensCrafters. Left the mall in one hour I had my new pair of glasses. (Already had my prescription on file). The girls there are SO nice and SO very polite!!! This is my second time going there, and I will continue to go to this LensCrafters. Thanks LensCrafters for making it easy to get glasses. And thank you to the employees for being so NICE!!!!
Dr. Whitney Shaw did an excellent job with my eye exam at LensCrafters at Great Northern Mall. She was attentive and addressed all my vision concerns with knowledge and patience. I look forward to seeing her again at my next exam.
The reps are very friendly and attentive. Mr Giovanni was a sweetheart he expressed his opinion when I wasnt sure about a pair of glasses. He actually stated those make you look BOLD a good choice of a word for me. Lol. It didnt take long for my glasses to be ready, I was in and out after they made sure they were a good fit. But over all the wait wasnt long and if it was they were quick to offer you a seat until someone becomes available. So I highly recommend LENS CRAFTERS, I will be returning in the future.

Christle has been assisting me with my optical needs since I began wearing glasses & she’s done so with poise and grace! She’s got impeccable taste & shares her industry knowledge in an easy to understand way. When I was fortunate enough to benefit from same day service I was delighted at the incredibly quick turn around time! Now that I’ve joined the cool kids and special order my super awesome bifocals the wait time is quoted and I’ve been pleased when my glasses or sunglasses have come in onetime or even early! Thanks to the rest of the store that’s helped me in her absence, I’m happy to recommend LensCrafters at WestGate.

The price for just a basic eye exam is astronomical to begin with (almost $150 more than similar places). I really needed to get in and get contacts as I was out, and nobody had an appointment for two weeks. I had an issue with a scratch on my eye. In all fairness the Dr looked quick and told me I had an ulcer on my eye. The Dr was not able to do the exam and then charged me $135 for an office visit literally for 10 minutes of appointment. She then expected me to pay another $135 for another office visit checkup two days later when she told me that it would take two weeks to heal before we could continue the exam. There was no reason for that second office visit except to bill me an additional $135. Gouging at its best. If I would of continued this charade, I would of paid almost $1000 in office visits, eye exams and contacts. I could get lasik for that much. So disappointed in the gouging when people are hurting financially already due to covid. I would not recommend this eye Dr. to anyone.

Terrible overall experience at Great Northern Malls location starting with the Optometrist Jennifer Plugs poor bedside manner. She should absolutely positively never work with children. The entire experience was a back and forth power trip with no regard for the patients best interest or the patients wants. Darlene (store associate) was at least kind and tried to assist as best she could after my complaints, but she still missed the mark with customer service, knowledge and basic understanding. I felt discriminated against in several forms. I will never patronize this store again!! I only came here because they had an earlier appointment time than 6 weeks out like my home location. But, due to their terrible service I rather wait and I had all services/orders sent to my home location. Much better customer service by a landslide.

Horrible customer service. I called to confirm my appointment and the girl answering the phones was extremely rude and abrupt. Needless to say, I did not go to my appointment. If she was that rude on the phone, Id hate to meet her in person. I will never go to a Lenscrafters.
They younger thin women who was working walked by me several time well the older woman was taking care of other customers I sat there for at least 35 to 40 minutes with this woman walking past me doing vigorous jobs wow then the older lady was able to get to me and when she did get to meet the lady the young lady said she thought I was there for a exam which I had already gotten performed my appointment was at 5:20 I arrived at 4 o’clock It was completely done with ice down by 520 I sat in the office until at least 630 7 o’clock before I was finished I was very disappointed in how that young woman treated me as if she was colorblind
I lost a screw out of my Ray-Bans sunglasses, and they were difficult to find online without waiting weeks. LensCrafters in Great Northern said they would see if they had something that would fit, and 5 minutes later I had repaired glasses! Great experience.I don’t remember the guy’s name who was working, but this was on July 15th, 2018 around noon. Great customer service!
Once again I received a call (message on my phone) from the optometrists office, informing me of the date, and time of my appointment, and that I should call to cancel, if I cant make it. I didnt make the appointment, they did, I wouldnt mind a reminder call... its been a year... etc. But why they think that I am, or will make myself available on the date and time they choose is beyond me. I did not, and will not call to cancel an appointment I didnt make. This is the second time they have done this, and I told them not to call me again the first time.The last time I purchased glasses from them, they added the optional insurance charge to my bill, without telling me, luckily I noticed, and made them remove it. I wont go back.
Purchase some $300 Burberry frames with a warranty and they tried to sell me another pair of the same frames. WHY WOULD I WASTE MY MONEY AGAIN.... Im complaining to Burberry too frames lasted BARELY over a year. Completely disappointed not to mention I wasted money on a warranty... 1 star just for customer service...
The associates helped me to find the perfect pair of glasses. There was a great selection with a wide range of prices and I walked away satisfied with my purchase
If you order glasses from here be sure to tell the associate that you do not want them to give you the model frames that are set out for everyone to use. Luckily I heard my associate say that I was being given the frames I tired on in the store and then I said I wanted brand new frames ordered. For the money you pay for the glasses at this store you would think you would be getting brand new frames untouched by the public trying the glasses on numerous times. Glasses are really expensive and they don’t take everyone’s insurance. Won’t be coming to Lens Crafters again.
I ordered 4 pair of glasses. Single vision. 2 for reading and 2 for distance. $1300.00.JUNK!!!!!!!!!!! Absolute JUNK. They keep slipping off . The springs in them are so weak. I should not be surprised. The frames are made in CHINA. JUNK!!!! I would never go back there. Since then I have purchased a pair from my local optometrist and the frames are made in Italy. I love them.

Customer Beware!I am writing this to let you know about the terrible customer service from the North Olmsted mall in North Olmsted location. If I could rate it a zero I would. My sister and I had eye exams on May 9th 2017. I purchased the extended warranty. She did not purchase glasses as they had no eyeglass deals and she had no insurance. I developed some scratches on the lens so I went in to get my lens replaced thru the warranty. I paid $27.00 Gee for reorder of lens. I was told it would be a week for them to come in. Well 2 weeks went by I didnt hear anything from them. I called they said,they were not in yet. I recalled a couple days later ( on Wednesday) was told they would be in on Thursday in that shipment next day. Again I didnt hear anything.. on Monday I received a card with a eye appt. I didnt make. I called to inquire again and to cancel eye appt. The manager came to the phone. First said the order got lost. I said you could make appt for me but yredou couldnt call me and let me know about my lens. He said I take full responsibility for this (twice in our conversation). He later hinted that they never got ordered. I said what are you going to do about this mix up. He said well maybe we can refund your money, I will talk to my district manager. So a week later still didnt hear anything, so we walked into the store and asked if they were in yet. They said yes, I left my glasses for them to work on. They never refunded my money ( they said nobody ever 3rd me that). They gave me a box of dried up cleaner wipes for all my trouble. None of this is acceptable to me. I asked the girl for name and number of district manager she stated I cant give you that. Instead she gave me card with 1-800 number where you could not speak to anyone. Do to this terrible customer service I will never shop a Lens Crafters again.
This girl Victoria was supper healpfull and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.
