This is what a repair shop is all about! Fixing a problem and not just selling you what you dont need. I stopped in per recommendation of a local auto parts store and thought I either needed tire rebalancing $ or new tires $$$. They went with the balance first and determined that 3 out of the 4 tires were totally off. Cost me very little and now I can get the full use out of the tires I currently have. Test drove the truck to an undisclosed speed on I-75 and was perfect.There are plenty of shops that can fix a vehicle. But very few that are willing to tell the truth, even if it means not making a killing on that one job. I will certainly be going back there for future services.I would recommend this repair facility.G-

I contacted multiple tire places for an oil change and a new tire ... and they were all extremely rude and not helpful at all ... I then called tire choice and Kevin answered, he was very nice and was ready to help me right away. when I arrived I was greeted and helped with both a new tire and oil change. Other Members of the staff as they came into the building they greeted me with friendly hellos. After being here for a little bit one of the mechanics came back and spoke to me about the car he wasnt pushy and ensured me the men would work hard on the car... overall they were great I feel like I didnt even wait long ... I will for sure be back

I went by on Saturday to ask a quick question so that I knew what to buy to do a minor repair. The person who helped me ended up taking my vehicle, taking a quick look, and resolving it in under 5 minutes. I was not expecting that. I was pleasantly surprised. Plus, he didnt charge me and was very polite from the get-go.

I’ve had an issue with my front tires for probably about six weeks and I thought it was because of the tire pressure or a front wheel alignment. On my day off I was parked on the grass and not realizing The tire went flat. On my way home my front end was pulling to the right and shaking so I got home the tire was flat I filled it up with air I’m figuring it was a nail or something. Made it to the first that gas station had to fill it up with air again. Got to the tire place and the tire was flat again I learned that the inside of the tire were separating and I was showed the tire. I drive I - 75 minimum of five days a week I could’ve had a major blowout and or an accident. Thank you for taking good care of my car and give me The proper information. I will be back again for more tired in the future.

Took both of our vehicles in for alignments. Had to take both back because they werent right. First vehicles alignment is good now, second vehicle is better but steering wheel is still not straight while driving straight. Lots of extra, wasted time.

****MY ORIGINAL REVIEW WAS DELETED SO POSTING AGAIN (THIS PLACE IS A JOKE WITH NO CARE FOR PEOPLE OR THEIR TIME)****Today was the 2nd time we chose this shop and we will never return. We have 4 children and need to make plans/appointments in order to make time for all that needs to be done in our day. We made an appointment online for 230pm today. I showed up at 225pm to a man that said he does not see our appointment, I told him that I have a confirmation email. This man was not interested in seeing my email and stated it was probably for a different location. No. If he would’ve looked at the email, he would’ve seen today’s date, the time and correct location. I even offered to come back and he told me no, he can get me in now because it just so happens he has a mechanic available. I asked the man about how long, as I was going to walk across the street to the store, he told me 315pm.I return at 315pm to a different man telling me that my car has not been taken back yet and that I’m next. Again, I ask how long and I was told 30 minutes. I return at 4pm and it’s finally finished. Due to this delay, our daughter missed her friends birthday party. Customers make appointments for a reason.

Great service and fair pricing

I recently needed another set of 4 tires. I log many miles on my car for work, and a good set of tires is critical for my job and safety. This was the third set of Michelin tires, this store has installed for me. The tire industry seems to have a lot of turnovers in store management, but at this store, Kevin, Bob, and John have been there for years. Very comforting to know when you need them, they will be there. The installer was fantastic!! He came up to me at the end of the job and said Im very sorry, but I accidently broke the low tire pressure indicator, when I removed one of your old tires. But dont worry, I replaced it for you at no charge. Many places would have just tried to cover it up, and would have hoped I didnt notice. It was very refreshing to talk to such an honest, and caring technician. I highly recommend this store to anyone who needs tires, and I want to thank all of you, for always being there for me!!

Had an awesome experience here! Drove over from Miami to visit my brother, and had some issues with the belly pan of my car. Bob was able to take a look at the car and quickly helped to find a resolution! Everyone there was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. Glad I picked this place to go to!

Made an appointment online, worked all day, showed up 40 minutes before my appointment and they closed the shop already. When I walked up I watched an employee walk away from the counter into the shop. So I tried to open the doors, locked. Sign on the door says they close at 6. Its 4:15. I knock, get nothing. Walk over to a window and get the guys attention and he acts like Im the biggest burden hes ever had. Finally comes to the door and I said I made an appointment online, his response? Oh yeah onlines.. Like.. Idk OK buddy. Made an appointment at tire kingdom for tomorrow.

I liked Tire Choice Auto Service because the check-in was efficient, the person behind the desk was clear about what would be done and the estimate was accurate. Their efficiency cause me to believe the work they did was good also. If not Ill let you know in a year! :)

I always take my car there..Ive had a few cars over the yrs and they have all been serviced there.They keep good records of what has been done and comply with warranty as indicated..The guys are great; they are friendly, and they explain whats going on before moving forward..giving the customer the chance to decide..Tire prices are great...I would definitely recommend this place to everyone that lives in the neighborhood..

Excellent speedy service. Discovered that the Engine Shield had lost several bolts and was ready to fall off. Took me right in and repaired the problem immediately. Completed within 15 minutes of arrival. Very courteous and customer conscious. If I lived in the area I would certainly return. Thank you very much .

Great customer service and selection. I got a flat tire today (two weeks after getting new tires here) and the AAA driver said the tire was lost due to a large slice. Staff here looked at the tire and determined that it was just a typical puncture and easy to patch. Even on a busy weekend they took care of me quickly. I had been on my way to training with my SAR K9s and the three of us were welcomed into the clean and spacious waiting area. Will definitely return here in the future and recommend to others.

I arrived there in a panic with a tire pressure warning light. Panicked because Im on a cross country trip and this was the last thing I needed. The man at the desk was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. He directed me to a bay, took care of the tires and at no charge I was on my way inside of 10 minutes. Awesome service!!!

Ok..tipical tire shop..not impressed,. Guys did the job and it was done in time but a couple day later I found 2 wheel lug nut damaged, they never told me anything about it, so I can only imagine they messed up and did not care if I needed to know or not.

I called and spoke with Bob who got me in right away to check my ABS, traction, and downhill parking lights that came on. I ended up needing a new rear hub and the problem was gone. He mentioned that I needed new tires due to the age and wear on my current ones and physically walked out to show me and educated me on the need to have them rotated. I always thought when I got my oil change, my tires were getting checked...I mean they sell tires too, but never mentioned a thing ever! I’m so grateful that Bob cares about the owners well-being. I drive to Sarasota from North Port everyday for work and feel completely safe now that I’m switching over to Tire Choice for oil changes, rotations, and any future needs my car has. Also, I did compare prices and they were very reasonable here. Overall, I give 5 f’n stars!!!!!!

Good experience for regular oil changes. Like any place like this it’s not a non profit organization. So if you have to do brakes like I just recently had to do. Call around get at least 3-4 estimates . Tire Kingdom offered me a lower price on rear brakes . I went back into tire choice gave them the estimate and he beat it by 40.00 bucks. I did have to get estimates and had to do some haggling. I chose to go back to tire choice because they always treat me okay and I have history with them. None of these places will ever get 5 stars. They got 4 which is super great. It’s the haggling and getting estimates I could do without.

Went in needing my tire patched. They quoted 1 hour and I said okay as the Walmart auto care quoted 3 hours! Mr John noticed that I had my infant daughter with me and made sure to get my tire patched in under 20 minutes!!! Very satisfied with the customer service! Will be going to Tires Choice again! I went in for a wheel alignment. The car was fine for a few weeks until I started hearing a rattle when I would go over a bump. I decided to look under the car and found that the set but on the tie rod end was loose and it was missing the cotter pin on the crown nut. I’m not going to be bringing my car back there ever again

I was told 1h and 30 minutes for rotation and alignment. I have been sitting over 2hrs and 30 minutes, my car is still not ready. I wish they were honest with, when I asked how much longer, one technician caught a nasty attitude with me stated you can get your car and leave Seriously? I have been patient, sitting here quietly and wait, I will never, ever return to this establishment again, customer service is mediocre.

We really appreciate the excellent service we got at tire choice! We limped in late Friday afternoon without our 2005 Cadillac... No brakes!! Saturday they called with an estimate and were able to get parts.. we picked it up Sunday afternoon all fixed and ready to go!! We had previously stopped there for flat tire problems. Every time they have been so courteous and willing to help, knowledgeable and amazingly fast!! Recommend these guys to everyone!!!

I had a front lawn tractor tire that went flat and I couldnt find a tire store or lawn mower repair shop that would fill it. I talked to Rob and he said that if he had high enough line pressure to push the tire against the bead, he might be able to fill it even though he had no way to clamp the tire down. Within two minutes they had me on my way and performed the service gratis! Great job, guys! You made my day.

Brought the two front wheels in from my corvette. One had a slow leak and both needed to be balanced. I picked the wheels up later that day and they stated they could not find a leak. So they just charged me for the balance. When I mounted them on my car I identified the leak once the weight of the car was pushing on the tire. I brought the wheel back and told them what I found. They apologized for not taking enough time on leak check and made the repair. They did not charge me for the repair or re-balance. Great customer service! Hey, we all make mistakes sometimes, but rarely will any shop own up to it and make right by their customers, AND not charge you for it. Great to find a trust worthy shop in the area. Will come back again for my tire-related needs.

Guys if you have a problem with your car, you need to go to tire choice. These guys are amazing and they know what there doing. There fast quick and know exactly what needs to be done to your vehicle. There prices are also the best in town. If I were you, tire choice is the place to go.

This was my first time going here, and I will definitely go back! I called for an estimate for a few things, the price was good. They said they could fit me in the same day, I went and everything was done in an hour. Also they didnt give me a hassle about needing a bunch of things for my car like most places do. The staff were great!

I ran over a screw at some point earlier today and when i noticed, i went over to walmart and they quoted me 90$ for a new used tire. i knew there had to be better options, looked up tire repair in the NP area, found tire choice and saw good reviews so i headed up that way. amazing customer service, charged me 75$ for a new tire. took less than an hour altogether, guy was very nice and helpful. will definitely be coming back with any future car troubles!

The dealership I go to advised me there was a nail in my tire. I didnt want to pay dealership prices for any tire repair/replacement so I stopped by Tire Choice in North Port.After they thoroughly inspected all of my tires, they could not find any indications of a nail, puncture, or even any leaks in my tires. Since I wasnt sold anything, they did not charge me anything.It is refreshing when a business performs honest work, and does not try to sell me anything I dont need. They will have my business for any future tire purchases.

Drove to North Port for a funeral and got a flat one mile away from the funeral home. I called 20 minutes before they closed and was able to make it there in 10 min after filling the tire with air that I could hear rapidly leaking from the tire. John and James tag teamed it and were able to get new tire on my car in 10 min! Great service!
