The lady Daisy was very helpful Very friendly!! Very good sales person!! Its nice walking into a place and actually somebody knowing their job. She was very friendly from the moment we open the door Was having trouble getting phone connected she offered to go out of her way to make sure we were happy not very often that will happen!!. She is very Great at multi tasking!!

Boost mobile is horrid!! Stay away!! They will hold your phone hostage and refuse to unlock it forever!! I paid outright for my phone and have been lied to and scammed for nearly 18 months! I had been with them for 10 yrs and then they sold out to another company and i had no service outside of my home. They were unable to fix the problem so I went to Verizon Visible. They refuse to honor our agreement and still refuse to unlock my phone. They are scammers!!!

The women ruined my phone by deleteing apps she shouldnt have. Gonna have to contact her husband seeing she says he owns the place. Kept mecthere 4 hours dont go here. Fix my phone or I will just cost you money down the line. Lots of money.

I had an issue with factory recall on two devices and both owners were so very helpful and had great patience considering I wasnt very nice they change my attitude with outstanding customer service and so much more thank you

BEST DEALS AT the NORTHPORT LOCATION!! HAPPY WE SAVED MONEY! No joke at least $70 IF your worried about COVID the Northport store was VERY CLEAN!! WAY cleaner than the Port Charlotte & a Sarasota location. Tomorrow I am going to get my elderly GRANDPARENTS BOOST service here in North Port(I heard from my friend that here shortly that BOOST will not only have the most signal here with Tmobile/sprint merge and for when people travel/out of town. I can say personally bc Boost was a big provider in the Midwest-Where we are from..and I used Boost in Kansas City. In north port they actually care & save you the most money. MY hubby is a ex ARMY VETERAN. After plenty of researching., I felt the need to make a review to tell about MY experience with this & other locations I believe, but I am NOT SURE if they have a referral a friend program/VETERAN. If so please mention that TEAM MITCHELL- (my family sent you) We always need to save $ for my autistic 10yr old & 3 kids. The port charlotte just tacks on fees as they ring you up, I am positive we got the better deal. We went to the Port Charlotte store the other day it feels dirty/cluttered to me/employee dirty. -Just no, I would GO to the BOOST in NORTH PORT. The other Boost owner came over, to say hello to check in when I was confused, he helped. I heard from a friend that BOOST runs off the same network, that is top coverage here & when traveling it sounds good but other locations, were adding all these EXTRA fees-that honestly just felt like a carsales employee. After being a SINGLE MOM for so long now married-He did not know but was trying to give us a good deal, your thinking Northport is too far, I have visited many BOOST stores IN THE AREA. North port owners, were awesome, seriously giving the best deal as he explained! I am SPECIAL NEEDS, they took their time. One of the owners actually got on the register. I dont know if he usually does, but not many BOSSS I have ever seen at any company jump on helped & listen helping us save about approximately $70 or more. They were very knowledgeable about everything explaining slowly with my disability.I felt the need to make a review to tell about MY experience/opinion with the locations. 100% happy! Say Team Mitchell sent you and you may get a better deal..not sure but know WAY BETTER than the other locations

We went to TWO other boost stores in Port Charlotte that lacked any knowledge of phones.. one of which told us they could NOT port our numbers from cricket unless we paid our bill at cricket first...The Girl with black hair(sorry we didnt get your name) and Frank were awesome!!! They called another location and picked up the phone we wanted, offered to help us try to port out numbers over even though they werent sure it would work.. and we got an awesome deal on two phones!!!This store is also much nicer, clean, and updated when the other two had stained carpets, no lights, horrible customer service, and lack of knowledge about their phones and services!!!This location is highly recommended!!!
