Terrible service a bunch of young guys hanging around the register. We stood there watching and waiting for help. They totally ignored us. . We finally walked out. This shouldnt even be a 1 star.

Alexandria was in the back for over 10 minutes before coming out to assist. Looked like she was preoccupied with putting stuff away to realize she had multiple people in the store looking around and waiting to check out. Wont be returning to this location again. Hasnt been good in over a year.

Terrible service. Spent 10 minutes of trying to find a 2 player switch game while the incompetent girl working suggested everything 1 player. Several customers stepped in and helped me instead. How embarrassing.

GameStop having two sons Ive been going there forever the one in North Port Florida has the most wonderful customer service. They have a really good deal Pro card and that problem was solved within seconds. I didnt ask the young mans name but he should be recognized for his customers skills. Thank you time

Prices are MUCH TO HIGH. And the staff is hard to talk to. Not to mention their online shopping to store pickup is horrible. Sometimes you get a completely different item then what you ordered. Stick to Amazon

Went there looking for some games for my xbox 1 and when checking out a staff member named matt informed me before buying one of the games I had that it was only a online playing game no story mode.I was very happy he told me that and I put the game back, i I then asked him some questions on some other games and his opinion on them and he was very thorough and descriptive on the information he gave me. I was very pleased with his service and will definitely be returning to that store and not the one near me by the mall just because on him.

I like the enthusiasm and kindness of the staff and the place is very well organized, but sometimes when I ask for a game that is not in the shelf, I have to remind them every now and then if they are juggling customer inquiries left and right. As far as retail goes, this shop is great at giving me what I need. It will be a shame, when Gamestop inevitably goes bankrupt, if they take this store down with it

Everything I needed was right there and the salesperson was very friendly and helpful.I appreciated the genuine desire to help that they demonstrated. This sort of professionalism is difficult to find and even more difficult to teach, I will definitely be going here more often.Go here if you want to be treated with genuine dignity and respect, not just because you brought your wallet with you.

I went in looking for a Zelda amiibo (just in case) and ended up talking to a very pleasant employee about my Zelda obsession. I wish I remembered her name, Im horrible like that but she was really cool.

Not a bad Gamestop location. Good Variety of New, Used and Preorder games. Store is tidy. Some of the staff is respectful, but there are those that are not.

Staff is very friendly. Great for trade ins. New games of course are expensive, but used are fairly priced. Always greeted when I enter. And never in there longer than 20 mins. Also has early releases if game is pre ordered.

Ive always had a good experience here. The staff is always friendly. Their newest addition is a little over the top, however, most jobs like this are not permanent, so itll be back to normal soon. There is always a large and great selection of products that I and my kids are always happy with.

The management team here is awesome! Even when packed as busy, the head guy named Mat always seems to be able to multitask and handle everyones needs at an efficient rate.

This GameStop, like most, is very nice. They have a huge selection of new and old games/Consoles. The staff is also very knowledgeable. Good for someone buying for grandkids or your own kids.

The employees here seem to be up to date on the newest video games and even gave me some in-game hints for Pokemon Omega Ruby. Store itself seems average-sized for a Gamestop.

I always have problems to go in and trade stuff. I went to trade in an iPad and it seemed like they didn’t want to so they said I had to come back in the morning.

Awesome store, found a dark souls 2 figure there. Don’t normally shop at GameStop anymore, last time I did I was a kid. I think I met my soulmate there today. Regret not asking for her number. I’ll be moving back down to Miami. Probability of seeing her again? Very low. :(

Rating this five stars because Ive always have experienced really good service here and lots of help. I dont want to rate this place poorly because of ONE experience. Also, if you are a manager or whatever Im not writing this to get the employee in trouble. He seems very knowledgeable and I do NOT want him to get in trouble for this. Ive dealt with him before and he was always really nice I just wanted to bring up my experience today.I dont expect you guys to buy these ps2 games I brought in either so dont think that.But today I took in a bunch of games that I knew probably wouldnt be worth much. I went in with that mentality and made the employee fully aware before he even looked at the games. I was totally honest and didnt expect much. I just figured Id try. No harm in trying! The employee immediately ignored what I said and insulted every game I brought in over and over. It was totally degrading and uncalled for... I felt really embarrassed because I made it clear that they probably werent worth anything. I just thought he went a little bit overboard with his comments and couldve just told me he couldnt buy them.I didnt leave mad or annoyed but I left kinda embarrassed and surprised about the whole experience.He also said he could only buy like one game for $1 but he didnt want to even waste his time on the process. I mean there was no one really in there but I didnt push him to go through with buying the game.Again I dont want this employee to get in trouble and will continue to come here. But I wanted to make whoever reads this aware that this was unacceptable behavior and I think it couldve been handled in a better way. I just hope he can be made aware of this so he can learn from this.Thank you Gamestop!

They are well stocked and have lots of used games/controllers/systems you can buy, as well as new, but you can probably get the same stuff off Letgo or OfferUp. They do give warranties, but you have to pay for them. For older systems, PS3, Xbox 360 Id check Goodwill for games first.

4 stars cause I use to like it Bc the games were there but I have a all digital Xbox now and some of the workers weren’t my favorite and they were mean so I stopped going

Tori, the employee that helped me went above and beyond and answered all my questions (Im video game irrliterate lol) and was very patient. I was very impressed with service!!

Sierra the manager was the one I was dealing with. I went into GameStop to buy a $50 and a $25 Xbox gift card and used a bank card which didn’t have enough money on it so I brought back the $25 card and got a $15 card. She apparently could make the refund for some reason and as she’s “trying” to fix it she kept getting distracted about little things and gave me terrible customer service, I was talked to as if they thought I was stealing there $25 card keep in mind I was wearing sweatpants with no pockets and sandals. I apologized for being irritated and told her she should know how to handle this situation better being she’s the manager and she blamed the situation on me because I brought the card back to the shelf. She was complaining 3/4 of the time instead of actually trying to solve this. This mess took an hour to get figured out. It seemed as if she was a new employee.
