I had Josh as my sales rep today and he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. He was able to trouble shoot and get me a phone and it was not stressful at all! They’re always super helpful at this store but Josh really made things easy for me I was dreading coming in and trying to get a phone I’m glad I did! Very professional crew very honest what more do you want!?

Worst customer service on the planet. Inept manager who refuses to accept or return customers inquiries. If you are contemplating switching to T Mobile, dont do it. This office lies and then leaves the customer to fight on their own to correct the office mistakes. If we could give a rating of zero, that is what they deserve. Bottom line, T-Mobile is the worst company we have ever done business with.

I was having trouble with my phone so I went to the T-Mobile store in North Port. An associate named Joe rebooted my phone, called it, told me it was working fine, then tried to sell me a new phone.He did nothing else.I left, the trouble continued, so I called my son. Hes not the most technologically advanced person in the world but is compared to me. My son went online and did research, then figured out it might be the tower my phone selected. After accessing the mobile network, then network operators, he changed the tower my phone was using and solved the problem.Joe should call my son Scott and thank him for doing his job.

It was brought to my attention that you recently had an associate transfer to your location that helped me at another so unfortunately this location will be getting the terrible review for this terrible associate. This associate is Rae. Ive never had so many issues with a TMobile associate until I met her. Every interaction is her not knowing her promotions or giving false promises to the point a manager has to step in and take over. She quoted me on my phone without looking at it. Shes more concerned about gossip than her sales. In order to get any sort of correct information I had to ask the manager for help instead and learned very quickly that she was lying about the plans and their prices. I ended up doing my entire transaction under this manager and over heard her complaining that she wants the sale so she can make her commission. If she is so concerned then she should learn how to properly sell. I also overheard her state that shes going to try and get fired on purpose so she can just collect unemployment. So either your location doesnt care on who they hire or just didnt do your research on this employee because I was informed by a keyhole that she was in the process of being fired for multiple HR issues. All I can is good luck and Im very happy I can freely go to my home location without ever running into this terrible human being again.

The customer service representative I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helped me with the problems I was having with spam texts. Since merging from Sprint to T-Mobile I have had nothing but great customer service from T-Mobile. But I always had great CS with Sprint whom I was with for 21 years prior to the merge.

The customer service in this store is terrible! They were great in just trying to make a quick sale, followed up a by a bunch of lies. First, they told me I should get the phone I ordered in less than a week, it turned out I got the phone almost a month later! Second, the phone I got in the mail had some defects, and the assistant manager treated me less than human, he just shrugged it off his shoulder saying it is not his problem, the phone came from the warehouse and I have to deal with them! Well the phone was shipped to me because they did not had in stock, and I was not given the option to ship in store!

Extremely poor customer service.My wife and I watched as 3 employees stood at their respective registers with no initial greeting upon entry. Aside from another customer; her and I were the only couple in the store. We hung around for a few just checking out phones and to inquire about upgrading our business line. The lack of courtesy + attention was truly baffling. Not until we had one foot out the door that a young male said he could help - even that gesture was nonchalant.(Piss poor)If you are looking to be completely ignored during the buying process, this is the location for you.

Do not return a telephone here and expect it to get back to the main depot in a timely manner. Returned device 1/29/18, was charged for the device 2/6/18 and on 3/11/18 its still not showing as a credit on my account. I should have gone to the store at the Port Charlotte Mall, which has always been awesome.

I went there on Black Friday to get a new Apple Watch and had a great time. The staff was super helpful and they were all in such great moods, even after the craziest shopping day in the US. Typically I do most of my shopping online, but will actually look forward to doing business at this location in the future.
